The wait time was crazy long😖...order was incorrect...long wait again for order correction.

Food was hot even though wait was super long

These mfs think they’re slick. I ordered a meal (#6that was 6.29. I was told my total was 7.34. I asked why. The boy couldn’t give me a definitive answer. This fool said after taxes this is what it comes to. THATS FALSE. What HAPPENED was: I was rang up for a MEDIUM sized order instead of the regular small size. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a medium, the choice was made for me. I don’t care if it’s an extra dollar, you don’t do that. That’s called stealing and it’s morally wrong. I need to find a new checkers to go to. Not this ghetto thieving one anymore.

I hate coming here... Unfortunately, being so late at night the only other choice was Waffle House and I didnt feel like driving that far

Don’t never have ice cream. People in the window arguing with the customers and their co workers telling them to do all the work. Got my order wrong then told me that’s not what I ordered and that I would have to go back threw the line to get it correct. Smh Wouldn’t recommend. Very bad experience

The fish sandwich was TERRIBLE. I had never had a bad sandwich at Checkers. What’s up with that? I’m glad a didn’t have a double.

Great food but DUMB SLOW! Expect to be in line at the drive through for a hour

The food was very fresh and the staff was friendly.

Never again ,the lines were backed up and the workers were slow on purchases, drive through backed up where people made u turns off the line. Need good management or else lost of profit.

The Wait time is an hour just so the young man dripped down in gold plated jewelry, in a whole outfit, while having a personal conversation on the phone plus the walk up window been closed since 10pm which I’m still skeptical about anyway just order online and pick it up

Wait time extremely long order a champ only pickle cheese and Mayo I was charge for the extra pickles but I didnt get any at all I said this three time still didnt get it right I ask for a large combo was charge got a med that why I gave one star because they were horrible than to be charge for pickle and didnt even get one why would I want to go somewhere who charge and dont even give u what you paid for so yes I have 1 I wish I could have given it no star either they not open or they cant make order right never will I return

I 1st time here and the Burger was good just chilly dog was awesome And the drive-through went through quickly.

Yes I love checkers in the burgers they are the bomb.com so I’ve been going here for a while and I definitely love it and when I have a taste for it I will always pull up and they will do you right food is on point and fresh so go ahead and give them what they are entitled to so keep pushing stay positive and like I said I love the area and I The hospitality way to go checkers I’m here for you

Door Dash sent me here and I had a bad experience where they didnt respond to the pick up drive thru and once I walked up to the pick up window I was told with laughter that the Door Dash machine wasnt working.

The cashier was nice that Day there wasnt a crowd waiting so I would recommend the restaurant

This place has messed up every order I have ever placed. This time I’m actually going to write a review because I am irritated past repair. I went through the drive through and ordered a baconzilla no mayo, with ketchup and mustard instead. They repeated “the baconzilla comes with mayo pickles and bacon” and we replied with yea, we want that just no mayo, and instead ketchup and mustard.The drive thru operator repeated our order several times. A baconzilla meal, large, no mayo, add ketchup and mustard. When we got our food we drove home. Normally we would’ve checked it since it wasn’t the typical burger on their menu, but since he repeated it so much, we assumed it must be right. Right?Wrong. They gave me the burger with mayo. I hate mayonnaise so I am now not eating my dinner that I paid for due to carelessness.I am writing this review to let everyone know, if you go to this location, CHECK YOUR FOOD! I promise it will be wrong!

Waited in line for 30mins for 1 Fing Chili Dog (They Are Good No Onions Needed to pay workers more money Maybe just Maybe theyd Be Better and Care about the quality of service they give.

They are not open til 4am. They need to change their info online. It says 6 days ago confirmed. A lie! They just turned off lights on me and 4 other cars while sitting in line!!! That was rude and unprofessional!!!

