Chemist Warehouse Eve Central SC in Casey

I’ve been trying to call the store on and off for the past two days and no one has given me the courtesy of even answering the. The one person I did answer the phone transferred me to fragrances and no one picked up after 20 minutes.

Absolutely appalling! Rude pharmacist who refuse to fill scripts faxed and emailed from a well known Psychiatrist. Medication I have had before. I can’t believe they are able to get away with being so incredibly incompetent and rude and manage to lose repeats to mediation all the time . Never go there!!!!

Wonderful if you want to spend half your day waiting even if you give them your script a day early. Also don’t certify anything?! Something that takes 30 seconds

This pharmacy is a disgrace after making me wait 40 minutes for my prescription because my doctor had change the date with his signature The pharmacist spoke to my doctor and he said to dispense my medication when I got in the car I realised the pharmacist had given me somebody else’s medication end somebody else’s repeat and this is a drug of dependency. Then she questioned me about paying for the medication which I had and then told me I’m not welcome back in the pharmacy. It is absolutely disgusting to give somebody a prescription of dependency with somebody else’s name on it.

Busy place but the prescription was quick.

Shocking Customer service, would not take back a bottle of unopened vitamins because it was bought from another chemist warehouse branch 5k up the road. The pharmacist Marion had an attitude as if she didnt want to be there or help customers. Made me remember the reason why I dont go there very often. Went to another local branch and they refunded the bottle as it was only bought the night before and I had the receipt and it was pretty obvious it had not been tampered with.

Very rude staff. Never want to help.

Absolutely disgusting. Went in and asked about the Rapid Test and barely received an answer. I then asked if and when they were expecting more in and again another muted answer. We really are scraping the bottom of the barrel here.

I have been a customer of this service for many years and their service is outstanding. I am particularly impressed by the customer service of the pharmacist Pardeep who is very polite and always greets me with a smile. I am confused about how someone could think that the pharmacy could lose customers because of him. I guess life is a mirror.....if you smile at it, it smiles back at you. If you frown at it, it frowns back at you.

1 star is way above their quality of customer service. If you want to waste your time for about an hour for each visit, try them. (bloody sloths…)I cannot believe how these guys have got the accreditation to run a pharmacy!!!

Ive been going here since they opened but Im over there rude pharmacists that have no idea what customer service or what caring means. Oh and the fact they have supplied wrong meds not once but TWICE not good either. Will try another chemist thats not part of this chain as they are all as bad, clearly head office really dont care.

Rude pharamacist. Refused to certify a stat dec. Rudely said he cant sign as he is too busy. Didnt even ask me to wait.I had to go to another different pharamcy.Always have issues with them. Until the last minute they wont accept any prescribed medicine orders.misleading customers with the click and collect orders. Basically each and every task is super crazy with this pharamcy. Especially the pharamacists are very rude.Never recommend this store.

Refused to help me certify only two IDs with the reason that being too busy lol Ridiculous I reckon. And saying that should wait for around half an hour when expressing I can wait…

Not a bad Chemist Warehouse at all. Bit smaller than a few others but staff are friendly and helpful. Shop is fairly well stocked and organised. Only downside to this store is when it is busy, there isnt much social distancing and well, near impossible to have that distance. All in all, recommended but when it get too busy it gets too cramped.

Went in for my prescription which I need to function that they didn’t have in stock then gave me a series of mixed messages and confusing excuses.

I really hate visiting this pharmacy. The staff are really lovely but the wait times are AWFUL no matter what time of day it is, the layout is cramped which doesn’t really allow for social distancing and the fridge and front door are so loud it’s actually triggering. I constantly feel stressed here.

The chemist who was there today was not helpful at all. I was there to get a Stat Declaration signed up. But she kept me waiting & was not willing to help. very unprofessional.

Very disappointed in their lack of care and customer service of late, a real worry especially concerning the risk, especially from the senior pharmacist himself.Noticed the last few times not receiving a reminder for medication to be dispensed. Whilst waiting in line to follow up on the issue the customer behind commented on the same issue for him.If they cant organise or enter simple data into customer relationship software and then mix up names, what other errors can occur?My wife and I will not be using this substandard chemist anymore!There are more professional, options elsewhere.

