No discount here, not many size 3 or size 16 available. Not worth the trip.

The staff were extremely helpful. They did not have a particular sweater that I wanted but they found it in another store and had it shipped to me no charge

Even though it was a half hour before they closed the staff was very friendly. The first time we went to Chicos. They lady asked what kind of event we were shopping for. My mom told her a funeral for her husband. The lady shared her condolences and helped my mom pick out a very pretty outfit. Thank you for your kindness. It was really appreciated.

They never carry the size 4 that I need. But I did buy a couple of sweaters. Would loved to have bought the matching pants.
