I’m a current service member who’s been shopping around endlessly in this crazy market and I reached a decent deal with another Chevy on the island and before signing I reached out to Chevy 112, explained my situation and they took that that decent deal into the best deal. The car buying process was smooth. Billy knew what I had in mind and gave me the freedom to psychically see the cars so I could make the best choice for me. And Ken tied it all together as we worked out the best lease contract I could do. I live in queens but would make that drive again just for these guys. Thanks again guys 🙏🏽

I am so happy with my experience from 112. Kenny was so amazing to work with. Kenny really helped me get to a comfortable payment on my lease. He tried to hard to make me happy and that goes such a long way! I cant wait to trade my car in for a tahoe in 3 years!!!Bob was a great salesperson. Chris was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He explained everything to me and was very Patient with all my questions. I’ve never written a 5 star review for a car salesman/car dealership in my life nor would I ever think I would. But this dealership is truly a different type of place. Anthony P. (our salesmanwas such a pleasure to do business with. He renewed our faith that a car salesman can actually be a genuinely nice guy. He is courteous, respectful and doesn’t waste your time. He made sure he did everything he could to make us happy, and he did, along with the great manager Bob G. and Ken K. This was the best experience we have ever had leasing a new vehicle. It was actually enjoyable. We love our new Traverse and will be a lifelong customers of Chevy 112!

Went In to hopefully fix my steering wheel, which is an important part of the vehicle. Especially for safety reasons and ended up walking out paying for a service that never resolved my steering wheel issue. I have a Chevy bolt and I am experiencing steering wheel issues. The wheel is extremely stiff and does not move properly. As soon as I turn the wheel as I am making a turn it is stuck and is not easy to turn the wheel the opposite direction. There is no give, it just stays stuck going the direction I initially turn it. It doesn’t automatically return the center like it should. It is really concerning and a major safety issue. But it doesn’t seem to be an issue to Chevrolet which is disappointing

The customer service was bad, there were not any attention. The seller wants me to do his job, he supposed to send everything to the insurance and I did it. Honestly poor and cheap customer service. The car had some scratches when I picked up. However, the manager came to me to apologize and offer his help for these issues. The seller took responsibility and took care of the scratches of my vehicle and the manager was very kind offering his help in the future and he helped me with some doubts too.

I originally brought my truck in two weeks ago for a transmission issue. After four days of not hearing from the dealership I decided to call to which they told me the truck was ready. They told me that they flushed the transmission fluids and that the truck was running fine. The next day the check engine light came back on and I made another appointment. when I returned to drop the truck off again, the girl at the front desk of the service department told me that she didn’t see my appointment scheduled, and had a slight chip on her shoulder for some reason. Asking me how do I know it’s a transmission issue? To which I replied the diagnostic email that I got when the check engine light came on told me it was a transmission issue and I had the truck in the week prior for a transmission issue. I understand there are protocols and steps that have to be made when diagnosing an issue an fixing a power train problem, but I’m starting to feel I’m getting the runaround. I drop the truck off on Thursday 9/15. And have yet to get a call or an update. That’s all I got so far still waiting…

I found the customer service here to be better than the competitors in the area who I checked out first, but didnt quite like. Bill, one of the sales guys here, took good care of me and got me a lease that met my families needs and at a better price than I wouldve gotten for a lesser product down the road.Bill and the rest of the team know what theyre going.

Had my car towed in and was told they’d call me and give me an update but they didn’t. After many attempts to contact the service department, I finally got through and was told “Angela” would call me back. She never did. I asked to speak to the manager but was told she was off that day. They kept my car overnight without informing me they were. I called the first thing in the morning and was told my service advisor wasn’t in and they couldn’t log into her computer to check the status of my car and someone else would have to call me back. Two hours later, no call back, so I called and was transferred immediately to voicemail. I called back a few more times to be transferred again to voicemail. I called again to speak with the Supervisor Mary and was transferred to her voicemail. Left a message and didn’t hear back from her after an hour so I called back again and finally got a real person. She put me on hold for almost 30 minutes! While I was holding, I received a call from “Danielle” who explained what was going on with my car. I agreed to the repairs and “we’ll call you when it’s ready” which never happened. Had to keep calling again until I got a real person. The whole experience was very frustrating not being able to speak to someone and very upsetting not knowing if I was going to have to rent a car to get back and forth to work. I’m surprised no one else has ever complained about the customer service there.