The pharmacist today was no help and extremely rude

“Chemist Warehouse will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where: The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or. ... The product is unsafe, and. You can present your Chemist Warehouse register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase”This is Chemist warehouse return policy 👆🏽when I borough faulty vapour machine, they said call the manufacturer and they don’t have time to deal with refunds, even I asked for exchange they refused to do! It was 1 day old with proof of purchase

Just picked up a few bits and pieces and the 2 women that helped me went above and beyond. They were welcoming and friendly and should be praised for there excellent customer service. The girl who served on the register and helped with my original queries name was Nora and there was another lovely lady that assisted her in locating a product out the back and then further assistance with a fragrance. 😊

Sometimes cheaper isn’t worth it.Had many issues. Scripts go missing, not dispensed. One rude pharmacist. Lost faxes. Mail can sit there for a week before they open your actual script. And they often won’t dispense without the original which I understand is potentially a law issue not a pharmacy issue.They did have a fantastic pharmacist there which I would only deal with. I have just discovered he’s left and will be leaving this chemist to go to where he is because he was fantastic.(hence the extra star). In fact I would phone and ask if he was in because he knew my issues I’d had previously with this pharmacy and went above and beyond to help me out. However I have just discovered he has left so now Going out of my way to his new pharmacy .Not all of the pharmacist there are bad, in fact there are a few good ones, but one particular is not. And unfortunately has left me having anxiety attacks and as a suffer and medicated for anxiety not ideal. If she answers or is the pharmacist that approaches me at the counter I will actually hang up or leave or asked to speak to a different pharmacist.Very Big concern is the scripts can sit there for ages before anyone actually looks or opens them. Or have gone missing completelyDespite having the app, I have to chase them up to find out if they are available. And the app doesn’t seem to update data regularly so is it unreliable to use as a way of tracking your medication.Or apparently they can’t find a particular prescription that was faxed off with receipt on my doctors end. Yet the pharmacist cannot find the other fax prescription. I would then go in store and of course they would be able to find it after a lot of Waiting and me getting quite frustrated.However prices are very competitive. But it’s now come down to my stress levels versus the dollars saved.

Unprofessional and appalling customer service. After waiting in a long line to see the pharmacist, they told me they had lost my script and then tried to blame me for not tracking the exact date and time it was faxed to them from my Doctor. I walked out in disgust and will never return - Id rather pay full price at another, more professional Pharmacy.

Absurd customer service .. rude pharmacist.. agree with the fact that “THEY ARE BUSY” but being rude to customers specially seniors is neither acceptable nor appreciated .. if they focus on work rather than coming up with strange explanation and unreasonable wait justifications, things would be much better .. I really don’t give comments or reviews but they have pushed me to write this .. absurd and ridiculous

I do feel sorry for the people who work here, theyre greatly understaffed and from observation, they having great difficulty keeping up with the demand, resulting in mismanagement of scripts, and in my case, no medication. Hire more help! Pretty sure with record numbers of unemployment, it shouldnt be hard finding more hands to get the job done right.

Not friendly and very delays processing the medications

Extremely rude male pharmacist on duty this afternoon. Rude, no manners, not willing to help me in any way. Didn’t even look at me while talking, I don’t usually leave reviews but this got me so annoyed. People are getting medication for various reasons, have some kind of manners & respect for your customers!!

To start off, If i could rate this place -10 stars i would.My dad always comes here and i really dont understand why, they take longer than 25 minutes to fill a script when its dead quiet. I personally go to a competitor pharmacy if you would even call it that, ALL other pharmacys and chemists are so much better, i dont know how they even make money, yes their prices may be cheap but if you want to eat dinner on time then i would avoid this place at all costs.I cannot explain my frustration when i walk in there and Im expecting a 5 to 10 minute wait like my normal MORE busy pharmacy but i end up disappointed coming out 30 minutes later.If you value your time i would go anywhere else.

Best little chemist around. Well organised and friendly team. Prices great and love the little specials on kids stuff you get .

