Chevron in Stanislaus County

The female employee with Rainbow colored hair was extremely rude. She acted angry and wouldnt answer simple questions. I like this Chevron but Im not returning in the morning during her shift

I prefer to get a printed receipt for gas purchase at the pump. Printers at the pump havent worked in about 10 months. I finally complained and then stopped going here because the staff were generally rude about it to begin with. Like, how dare I? I had to stop back there today - after 4 months of going elsewhere - and the printers were still not working at the pump. So I made the comment that for $4.96 a gallon they cant have working printers? - and that the manager of the station would never be more than a gas station manager if she cant get something like this fixed after 10 months. This enraged the clerk and she literally chased me in the parking lot screaming that I would never be allowed there again. Thats OK. Never planned to anyway. Didnt call her any names, no foul language, no threats, yet this is how she reacts - aggressively and choosing to escalate the situation by chasing after me after I had already left. And they are charging 60 cents more a gallon than nearby stations in the area just because they are next to the freeway - they can price gouge. Would give them no stars if I could. Hope they have the incident on video and dont delete it before I can file a complaint with corporate.

walked in to get a snack to hear 2 employees complaining about their job extremely loud didnt even acknowledge me once i pay for my stuff the blond girl looked annoyed and was extremely rude probably the worst customer service ever very unprofessional

Rude staff.

Price online is lower then the price on the board which is lower than the price on the pump. Your getting taxed here for over a dime per gallon minimum.

An African American employee ask my 65 year mother for an ID before selling a lottery ticket lol.. I thought it was funny. HAhahaha

We stopped here during our trip in the US, and the staff were pretty nice with outsiders.
