I ordered two heaters almost a week ago expecting this to be delivered by now. Called the store only to advise me they are out of stock. Whilst they have offered me a different heater, I’m wondering had I not called them, will they ever let me know that they were never intending to ship out my order?!

This store does not know what customer service looks like. Please visit other similar stores to get the best price and service.

We went to pick up our online order for three products. They didnt have any of the products we ordered so they gave us the ones they had in store but non of them was relevant to what we needed and decided to give us two products that equalled to $33 when we paid $68 online? This is some primary school level service. The online store is also a big fail since it told me to go to this store to pick up the particular products we ordered when they had none.Also, when they handed us the wrong product because they didnt have the one we needed, they said it was the same product with a new packaging. This was definitely not the case and the product was for crosswaves when we specifically ordered a bundle of formulas for a deep carpet cleaner. Like..what are you guys trying to do??

Ordered a dryer listed as in stock. Chased it up two weeks later when I had not received any communication from them. The replied 3 days later saying that the dryer was out of stock. Disgusting customer service.

Pretty slow, and the delivery people were a little unpleasant. No communications to say that the original item I ordered was no longer in stock even though the web site said it was. Had to call them to find out. The delivery driver did not turn up on the appointed day, but then turned up the next day with only 1 hours notice.

Very disappointed by poor service and communication regarding delayed order.. ordered a washing machine on 16 Jan and did not receive any calls regarding delayed delivery .. had to continuously call the store to find out it was delayed from LG and needed keep calling for updates on estimated delivery and on the 5th time calling found out needed wait until may / April.. cancelled and ordered elsewhere with no washing machine for nearly an entire month after moving to Sydney from qld!

I’ve ordered a washing machine online just before end of the year, which had been oversold and delivery was super delayed unlike mentioned online, obviously not their fault. The team has been very good and trying to help and accommodate as much as possible. The only minus point I would give for not calling back when promised to do so, I had to follow up.Ended up buying another machine for higher price, which was then delivered on the same day. Very happy with the washing machine and can definitely recommend Betta. Thank you.

bloody awful - could not provide - the ordered product - claimed it might arrive in a fortnight - not a great effort for a washing machine

I was searching internet for a bar fridge of a particular size to fit under the kitchen benchtop. By sheer chance I come across Betta Home Living in Chatswood. I called to ask if this fridge is on display so I would come to confirm the dimensions on site. I spoke to Michael who told me that it will be available after 16 December 2021. On 29 December 2021 I called and Michael answered the phone. The fridge was on display as Michael said earlier. Michael was absolutely fantastic in answering all my specific questions and offered to take measurements to save me time coming to the store to do it. Michael customer skills were remarkable. He was polite, very informative and proactive making practical hints to make sure that the fridge will fit to the available space.I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Michael and wish him all the best in the business.Bob Put

Ordered an item online clearly "in stock" with delivery advertised as 3-5 days. 5 days passed. Nothing (except a receipt for payment). So had to start chasing. Finally got an email blaming someone else. Three weeks later, still no item and no reply to my last email. Still chasing.One of those times where I wish there was a "zero stars" button.Ill update if anything changes.

I had a great experience purchasing a TV from Betta Chatswood. Their online store was easy to use, and when I called with questions the person I spoke to was pleasant and told me what I needed.

Mike and his team are the most professional, honest and helpful people you will find. We needed to purchase a few kitchen items and they were so patient in finding the best products to meet our requirements and budget. I never once felt they pressured me to buy anything and they are extremely competitive in pricing. Alex also went out of his way to find out more information about products when I asked. They happily agreed to store the appliances for me until we were ready for them. If I could give negative stars I would, tv under warranty just stopped working, over a month of excuses and delays and gaslighting me, they refuse to replace product, manager rude and aggressive, several items we purchased from this store did not last 12 months, disgraceful service, disgraceful products and aggressive attitudes in response to genuine complaints of faulty products, give this store a big miss!

Im very happy with Alex from Chatswood Betta Home Livings follow up on my order for a sandwich press. The order took longer because of demand but I got the item ahead of time. Alex is very helpful and I love the sandwich press!

This experience happened in July however it has taken me this long to get around to writting it.We were moving from a furnished place to an unfurnished one. I wanted to order online but had concerns in making sure the fridge and washing machine came here when we move as I was trying to line it up for us. so kept it in the shopping cart and send a message via facebook as it was after hours and could be done in the morning.They got back to me in the morning explaining I could leave instructions via website and they pay attention to the instructions. I bought them and ordered it for the day we got the keys. I was given an sms the day before stating they would be there after 9am the following day. I was called from the chatswood store to explain they did not have what I wanted in store with the fridge however would give something of equal or greater value. I explained it was the dementions that were important as we had measured the space and we found a suitable equivilant no problem.We got they keys and I recieved a call from the delivery people on the day saying they had them in the truck and would be here within a few hours. We were all waering masks and sticking to the covid precautions. They even helped me bring them inside to the room they were meant to go in.Such a great experience here and I would use them again. I have recomended them to other people as even in the pandamic it is nice to have excelent customer service.