I have just returned from Chemist Warehouse Eva Central and though I have been registered with them for more than a year, today I had Pardeep take my order and as I was in a uber and wanting to save a bit of time asked if he could get things done a little quicker, this unprofessional pharmacist not only told me I cannot ask to speed it up but he doesnt care how I arrive at the shop and can not do anything quickly, well I understand he cant be running the race but there is a polite way to speak to customers not with arrogance and attitude. I have been handled every time by Mr Yousuf who has been very polite and helpful. I hope the owner of this place can look. Up and start noticing that pharmacist like Pardeep will help in losing customers and defiantly warn others not to go back there. Very ill mannered and arrogant.

Has to be the slowest pharmacy. Wait so long for medicine to be ready

I ran out of anti-depressants and due to the script being expired (was not aware that they were expired as my GP gives me enough for a year), I was not able to get my medication. I asked the pharmacy assistant if they can give me enough just for tonight and I’ll go see the GP in the morning. She came back saying the pharmacy is not happy to do that because I don’t have a record with them.If you’re a pharmacist, you would know that you can’t just skip an anti-depressant. Yet, they still weren’t able to help. I am a nurse for almost a decade and I have never seen such kind of excuse to not help a patient.I’m very disappointed.

Great pharmacy. Theyre able to answer any and all medication questions. Staff are so very friendly and polite. They remember who I am and greet me with a friendly smile. Marked down one star for the speed of script processing. The wait can be upwards of 25 mins in busy periods. Ive learnt to drop my script off and come back later becaus the wait can be frustrating with minimal seating available. If they can improve script processing times they will get 5 stars from me.

5 stars for location.3 stars for keeping prices updated.Had to walk to the Avenue Chemist warehouse to get the special price that was in your catalogue.And then walk back. Thank you

Worst service by one of the phermacist by the name of Azzaf on Friday night. The script for ny daughter cream was 2 big tubes but I only needed 1. Asked if it was ok to buy only 1. The pharmacist told me i should have told him earlier and I was wasting his time. After I say sorry I didn’t know there was 2 tubes, he continued to yell at me that I should have told him before he made up the medicine and I waste his time. When I wait to ask him how to use cream, he ask what is your problem and told me once a day and walk away before I could ask. All the other pharmacist before have been lovely except for very rude and unprofessional Azzaf. Will never come back here.

Extremely rude male pharmacist on duty today, the whole team didn’t do there job properly,my doctor send script via fax so they should have confirmed as soon as they received fax with the doctor regarding prescription whereas no one did it and when I went to pick my medication tonight he said he needs to confirm with doctor about prescription first . My doctor is closed on the weekend and my medication is finish. This was my first time to this location and never going back.

Was served by Rashad on the 19th of March at 8:45 p.m. and they would not give me my three medications pain and anxiety medications that Ive been purchasing for the last 5 years every month from them! NANCY FROM THE CHEMIST WAREHOUSE EVE decided she didnt understand the doctors handwriting, this is disgraceful and highly offensive, if they searched the computer, i have been going to these 2 SAME-OWNER (MINACHEMIST WAREHOUSES for 5 years and picking up the exact medications. Good old Rashad was following the sister STORES "CHEMIST WAREHOUSE THE AVENUE" Advice from Nancy (no surnames given upon requestwho told Rashad not to serve me because they did not understand docs handwriting and the Docs office was closed. I have been getting same medications for 5 years every month from these 2 chemist and am appalled at how Nancy both spoke to me and her general demeanor. I could barely understand her Indian accent but told her I will be making formal complaints to the appropriate avenues.DISGRACEFUL!! The girl behind the counter (perscriptions)who worked this after 29 sept..She was amazing..After feeling very unwell she was able to listen to me and give me advice♡ Her customer service was beyond 5 lstars!!I

I love this place because they always provide cheaper prices on over the counter medicines, cosmetics etc., and the customer service is second to none.

Always great service from the front counter. The chemist counter at the back needs a better system for serving customers.

Without a doubt, this is the best Chemist Warehouse in Australia.....The staff are so lovely.... unlike the nuffers at the one near Fountain Gate and the other one on Pound Road. Id rather travel an extra 15 minutes for the professional, friendly quality service.
