Century Communities - The Fields in Davis County

Hace unos meses compré una casa con Century en West Jordan Utah, no los recomiendo para nada, ellos juegan con el comprador, entregan las casas en muy malas condiciones, paredes torcidas, los acabados son pesimos, los pisos son ordinaries que los niños se lastiman la piel y rompen la ropa cuando juegan o gatean en el piso, hacen todo a medias, terminados chambones, le ponen lo más barato, los accesorios del baño tienen 3 diferentes colores ( negro, bronce y plateado 😳las paredes, guarda escobas y barandas las pintan sin haberlas lijado, dicen que van a arreglar pero no lo hacen, no responden, muchas casas en mi comunidad tienen problemas, hay unas casas que se han inundado los basements y los back yard son llenos de agua, no quieren responder, no terminaría de escribir lo irresponsables que son, pagamos más de $680K por la casa y nos dieron una casa mal terminada, y no bien hecha.Les pongo 1 estrella siendo generosa porque si existiera estrellas negativas se las pondría.

Century is such a pain to deal with. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale but they have no plans on delivering. They will give you the bare minimum and will not keep their promises. Do not buy from century!

Don’t buy from Centruy. It has been one the most painful least enjoyable experiences of my life in terms of dealing with a company for which I bought a product from. You would think that for 650k plus they would have given you a good quality house. Not the case. Every sub contractor they have used as done below average work. And the year long Warrenty is a joke. You will have to call and beg every day for them to come out and fix leaking pipes, flooding basements, broken cabinets, broken windows, broken doors. All of this from day one. And I’m only on month 2.Every neighbor I have is beyond frustrated with the condition of the yards and how they made it where a dirt hill is some kind of retaining wall and when rain comes everybodys yards and some houses flood. Anyone thinking about going with a centruy community home please contact me. It really will be a terrible decision.
