I went to the bank for the deposit of the business account, the person named Gabriela Escalante, she was very rude, I said good afternoon she didnt even look at my face, no responde no customer service what do ever. I asked to give me a long envelope, she told me the she can give only one, she didnt hear what I was asking.

The worst service you can get . I tried depositing a check and they refunded to change it in my personal account. They wanted me to deposit in a business account when I don’t even have a business account. I refused to change it and when I tried going to a different chase I was accused of fraud. I had never had a problem like these I always got paid with checks, I was able to deposit them just fine. Now they closed my account and didn’t even bother to explain. They just laughed and send me to Wells Fargo. I don’t recommend going to these chase bank
No drive Thru ATM, the won’t fix the broken door so they don’t have clean the ATM lobby.👎👎👎
Im not sure why they took away access to the atm inside! , this is the only chase near my house , maybe install a drive through atm !?
Worthless chase, they removed the ATM door swiper and now closes the vestibule at sometimes 2pm.Yeah go drive here to use the ATM only to be treated like some thief trying to break in. Like 6 people came by while I wrote this review and pulled on the locked door. Yikes Chase just close this location.

Refused to honor a check that was VERIFIED and drawn off their bank. Then I got accused of fraud. The signature matched, check was within range, funds were available, ect. They they said it was because I dont bank with them! I shouldnt have to be forced to open an account there to cash a check. I will never bank here!!!! A word to the wise, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE....smh.

Deposit intake on the 🏧 can be iffy at times, like people mess with them a lot. Dont really ever go inside.

Fail! A employee at this location canceled my debit/atm card without my approval or request. I went out of town only to find out my card had been canceled by a chase employee for no reason. Chase customer service is getting worst everyday. FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL
They cut off access to the ATM in the vestibule after business hours, makes no sense. Use to be able to get in if you had a chase card 24/7
Why does access to the ATM close at 5pm??
We needed fairly specific help with a short timeline. We called a bunch of Chase locations and Sheena at this location was so good and so friendly—she solved our problems and made it enjoyable. This will be our new regular bank!

This location has one drive up window and unfortunately takes its time during peak hours. You may or may not have to wait a while.
Bad front of house customer service and the tellers were also rude but most importantly when I spoke to a banker they basically said "yeah we cant help" before I even gave them the reason for coming in
Drive up wait times are horrible, whatever system you have in place doesnt work. Everytime I come . Going elsewhere next time

They charge fees for your fees. They charge extra ATM fees on top of other ATMs normal fees. Currently, theyre charging an extra $2.50.They hold your funds longer than other banks so as to collect more interest.Overall, this bank represents everything thats ethically corrupt with Capitalism.Ill stick with US Bank and USAA. They actually refund other banks ATM fees. They release funds early and dont charge fees for your fees. My business.Least to say, it took Chase a short time to lose my business and my companys business. Less than 3 weeks.

I am reporting a stolen credit card jovany Chavez lock it down.
Do not go to this Chase bank. Not only did they not do their jobs correctly, when called out on it they dont care. I went in to cancel and replace a debit card. The woman helping me cancelled the wrong card, gave me a temporary card that didnt work and insisted I had the wrong pin. When it turns out she cancelled the wrong card and the associated pin didnt work. I called to get it fixed and the male customer representative did not want to help. He said "what do you want me to do? Call the 1-800 number”
My other bank makes the funds available immediately with mobile deposit, not this place this place makes you wait for your money horrible practice when you need your money now not later

Still standing in line after an hour.. Theres 2 atms in place of actual tellers and two human employees have no sense of urgency most of us in line are tryin to pay bills on lunch or make a quick deposit.. Now im an hour late comming back from lunch. Ive seen 5 ppl lrave out of line as it continues to go no where. Worst bank EVER
This Branch USE to be good, but new staff and a new manager has brought customer service to a nightmare. Sad too, shows how important good management is.
Charges for overdraft is way to high
Was in this bank, wanting to sort a card mistake, and Kyle Wharton, was not having it. Sarcastic and rude, was not able to compose himself with my mother and I. After his snobby remarks and alerting us he was the branch manager, he advised us to just close the account as he couldnt help. I suggested he get someone else to help us. He pushed us on to Mario. After waiting 30 min for Mario he took care of it! Quick, professional and understanding, Mario came to the rescue! He can def show Kyle a thing or two when it comes to dedicated,TRUE customer service. Kyle had no idea how to help and like I said, even encouraged my mother to close her account! One star due to Marios fantastic job, but Kyle and his attitude need a LOT of work.
Has cash limits. Did a job. They wrote me a chase check. Chase refused to cash. Even told me that they had enough in the account that the check was written on, but they do not cash checks of that amount. So in my book that is no good, and make a great case on why they are not my bank.

Can only rate my ATM experience. Only came by to pull out cash. ATM experience was pretty standard. HOWEVER, we noticed there is a small prariedog town behind the building. Come for the cash withdrawal, stay for the cuteness.
I went here last week. Later, I had a question about my service. I called, called and called. After 20 minutes of trying to reach someone I gave up. Very poor customer service. Not returning here.

Its a convenient location of course. The tellers are fairly quick BUT dont try to go in and get anything notarized. Everytime I go to get something notarized the managers are so slow. Then today I went in and a manager stepped out to greet me he tells me if I didnt have an appointment set up it will take 30-35 minutes before I can get a seal and signature. Why do I need an appointment to get something notarized? Where they do that at??? Only on Colfax & Chambers in the Aurora, CO branch! This is ridiculous. Out of the three managers on duty there is only two notaries. The manager that greeted me is talking to a teller right now. Why do customers have to wait on the managers when they are running a busy bank branch during the day. The customers are piling up and the managers are basically doing nothing. One manager went to a room and stayed in there for 10 minutes. Shame on this branch!
Holds government unemployment checks for 4 days. Unnecessary. Im going on the 5th day. Would never consider doing regular banking here.
Very nice location. Stuff was very friendly. But especially I want to say Thanks BLANCA you are the most gorgeous employee I have ever seen. You made my day.
The personal bankers are knowledgable and make a good effort at resolving issues. However, they have limited authority (Chase policies, not the branchso "special requests" can be frustrating.There are also long lines on paydays, Fridays and Mondays. I was just there on a Wed. around noon and no waiting for a personal banker at all.
