No air conditioning or ventilation. Me and my daughter got heat stroke after 5 minutes of being inside. No testers for cosmetics. Customer service is almost impossible to find.
Its hard to find things, sorted often by brands rather than my type. Did find what I wanted in the end. The aisles are narrow and it feels cluttered. The staff are friendly though and will help
Sizeable but somewhat cramped store, pharmacists friendly but wait times for scripts can be very long and God forbid you dont hear your name get called out as they wont bother again. Get some buzzers for Christs sake.
An enormous chemist which has just about everything you could possibly need.Can be a tad slow on getting scripts done. Expect a wait.
This chemist fails to give you repeats of e-scripts.
Very bad customer service, not all staff but some..like the one who was wearing a black dress and with long hair, today night time(13/05/2022).While I was paying the bills, my wife was just looking around and this staff(the one wearing black Dressshouted at my wife....Yes it was the closing time, but my wife was waiting till I pay the bill. She shouldnt be that rude. Staff like this will definitely spoil the reputation of a good shop.
I would really like to thank the lovely female pharmacist that was working 11/3/22. It was a bit of a stressful day because I desperately needed insulin stat and things were going a bit wrong i.e e-script not functioning and my phone about to lose all battery. She went beyond by calling the previous pharmacy I was at trying to fix the situation with my e-script and was really looking out for me. She gave me insulin and I thanked her but I dont think it was enough. She was so busy and there was a massive line and she was helping people out simultaneously while working on my issue and was so timely about it. Thank you so much for the work you do! I really appreciate it
Booked in for a booster shot. I was told I didnt book in, they dont do it on Tuesday and there is a glitch in the system.. every excuse. They want people to get the booster and they cant even deliver
Very unhelpful and rude and can I say, racist...the way the women in particular look at you (dark skinwith fear in their eyes just when you ask a question etc. Like how long will it take? Its happened a few times now...and the main pharmacist who is Asian is very nice and professional. Less so the ones behind the prescription counter. Get with the program people...dark skinned people are NOT DANGEROUS...it is racism which is the danger...Talk about racial profiling I couldnt wait and said Ill come back later and left, as I had to get to work. I had put back the product I was going to buy along with my script- so slow. Even when not busy. I was followed out of the store and asked to search my bag!!! Nicole below- I hear you.
This branch is good, they prepared my online order way earlier, I entered , informed my name, they gave me my meds, efficient team.Bit crowded though.
Wow! Indecisive and so rude boss and poor customer serviceThis Chemist is reasonably big.I wanted to refund the product that I purchased from this store.The one of their staff took me to the pharmacist working there who is her boss.He is so indecisive and so rude.He doesnt know how to handle with their customers.I have been to many stores.Sometimes, I want to exchange or refund.The processes are smoothly.They are much better than this store and know how to deal with their customers.Even me, I sell small things online, I do my best with my buyers.The more reliable companies or stores are , their business is more successful.How come is this store successful?Because of their location!
Service is always good, although sometimes you do need to wait a while for scripts to be processed. If you go early or morning or late evening youll generally be served quicker.
I was so impressed by the service and support displayed by Rosemary, one of the pharmacists at Chemist Warehouse in Preston. Rosemary went above and beyond to meet my needs, making me feel valued and supported. Huge thanks for your kindness, Rosemary - Im very grateful. High recommend this pharmacy and their friendly staff.
This store should be run under different management. They employ staff to beat woman and disabled people in their store. They dont have any regard for anyone but themselves . This was based on my recent visit on the 17/2 between 1400-1530hrs. I would rather end up in hospital than go to that chemist again
Poor customer service, if you want to return something you bought, simply don’t buy from this place .staff including duty manager Don’t know how to speak to a customer.Please if you can find alternatives place , please avoid this corrupted place.

Hi i went to buy medicine guy at the counter was very rude and literally using raise words to stand on line while infact was first there and very close to the line. Arrogant and dosent know how to behave and abusive behavior. I felt very worried having leg issue already for while. Need to work on improving standards of better behavior and unprofessional standards and be understanding before laying down rules.
