Went to this branch to make a deposit first. Teller was polite and helpful. Then talked to Claire D about opening a savings account for my minor son. She was very helpful and got the job done. She was nice and funny. Also: We were offered a drink several times. Hand sanitizer was on Claires table. Note: No employees wore masks.

Poor experience with this bank. Customer service was very unreasonable. Mortgage Dept would not even work with me to set up a letter of recommendation. My Fico score is close to 850 and they would not give me the time of day. Very disappointing experience.