Ordered a microwave/oven late on Sunday night. I rang this morning to see how long it would be till the stock arrived (as had no oven or microwave till then). They said they’d check and call me back. When they called back they told me it was going to be 2 weeks but they sourced the product from another store and would deliver it today . Go to another branch!! Very unhelpful when there is an actual issue. Had to wait long time for my fridge only to get a hugely dented fridge. Was reassured a technician will come n fix which never happened. 6 months later am still waiting for the small refund they promised. Never go back here!

I couldnt find the product I wanted anywhere until I phoned Betta Home. Both times the sales person was extremely helpful and the price I was given was very competitive. Viv at Chatswood Betta was very helpful and knowledgable. What he didn’t know, he was happy to find out. Nothing was too much trouble.I bought the Asko dishwasher as I can’t believe most dishwashers have plastic spray arms. From researching Asko’s website the last few days, they think their dishwashers are more sustainable, as they are built to last and you aren’t throwing more plastic into the ocean every few years.Buying the dishwasher at Betta was a breeze. Let’s see how Delivery and after service goes. 😎

Betta looks like a budget store but they carry a wide range of appliances including more upmarket brands. All staff are pleasant and helpful, Michael, in particular. I purchased one fridge, then before it was delivered, called to change my mind to a different brand and model. Michael then matched a very aggressive 1 day offer from another shop. Delivery was at 10.00, on the dot. The guys delivered and removed my old fridge quickly and didnt mind giving me a few moments to clean up before the new fridge went in. Within moments of them leaving, my completed invoice arrived by email. Very efficient and easy to deal with. I will go back again.

After spending 5hrs on the phone With a competitor, due to technical issues. they had me in tears due to their lack of customer service and understanding during this time. Thank you, Thank you!!! I think i got bad luck to get the faulty machine, and even get the terrible customer service.I purchased a NEW front load washing machine from Betta chatswood, they delivery a dusty (sands around the washing machineand bad smelly wet (inside the loadingwashing machine to my house. Because of house moving i need a washing machine to wash all my clothes so i take it its ok.So I cleaned up everything before use.Using 3 different mode to run the washing machine.EXP: Quick 15 run for more then 40min (what for call it Quick 15?Normal washing time 59min but non stop running for 2hours not even spin it. End up I found out actually the spinning wasnt work at all. I assume they delivered the display unit for me (which is the one i inspect with bad smelly and wet insideand also some small items like sock/ underwear always stuck in between the door. I called to the shop they asked me call to the washing machine Factory, the factory asked me call the shop, they just throwing ball to each other.So I decided to visit Betta request exchange the different Brand New washing machine for me. (also need to pay extra $120 for exchange different Brand I dont think its fair for me because the problem is the washing machine, (im not changing my mind to exchange or refundand I still need to pay extra $80 for delivery & pick up.

If I could give them a 0 with stars I would.I bought a fridge from them , it was delivered damage. Then two week later they delivered a new replacement fridge, that was also indented on the side. I emailed them with pictures and I still havent heard back from them. I requested a invoice to be updated with the new delivery date on it for the warranty to start on the day I received it. I got that 3days after from Mike in a unprofessional email that was rudely written in capital letters.I had bought a lot of major items from business spending thousands of dollars as a regular customer. They dont care about you as customer. They dont communicate with you correctly or not at all.Dont buy from them.. now Im buying all my other major items from Havery Norman instead now. Im going to have to take action with NCAT as this seem to be my only choice to say its enough.. Its really has upset me and made me really angry.. Its take a lot to make me angry..Again dont shop with them.

If I could select a zero star rating I would! I bought a fridge from these guys and prior to buying it I asked them for a fridge which had a door in door, plumbing and is side by side. They sold me a fridge which they said had all 3 features and so I agreed to buy it. When I returned home to the delivered fridge it did not have a door in door which I specifically confirmed with them and asked for a fridge to have this feature. I called up and told them they sold me the wrong fridge as it was not door in door. They blamed me and said they did not say this fridge would have door in door and told me that I would have to pay a 20% return fee and 2 lots of delivery (picking up the wrong fridge and delivering the new one). They would not compromise even when this clearly was their fault. I was happy to pay for the more expensive fridge which included this door in door feature but they still refuse to negotiate the extra ridiculous high return charges. Never buy from these guys! Appalling customer service!

Great service, great valueThis store beats major retailers consistently in price.The click and collect service is excellent.I got my TV online and picked it up there no dramas.I called ahead to ask for a LG microwave and went to collect it 10 minutes later, amazing blokes.If youre looking for home appliances, remember to check them out first.

I bought a LED light bulb from them for $10 a few months ago which the salesman convinced me would last years. It didnt! I just took it back (naturally I hadnt kept the receiptand they refused to replace it, basically said it was tough luck. Even though I work locally, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I encourage others to do likewise.