UPDATE: 45 MINS FOR 4 MILKSHAKES...NEVER AGAINOrdered online for convenience and still waited 30 MINUTES for four milkshakes.I suppose the answer would have been "Our shake machine is down" but since it was paid online, the young man decided to go to the back and get milkshake mix. Needless to say, Ive so far waited 30 mins for four milkshakes and am still waiting...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worse location I’ve ever visited. It was my first time in 7 years. I happened to just be in the area and was craving Checker’s. Could have gotten treated better at the McDonald’s next door. The attitudes of the staff were so rude & off putting that I literally lost my appetite. Good, as the fries were very over cooked, almost burnt, so much that they did not taste like Checker’s signature fries. They were also extremely salty. My first mind was right to not even order fries as they are always flawed at most fast food restaurants. I bite into the burger after eating the horrifying fries and felt something crunchy. I inspect the sandwich more thoroughly and the patty is burnt around the edges to the consistency of biting into a gemstone. I ordered the 2 for $4 deal as I am on a budget. And added a small fry against my better judgement. Because I ordered cheese on my two burgers, the price skyrocketed. 59 cents x2 for adding cheese to the burgers. Understandable I suppose. I questioned & tried to change my order before paying, adding a drink as the sign said “2 for $4. Add $2 and make it a combo.” Just trying to get more bang for my buck. The order total was even more without the drink so why not? The wait in the drive thur was ridiculous. Half an hour nearly, with 7 cars in front of me. I can’t imagine the wait had I walked up to the window. I finally get to the window and I ask to slightly modify my order. It is never my intention to make it difficult for the employees. The woman at the window, basically goes “She wants to change her order, I can’t do that..” and walks away to get who I assume was a manager. I’m thinking “why not? I haven’t paid.” I’m only adding a drink. A male comes back and explains to me the dilemma. He’s equally rude. It is eventually straightened out but the attitudes I had to experience from those two, greatly upset me. They both made annoyed faces the entire time. Maybe dont let the customer know you would rather not be there dealing with them? I get the feeling but conceal, dont feel. 😂They also acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to add one thing to an order that’s already made and unpaid for after Ive waited 30 minutes. I told the female cashier, ‘thank you’ twice and got no response. Only a window slammed in my face. Excuse me for remaining polite even though I did not experience the same. So overpriced bad food and even worse humans. If I had a time machine, I would not do business or spend my hard earned money at this location. Also, should’ve read the reviews because they are 100% accurate. TERRIBLE. In a perfect world, I would be getting a refund. 😤

So yummy and fresh.Order online before going there so you can pick up fast from online orders window because they usually have long and busy drive through. Checkers fries and Baconzilla remain my all time favorite.

was not delivered. I will dispute with my bank!!! Managers need to do their job just as much as the employee. Accountability is lacked at this location… my boyfriend even said look around we shouldn’t have stopped here ... AGREED …. I bring you business… reason why some black business don’t even make it because they simply lack professionalism and customer service literally client satisfaction is at everything ( I’ve been an independent contractor before as well & went to school for PR .. WE DIDNT GET AN APOLGY JUST THE WINDOW SHUT. Very rude

Staff was ignoring customers at walk up window. I waited 20 min for a door dash order and had a second order and it took manager 15 min to acknowledge that I was still standing there and than he stated he didnt have the order and the customer should cancel but the order has to be confirmed with the store before it is issued to a dasher. Employee was eating while preparing orders. Very disorganized and unprofessional behavior by employees and manager or duty.

I sat at the speaker for over 20 mons so i pulled to the window. Then they said they couldnt take my order at the window. Dont stop at this checkers. They are rude and because they arent on there job. Youll waste your time. And they are dreadfully SLOW.

Store opens at 10:00 a.m. I placed a online order at 10:45 and they were turning everyone away because they haven’t opened the store yet nor dropped any food and told me it would be a while before I could get my order that was suppose to be ready at 10:45!!! So we can just change hours now and open up when we’re ready? Only reason I waited is because the money had already been taken off of my card.

Very busy. Drive thru moved pretty quickly. Monsterella sticks are surprisingly good. Burgers were meh. Just flew in from out of town. Most everything was closed because it was late. Glad to know when you come home late from out of town there is somewhere close to the airport to get food.

