Shay at store 1574 in colorado very pleasant. She was the only person working and phone kept ringing. She handed every call like a professional. Never got upset or frazzled while still taking care of me. Very impressive and professional

Went here to get a loan, first I was told that I didnt pay off a loan prior. Then they said they had me in collections for not paying off said loan. After they call the collections department and do some research they realize that I did in fact pay off my loan completely. Still need to find out if that has been affecting my credit for 2 years. Then after being there an hour and being declined for no reason at all they offer me 300 dollars. So I walked away and will not do business with them ever again. Neither should you. Also one lady in there never greeted us or even really glanced our direction. I believe she was the assistant Manager.

Checked the hours online before making the 45min drive to this location only to find a sign on the door saying closed, at 215 in the afternoon.

I called numerous times before I went in to the office. It took 20 minutes for someone to answer. Whole in the office they ignored numerous calls with few people in the office.

Associates have always been friendly as well as patient and informative when I have specific loan questions.

I AM FURIOUS! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I CAME A COUPLE DAYS AGO THE BLACK GIRL WITH GLASSES HAD A HUGE ATTITUDE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! If I could I’d give 0 starsI have Called and left voicemails because I can never talk to anyone when I am returning phone calls to find out that they have not checked their voicemails and there’s nothing notated on my account.FYI: I called on wed at 4:40pm had to lvm but they were supposed to be open until 6pmSpoke with Reshae today 02/06/21 @ 10:15am who remind you had a poor attitude and very unprofessional Her tone was very hostile and I explained that it’s not always what you say it is how you say things.The girl then asked me if I wanted to speak with her manager when I reiterated everything we had discussed on the call to add insult to injury she improperly placed me on hold put me in “time out” then came back on the line to finish the call.I know that a debt is owed but when people are explaining especially now with everything going on in the world and they are actually trying to communicate with your company you should not have a negative attitude or be hostile with them.

Raymon is absolutely amazing. Every time I call he’s never rude or in a hurry. The process is very fast and easy. Regardless what I need the money for I never feel less than or judged when I leave. This is by far the best place to get a loan.

Bruh, this place is so frustrating. I’ve been trying to make my loan payment all day and haven’t been able to talk to anyone about it. Called the store I took my loan out at and was told I’d receive a call back that never came. I call two other stores and the customer service line through out the day that failed to even pick up the phone. I would have went to the store to do it in person but I had to work through their business hours. Never again. I work at Money Tree a check cashing/loan place that’s actually right across the street from this place so I know how a customer service oriented loan business is supposed to be run and this ain’t it. I’d call the customer complaint line but surprise surprise no one is answering that number either.Update: was finally able to speak with someone from this branch . I tried to call the branch directly but no one answered the call. I ended up having to call the branch at Colorado Blvd and they had to do a conference call with me and the other branch. I think that the reason that the buckley and iliff branch has issues answering their phone is because theyre understaffed. While i was on the phone with the teller I heard phones ringing in the background the entire time and no one picking it up. I feel bad for the tellers who work there being put in that situation, but either way this was some pretty atrocious customer service because it took me two days get a simple question about my payment answered. I dont think i could ever do business here again.

I went in today to pay off my loan and was not even greeted when I walked into the store, the lady Larissa looked like she hated her job and the fact that she had to help me. She tried to get me to sign paperwork in the wrong area. Very inexperienced.

Very unprofessional customer service. I paid my loan in full and the guy kept making remarks about not being trusted because I missed a payment. I wouldnt take a loan from here try speedy cash by far a better service.

The people who work there are unfriendly and seem to be very immature. There were girls working at the desks behind the main counter who were loudly talking about their personal lives and one mentioned how she cussed out her mom earlier that day or something. Seemed like it was a place to hang out for them rather than help customers. The young lady working with me could not answer my questions about why I wasn’t approved. I walked across the street to money tree and the woman there was awesome and I got approved for a loan in 2 minutes. Save your time, don’t go to check into cash go straight to money tree!

Very rude people. They need to get rid of everyone who works there and bring in nice professionals who make the experience of borrowing money and good experience. I am NEVER going back there!

Terrible customer service staff is rude this place is to be good but since new ownership or management took over they have been progressively getting worse and worse I will never go back there again