I ordered a blood pressure machine online through their website on the 28th Sept. I have twice emailed them with no as the order had not been processed. As of today the 2nd Oct the order is now ready to ship. I have sent a third message. No reply. They have sent it via standard post. I clicked the same day delivery but it greyed out. Have been told by Australia post it will be another 6 days to get it from Melbourne to my Queensland address. So total of 10 days delivery. I would highly recomend not using this company for online orders. No one replies to messages and their order processing is lengthy and they use the chepeast service to deliver the good. Very poor experience.
Good range of stuff but the staff are a mixed bag of some polite people and others are unbelievably rude. The security guard needs training on social distance and how to speak to customers. There are no testers on the makeup counter, so it’s not possible to see what colour some rouge items are unless you open the packet. The guard physically grabbed me and ranted at me when I tried to carefully open a box. The guy at the checkout opened it for me and I bought it. It’s covid! Don’t grab and rant at customers! Don’t harass older customers! Just get the register staff to help customers! And use your manners! Some customers just need help, not harassment!
Terrible customer service!!!I went back to ask if I could exchange a Natures Own vitamin product (bought yesterdayfor another brand, a female staff in her 40-50s responded in an ugly manner and rough tone that no return/exchange is allowed. I have no issue with this as it is the companys policy. However, this female staff is entirely without any knowledge of customer service. She is a typical example of poor responding to customers request.
In here you wont get help unless you ask for it. If staff are scarce, line up at the dispensary window, the girls will come out and show you where it is when its your turn. The high rating here is for the wide range of goods available. The place is quiet dependable
Had exactly what I needed as other chemists didnt. Very friendly helpful staff. Easy to find. It was just trying to find a park close by.
Today would have been my third visit to this store and I was reminded that each and every time I have received the most appalling customer service!As in the past I wandered around looking for items while 4 or 5 people working on the floor failed to ask if they could help me. When I approached one staff member she did not smile, seemed angry, & just turned around and started walking in the other direction without communicating a word! She led me to what I was looking for but without an ounce of respectful interaction or a smile. Five minutes later I had to ask her for another item only to receive an equally cold and disrespectful response and not even a "thank you" at the end of it.Then to top things off the woman on the checkout was condescending about where to place the basket while putting the $188 worth of items I had bought on the counter. Having incurred this rude and disrespectful woman before, and this time being on top of the previous appalling behaviour I have decided to never return to this store. Chemist Warehouse Coburg is SO much better!!!
I went to buy my monthly anticonceptive pills and after he gave me them i read the prescription back and mysteriously i had only 2 boxes left in circumstances that i had 11 boxes left (i went to the doctor on april!).. so i complained and he fixed it, but its annoying to think that he wanted to take advantage of something. When i went to pay , they were charging 5 dollars more than usually is, i was surprised and then i realised he gave me anothers pills but not the one in the prescription. I went again to complain and he said they dont have anymore the ones i was looking for, but those others, but he must advise that! Thats not profesional at all! I was so upset and finally i didnt buy anything cause i dont wanna leave my money in a place like that.
Called to find a thermometer. Fiona answered and was extremely helpful. Ask for Fiona if you want old fashioned service in abundance, I felt like I’d gone back in time!! Fiona was extremely Informative, polite, patient and eager to help which was quite refreshing and definitely rare!!
Ive been going here for years and they have always been nice to me, listened and been helpful. It seems most of the negative reviewers on here need a lesson in patience. Other people exist, things sometimes take time. Thats life. Dont leave a negative review on a whole shop because you lack a basic virtue.
I went in, asked a question at the front counter they asked me to go to the dispensary. Went to the dispensary, got told to go to the side for a pharmacist to speak to me. It was a very simple question about whether or not they had something in stock. If you like being pushed to the side come here.
Poor service! Serving NDSS customers same as a prescription wait when it is nothing special needed to be signed by a pharmacist. Rude and unhelpful!
Despite there being 6 white coats (pharmacists), they took so long with my script that I thought the virus in my body would take over and win.
Unprofessional customer serviceThere was no testers for makeups. When I asked a female staff working at the front if I can try an eyebrow product, I was told “no you can’t open the one. We don’t have tester for this one”. There was no apology or anything. In the meanwhile, she peeled open a new product for a white customer. I don’t want to use the race card but how am I supposed to think about this?Another staff was loudly ranting how rude a customer was on the phone.Such an unprofessional customer service!Guess what I did open it because you’re too busy for me. I ended up buying the product because I created an opportunity for myself to try it.Supermarket self-checkout is even better than these staff in store.