My daughters car was dropped off at night for 2 problems - a squeak coming from the front and the check engine light was ON. The next morning the service writer called to let me know that there is a minimum charge of $149 (or thereaboutsfor work. I said that was fine. I got a call later that day. Because the check engine light was OFF when they looked at the car they would not fix the issue (even though there was a stored diagnostic code of P0325). I asked them to fix it anyway and was told they would not unless the check engine light was still ON, but that if the problem should come back I should drive to the dealer, not turn the car OFF, and they would scan the car. OK, fine, if they refuse to change the part theres nothing I can do about it. I was then told the squeak was in the rear (not the frontand it was a known issue, and they needed a few dollars in parts to fix it. I was told the cost would come to about $157.When my daughter went to pick up the car the bill was over $300. On the bill we were charged the $149 for both the Check Engine Light and the squeak. My daughter asked why there was a charge for both and was basically told thats just how it is.Weve been coming to this dealer to buy cars and service for 11 years and I have never been charged the $149 for EACH issue. Had the service writer made it clear that EACH issue was a minimum of $149 I would have declined them looking at the squeak - its just noise and was not affecting the car. Poor communication cost me a lot of money. And please, dont offer me a free oil change. Apart from the fact that Ive been offered those before only to have the service writer tell me there was no note in my records for a free oil change, what I want here is $149 back because of poor communication on your part.

Chris and Wayne hands down provided the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership in my life. And that’s saying a lot considering these times where car prices are high. I went to at least a dozen dealerships in the area over the last few weeks and was getting the typical runaround with the sales people starting off with “you know during these times we’re $$$$K over sticker”. Forget that nonsense. Go see these guys. Stop wasting your time elsewhere. You’ll be happy you did.You’ve earned a customer for life. I’ve already started raving about you guys to anyone I can! Desperately needed a service and oil change, but no Chevy dealerships had any appointments in the time frame I needed. Danielle in the service center at 112 went above and beyond to get me an appointment. She was the nicest person when I arrived and did everything she could to help me out and get everything I needed taken care of. Will be calling her again in the future anytime I need to come back.

From the very start once I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted by My salesman Bill. He knew everything about my new Corvette and was very helpful, as well as The management staff Bob, wayne, Todd. All true professionals very knowledgeable and helpful. As I finished up my purchase and went to see the finance manager Irving he made it so simple and easy I was out of there in 15 minutes, they even had an insurance agent to help with the insurance. A true top-notch class act dealer. The owner of this dealership should be proud to have employees like these.

While searching for a new vehicle one of the dealerships I went to was Chevrolet 112. Great atmosphere and clean overall floor appearance. My husband and I had a wonderful experience! Billy D. Helped us get into our dream truck from our Hyundai. We were so excited, especially me…that I overlooked an exhaust that the previous owner put on that made it sound loud (in my opinion). After ten days and thinking i could handle the sound (which I couldn’t lolI called and spoke with Todd from their pre owned department and he was so nice and friendly! I explained to him and apologized that I should of spoken up sooner with the exhaust and he was not only very understanding but knew exactly which truck I was talking about, for he was going to change out the exhaust but we grabbed it so fast and of course we failed to say anything because of excitement. Nevertheless, Todd is replacing the exhaust for free and when I brought it in for them to look and order the part needed Greg from their Mazda department was super friendly and informative. We love our Tahoe and we will definitely recommend this dealership. Customer service was exceptional.

My lease was coming up and with the prices these days there was no option but to buy out my lease. When I went down there as a last ditch effort hoping for some Memorial Day sale special. I got a little closer to what I needed with my salesman Ryan but after going back and forth with the manager Ken we came to an affordable plan for me. I was extremely happy how they really worked the numbers to make it possible for me.When I went to pick up the car it turned out Ryan wasn’t working that day so Ken hooked me up with Anthony and when I tell you above and beyond is an understatement for what he did for me. I was pressed for time and it was just one issue after another with insurance and registration problems. But Anthony took control and expedited everything so quickly bypassing every roadblock we came up against. Than to top it all off after showing us all the new features on the car. He buffed out all the pollen that accumulated on the car after it was already prepped. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the treatment I received at Chevrolet 112. Highly recommend these guys

I recently leased my third vehicle form Chevy 112 and I will never go anywhere else. Chevy 112 in Medford, NY is a great dealership and a wonderful place to purchase or to lease a car. Most dealerships leave a bad taste in my mouth and everything seems dark and shady. Not here! Anthony Pavone is an amazing salesman. He always makes me comfortable and he always explains the entire process. I dont feel like I being pushed into something I dont want to do or that I dont understand. In fact, everyone there is great. Wayne, Kenny, and Irving all made me feel really comfortable. I was able to make my own informed decisions and the process moved along quickly.