The one star you see is two more stars than they deserve. I have been trapped in this line for 30 minutes. Got to the window and was immediately prompted to "hold on".Trash. Dont do it.

the drive thru is not working. the employees working inside look nasty, uncleanuness, one worker a girl with her pants half way down. underwear showing, using her telephone while preparing drinks...terrible

Awesome place to go to especially when on the run. Once you order they give you your food fairly quickly depending on how much people are there. You do however have to speak up a bit and its a little hard to hear when ordering thru the machine in the drive through but overall, absolutely delicious especially the fries.

Only gave it 2 stars because the sandwich was decent! Unfortunately, the food looked nothing like the picture. Whoever is cooking the fries are dropping them too long. Can barely bite them smh!Checkers just isn’t the same. I haven’t eaten here in years, but ugh this is disappointing. Should’ve read the reviews first.

Mine and my sister and brother initial contact with the lady at the drive thru speaker wasnt pleasant. When we got to the window they more than made up for the experience. Food was hot. Personally was on point. I would visit them again.

I wouldn’t even give them a star but seeing that it was the only way to put in a review. So I Came through to do a pick up and was sitting approached by 2 employees asking for the name of the order. I have sat at the pickup window for over 20 mins while the employees was dancing and playing loud music all on their phones. This is the worst place to do any pickup deliveries because they will make you wait. And that guy in the red shirt I think he might be the manager not sure.

Went through the pickup lane and the employee opened the window and said it will be right up. I waited almost 15 mins and he never came back. It seemed like the employees were either fighting or just screwing around very obnoxiously and weren’t taking any drive through orders or making any food. The drive through line didn’t move one car during that whole time. I already paid for my food but couldn’t get their attention to refund me or give me my food so I just had to leave. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

First time at any Checkers and probably wont be back. Waited in drive-thru for someone to take my order for probably 15 mins. They came on speaker box said they were doing shift change...never apologized for the wait or inconvenience or anything (they have shift change everyday, should be far more efficient process). After finally placing my order, waited yet another 10 mins at pickup window while watching the kid play with his phone. Server dropped 2 bags at the window and kid continued to play with his phone ignoring it. I only realized that was all our food when the kid finally turned around and handed those same bags to me. Terrible service!

I dont care what time of day or night you visit this location its always an hour wait. They take one care at a time. At least 10 -15 between each car its really bad. I always wonder if management or owner knows how their business is being run. Its really sad and disappointing. I hate that I like their food WHEN HOT !!!

Absolute worst drive thru experience... the line took 45 minutes to get our food. When we got to the window, there was explicit rap music blasting through the window from the employees. I had a 12 year old in the backseat of my car... They were out of money and couldn’t give me proper change. They gave me 10 dollars in ones 2 dollars worth of NICKELS after I paid with a 20 dollar bill. We waited an extra 10 minutes after we paid for our food. On top of that our order was halfway incorrect. Don’t stop here.

Worst experience ever! First night waited 30 minutes in drive through line. Had to back out and went to McD next door. Tonight. Same thing. Drive through line not moving for 10 minutes now. Will NEVER go back here! Heard they have decent burgers though.Edit: Got our short order after 20 minutes. The burgers were great. My rating and review was due to the awfully slow line for fast food place and does not reflect the food or the employees that worked there.

Always a long wait but thats no problem I purchased 2 kg #7 combos and waited forever to find out the drink I ordered was out so was my second option then open my bag to 1 #7 combo and a really dry and old big Buford

I am very angry and disappointed!!! Ordered 2 small combos of Buford and we got was seeded buns and 1 small patty each!!! Really?!? Spoke with a manager named Jeff and he refused to cooperate with us and said he couldn’t do anything to help and said for us to take our orders or leave it! Such a shame! We paid for the food Jeff! We are not coming back ever again!

Food is decent for what it is, but is the slowest fast food joint in the world. And once you get in line you cant get out. I dont know why I keep coming here.The floodlights prevent you from reading the value menu. The whole drive through is poorly designed.

I guess the food so good the sauce cant stay in the box... other than the mess it tasted ok and I experienced good customer service and I didnt have to wait long