Unbelievably unprofessional & dangerous. Like other people here, staff have refused to sell me medical products because they said "someone else might need that box & its against policy". They dont even offer to get more stock = no customer service at all.So, the shop has no stock & they make up lies about healthy policies to explain why they cant sell more than 2 products to any customer.DO NOT use this store; staff are unprofessional, unhelpful, lie to customers & are in breach of their duty of care. I will be reporting them to the Dept of Health
After being a customer for 1 year, this pharmacy has cemented my belief that they have the worst customer service. If the general customer base is shopping at a discount pharmacy, to SAVE money dont try to persistently upmarket your customers.The snotty attitude has got to go!
Disgusting customer service. They are rude and demanding. They give the third degree for even the basic of medication. They treat every customer as if you are a drug addict. I have had so many problems with this Chemist that I try to avoid it at all costs. Id give them zero stars if I could!
We have been to this pharmacy last night, my wife requested the pharmacist to sign a stat dec form but we were turned down and asked us to come back tomorrow as there is only one pharmacist. Disappointed as it takes less than 2 mins to do this.
Their service is good except for their Price Match policy. Completely false advertising and waste of time. I showed the guy the price from Amcal on my phone and he took it to show to the manager, then he checked it again on computer as if he thought I had made it up. Then I asked him what his manager said, he argued there might be delivery fee so they need to check it ?!? They didnt see the "click and collect" bottom. So basically their Price is not the lowest as they are advertising!
Not honestly, their adult protective underwear is very cheap buy 4 get the 5th free each time I buy they always charge me 5 I need to tell them they make a mistake then they took 1 off and never say sorry
This is a particularly busy chemist warehouse. While the staff are friendly the range of products is a bit small and the wait is often quite a while. It is in a very convenient location so it’s often busy at all hours of the day.
Poor customer service and an even more arrogant manager. She couldn’t wait for us to walk away from the store.
I visited this outlet twice. There is nothing special to mention about it. Staff was average and have all the products available in any other Chemist Warehouse outlet.
Worst store ever .No good service and very careless staff. Never give your prescription to them if they said they will call you to next day to collect. It happens to me ,staff lost my $80 prescription and time I spent with doctor and after one week with no response from staff, I paid doctor fees again and staff still not feel sorry for this shameful act. Not recommended if you value your time and money .
Slowest f-ing customer service ever. Every time. Scripts take an eternity and they pile them up back there before bringing out a big stack. Doesn’t matter if you arrived 10 mins earlier than someone else.
Most staff are about 19 years old (including the Pharmacists- this means a zero care attitude & no experience.If you care about the quality of your health then go somewhere else. This place is terrible
Shop gets pretty busy as it’s near the market and gets a lot of tourist footprint. So a lot of things like supplements which are on sale do get sold out pretty quickly.Staff customer service is ok depending on which staff you get. I’ve had excellent service to mediocre service in this shop.
I think the store has a lot of rude workers especially 1 male who served me at the rear register, needs a job that doesnt involve people, a real let down to the store
Left my prescription with them for the so called text service reminder. What a load of garbage. Went back in and asked them why I did not get a text and replied with, we do not have your prescription, at least they found my mobile phone number. Also the guard seen me purchase items and on way out got a rude look. Thankfully there are other stores near by that are great. Not bagging the company, just the store.
I bought it just a week ago. but, already a part is coming off. I took back to this shop for change or refund. but, this chemist warehouse refused to do any support. Because, the reson was I used it already. So what!? Who wanna pay 60 dollars for use it just a week.the manager was very rude and no apologise…
BE AWARE! do not leave your prescription with them. They lost my prescription and did not even apologise. I rate their customer service 1/10.
Do not use their prescription sms reminder service, they always get it wrong, takes afew days, lose your paperwork, blame you. Will not use this store again.
Useless. Wont answer their phones when they are not even near closing time. People with leg injuries cannot easily walk into 10 chemists looking for the one thing hence why i called to ask!!
