I went here with high expectations due to all the high reviews however I did not have that experience. After asking for what I wanted, which is what I got at another salon for $45 with regular polish that lasted over 2 months. They told me I had to have gel to do that design and it would be $30 extra plus $10 extra. I said nn thank you Ill just do one regular color with diamonds. This is what I got for $55. They didnt even paint the nails fully, they left paint on my skin, the diamonds are way to big and different sizes. Its just not good. If someone doesnt want gel they just keep presuring you to get it eventhough you say no.

Yesterday there was a little mishap with my set of nails after sending a message the problem was resolved the next day very good customer service

This place sucks. I have been there twice. Some old man cant see and I still have cuticles not trimmed and more polish on my skin than on my toes.

I adore my nail technician. She does amazing work and is always friendly and patient with me.

Rushed like really rushed. Didn’t even get a hot towel like it said, didn’t even get the lotion rubbed in just put on my legs like a glob, told them I wanted my nails short and had in ingrown, didn’t listen to me with what I wanted, I tried talking and I know most will say “maybe they didn’t hear you”. The atmosphere is great, but the service sucked. It’s unfortunate I had high hopes.

I have been going to Hallie for years. She has never disappointed me and she is just amazing. They make you feel welcomed and all so very nice and clean. Highly recommend!!

I was so excited to come get my pedicure and manicure. It was the first time away from my newborn. I had a great experience and staff was amazing but I am so bummed. The only reason they aren’t a 5 star review is because my gel literally peeled right off my nails. I only have 1 left. She did a fabulous job on the white tips and all. But so bummed that it’s peeling off after 3 days. ☹️ My pedicure turned out great. No issues but I spent over $100 dollars and to have them peel off right away stinks. But the place is absolutely stunning inside and staff is sooo wonderful. Such a clean environment. I would recommend them even though my gel manicure didn’t stay on.

This place is a hidden gem so beautiful and relaxing! Everyone is so nice and friendly!The best part is it’s so clean and everything has a spot and labeled. Beautiful work and tons of colors not once was I pressured or asked if I wanted a upgrade! I found my new spot!! Can’t wait to come back.

I have been going to this salon since they opened. I have had a few of their services and I have been pleased everytime. Sony does amazing work, he knows what I like, and the length of my nails each and every time. It is very tranquil and relaxing. I will never go anywhere else, I have never gotten this wonderful treatment anywhere else in this area. I have been getting my nails done with them since before they were champaka in total about 7 years! Ekks! They have amazing customer service and they do a great job. Through part of Corona they did shut down and I had to go other places. Finally I just stopped going other places until they reopened. Nobody does nails as well as they do

Today I had nails filled & pedi. I had detox one & my legs feel so silky & wonderful feeling. My nails ALWAYS look wonderful!!!

I went and got a pedicure with my mother. The chairs were very comfortable and the establishment was very clean, the implements were clean and sanitized. Would definitely recommend this place. If fact Im going to get my Mother a gift certificate for another pedicure for Christmas.

This was my first visit and I was so impressed. It is a beautiful spa and their professionalism along the quality of the service is way above every other spa I have been to. I highly recommend!

Ive been in a few times. The last two times Ive been in were for a Manicure and pedicure.Manicure: its been one weekish and about 4 of my nails have nail polish chipping off, very noticeable. Ive never experienced this before, its like it can just be peeled off if I wanted to do so.Pedicure: got the pedicure on 9-/24 and it’s not the greatest. The foot scrub was subpar and the rest was ok. The package stated the nail polish was included but, of course, there is always a catch with Gel. This was a $15 catch to add gel to your pedicure. The nail polish on pedicure is smeared. Not satisfied.

Kim did my Gel manicure. She was gentle and friendly. I just sat there in the ambiance and feel so relaxed as i left. It’s a beautiful spa, and i enjoyed every minute of it, can’t wait to back soon for a pedicure!

Today was my first visit. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, and of course the decor, absolutely beautiful. I appreciated the soothing music in the background. I received a pedicure, the charcoal one, from Maia, and she was very thorough. She took her time, and did exactly what I wanted, and I was extremely happy with the results. I will be back again, hoping that the same service will continue. The prices are a little higher, but for the attention that I received, well worth it. For anyone reading this, If you do go into a beautiful, relaxing establishment like this, leave your cell phone in your purse and enjoy the experience. There was a woman, that felt the need to announce to everyone in the place her personal business, while talking on her phone. The conversation went on for 30 minutes, then she proceeded to call someone else. With earbuds in, talking in a very loud voice and loud, loud laughter, which was irratating to everyone and unnecessary. When people pay this kind of money, to go into a salon and be relaxed and concentrate on the experience, they don’t need people in the background talking on the phone and sharing all of their personal business. I really wanted to say something, but I didn’t. Hoping that others will realize the necessity to appreciate the quiet calming atmosphere and not share their personal lives with the entire business and if you do, keep your voice way down. Again… I had a wonderful experience today.

Ive tried all the nail salons around the yuba-sutter area and this one by far was the best!! Pedicure was a little pricey, but totally worth it! Super clean, friendly and professional staff, and they take their time to make sure you leave happy and satisfied! This is my new go to place!!

The first time my daughter brought me here to get pampered I fell in love with the atmosphere. Now my 2 daughters and I come together to spend some quality time and have mother/daughters bonding love. So far it has been an incredible experience for us. It is quite pricey and we do tip well but the rewarding luxury of relaxation and feeling like a million bucks is much more valuable to us. They did a really great job in softening my feet and fixing my toenail. Please continue to be as careful and patient, we love this place and of course I love and appreciate my daughter for spoiling me with love..

Salon gives a spa fell, they offer champagne if you spend $60 or more. I like that everyone has a uniform and the decor is minimal and overall peaceful. Friendly staff and will be coming back

I used to love this salon. I was so happy that I found a salon I liked. You guys did so good. Then the last time I went in I had to make an appointment for a manicure which is fine, it was for the next morning. I was running 10 minutes late and they called me and said they were canceling my appointment and that I shouldn’t be late like that and just seemed mad at me and not very nice. I was very apologetic about it and was willing to make another appointment but the lady just brushed me off and said she was too busy to make an appointment and hung up. Too busy to make an appointment at 9:40 am but you had time to call me and be rude about being late and not even to help me reschedule?? I understand I was not on time but she could have at the very least been nice about it instead of rude and actually offered to make me another appointment instead of just blowing me off. This is so disappointing because I’ve been hyping you guys up to my family and friends and I tip you guys well when I go and this is how I get treated? Just disappointing. I don’t know if I will come back. I was going to give you guys 5 stars and then this happened… also last time I got my pedicure here my toes were cut slanted and uneven. I had to fix it myself.

Please tell me how was this $60 dollars worth plus they still want to ask for a tip. I am so embarrassed that they did this to me….. worst experience by far ever.I could’ve done a better job myself. I highly do not recommend this place what so ever. How embarrassed I am to be walking around like this….

This was the worst experience ever. I have had a bad experience before but went back to try it again. I went for my daughters birthday. We decided on 3 charcoal pedicures which is a pretty penny. The nail tech would not massage my leg. She rushed thru the whole procedure, left lotion spots on my leg and made it look like I had a skin disease. She left charcoal on the back of my leg. She couldnt even do the design I asked for which was 2 colors half and half on the big toe. Will never go again. Waste of money.

This is my first visit. I’m not familiar with the technology used (self-serve temperature-taker, check-in processand could’ve used some help (I asked out loudbut no-one offered. Would have been a better experience for me if someone had taken the initiative to assist a senior. However, I am pleased with the pedicure and will return.

A little busy at times but theres a reason for that. They are the cleanest and best nail salon in Marysville and Yuba City!. Ive came to them with many nail ideas and they nail it every time 😊

The nails look good but its so not what I wanted I could have painted them at home .I ask for acrylic nails instead they just painted my nails .and the lady there didnt speak a bit of English.

This place was so clean everyone was extremely polite and professional and they all help each other get setup for the next client. They sanitized in-between each customer.Pedi prices seemed a little high but it’s a very comfortable environment if you need to justify this for yourself 😄 and they were not pushy about gel polishFull set prices are good and she did exactly what I wanted without having to annoy her! I will be returning!

Got my acrylic nails removed and a gel manicure. They did amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The building is clean and doesn’t smell like your normal nail salon. Highly recommend!!!

The staff have always been wonderful! Ive been coming here for years. They do an excellent job every time. Its very rare that I have any lifting and Ive never gotten fungus. The new shop is absolutely gorgeous. The pedicure chairs are so relaxing. Sony does my nails and whoever is available does my pedicures. I highly recommend this place to my friends all the time.

Ive been going to this place for years now. I wont go anywhere else, I rather wait til they get me in. I only get a manicure once in a while to treat myself and never have been disappointed with their work. Its one of the best priced places in town, but also the best quality. Ive been to a few other spas, but end up being cut or just be a poor paint job all while paying more. Friendly staff and love the beautiful new location.

I would never go anywhere else they are clean, quiet, and actually take their time to do your hands/feet THE RIGHT WAY. So nice and updated inside, the shop itself is so relaxing and beautiful. Hands down best nail salon in the area. Don’t even bother with other places.
