A very good restaurant to go with family or for quick bite. its also very convenient for the movie goers across the street. Food quality is very good , we had never any issue or complaint, when busy then some times service is little slow. Buy one drink and get one free is very good option.11aug update: went in for dinner and as usual food was awesome, this time service was very good and fast. Our host Jessica was very nice and helpful, many Times she checked on us. If we need something .Spicy shrimp tacos are very delicious. Great food
Wait staff was great, super friendly and quick. Food was exactly what were are used to at chilis. Consistent.
Staff was friendly, no wait and the food was excellent. There was also plenty of parking and it was really easy to order our food. First time there and will definitely be back.
Hands-down my fav chain restaurant. 2 for one margaritas & southwest egg rolls are always a hit.
The amount of rice in my margarita grilled chicken entree is ridiculous. It has gotten smaller and smaller. But now its like a couple spoonfuls in the takeout container. Not right at all, I will be reconsidering giving my money to this place again
My lovely night at Chilis was so awesome. Awesome food at that place. Dont you guys worry, well be back soon.
First time. Food was amazing. Had the double stack burger omg sooooo good. Our waitress Juliana was excellent. Great service and personality. She is a keeper. Will come back for dinner and highly recommend. I have been to other chilli grills but this was was the best ever.
Free chips and salsa cannot be combined with your rewards. Why advertise free chips and salsa every visit and send us rewards when you can use more than 1 at one visit?
If you have any allergies I would suggest not going here as they do not take it seriously. It took 3 tries to get my meal correct and I still got very sick after eating there. Manager did come and apologize but that does not change the seriousness of this issue and their disregard for allergies.
Zachary was the server and was very attentive. It was my first time to the Farmingdale location.
Giana is an outstanding worker, I am a regular here and have never seen it this busy; Giana not just accommodated everyone’s request in time, she did it with a big smile on her face. Chili’s is lucky to have her. I am amazed.
My companion and I both ordered 3-for-$12.99 meals with steak. Strangely, the steak was served pre-cut, which was a bit odd.The rice and beans had a nice flavor, and I had a Chili’s reward which allowed me to get guac with my order at no extra charge. The waiter was super nice and attentive and even offered to split my bill when we attempted to use rewards from two separate Chili’s accounts. The atmosphere was good (slightly colder than expected), and we didn’t have to wait long for a table.
Good meal with my family and the service was great!
So good youll slap your momma! Hot, fresh, delicious food..everytime Ive gone. Servers are polite and ready to help.
The food was excellent! The waitress was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. She got my complicated order correct and didnt make me feel bad for all of the changes I needed done to accommodate my allergies. The only negative thing I have to say is that the table top kiosk to make the payment on was very dirty and full of fingerprints. Even the bottom open spot had chunks of old food and dust in it. It clearly had not been cleaned in a long time.
Stop by for a quick bite and drinks. Food was Delicious, definitely enjoyed the chips and guacamole. Those $6 Margaritas was definitely a hit.
Respectful staff, fast seating, and the food was amazing. Def recommend
food was nice and hot and plenty of it waiter was very attentive
Previously had a bad experience at a Chiles. This Chilis has changed my mind. Ambient is well received and food was surprisingly good and well presented. Overall...will come back..👍
Live chili’s food and drinks. Great atmosphere and good vibrations.
*Honest review*This isn’t a 5 star restaurant so don’t expect to be blown away. The food was decent I would compare it to Applebees. The service was regular nothing will blow you away here. I would come here if you have kids and want American food. I ordered the sizzling grilled fajita entree it came with a lot of food and sides however it wasn’t extremely flavorful like a Mexican restaurant obviously. I would say they have $6 margaritas and those were good.
We had a great time enjoying our lunch and drinks. We had the chips and salsa as a app couldnt get enough of them.
While I do like Chilis this visit was a little different, the restaurant wasnt as clean while waiting for the table there were starbucks coffee plastic cups and plastic bottles empty on the ledge of a Window. Floor was dirty with food around the restaurant. Managers needs to put a little more effort on cleaning and also please remove that broom and dust pan you have by the door right when people walk in, it is a bad look.
We havent been to this chain in awhile. They have definitely improved on the quality of these food. We are putting them back in our list
Chilis Curbside is very convenient for my family, and we used to enjoy the service. Forever, we seem to be having several problems with our orders lately. Im starting to re-think whether or not to eat Chilis any more. The food has gotten VERY substandard and the customer service is not very worthwhile.
Clean and affordable for everyday meal. Nothing fancy and will not break your bank. The 2 for $25 is a great value. One appetizer, two entrees and desert is a very popular choice among patrons.
Here with my family and they treated us like TRASH . Almost 15 of us and the waitress was rude and nasty and it seemed like we were not welcome AT ALL . Never Again . Worst Chilis ever Not BLK PEOPLE FRIENDLY.
Went to Chilis in Huntington Square for a nightcap after dinner. Wanted to order two glasses Josh Cabernet but they didnt have it so we ordered another Cabernet. Had our wine and decided to go home so we ask for the bill which was $15, very reasonable. Gave the bartender $20 bill and was expecting $5 change in which I would have given him $4 tip, but instead he just took the 20 and said thank you very much without batting an eye. I was tired and didnt feel like starting something with him so I just let it go. Very arrogant to assume that his service was worth $5 for pouring two glasses of wine. Sorry, but thats just not right. Will not be going back.
Ate here three of the nights I was in Farmingdale on business.Very friendly and engageing bar staff.By the third night my co-worker and I ate here, the bartender had our beers poured and waiting.Food was better than the Chilis here at home. Burger both nights I ordered one was fresh and cooked the way I had ordered it. And the fries were hot and not over salted!I ordered a half rack of ribs the last night we ate there and was totally blown away by the lack of taste and lack of sauce. One of the bartenders on the third night happened to be one of the managers who sent my ribs back to he kitchen and came back with a full rack that were just out of the oven/off the grill and said no charge! Now thats what I call correcting a kitchen screw up!!
Online wait list is never accurate. Says no wait, drive all the way to the restaurant and its beyond packed. Not the first time.Wouldnt recommend the bar area, see the waitress once and then never again.Use to be better
Recently this Chilis has started to decline over the pandemic. One recent visit in October I only heard floor managers yell at employees in both the dining area and in the kitchen, threatening firing some employees. I only felt horrible for the employees working there in those conditions. On top of that, take out has now gifted us with the new experience of getting dead roaches in our foods.Something needs to change at this Chilis. We love the food, but this place has been consistently getting worse over time. Were now actively avoiding this location.
One night, place was understaffed and I was sitting near the kitchen I heard as much as they were getting berated by management for any mess ups and slow downs.Just ordered take out last night and besides missing some food, one of the sealed salads had a small roach in it. As you might imagine, our meal was ruined.Used to love this chilis but I will have to find a different one until this place gets itself together.
The food was subpar from my experience. I got a Cajun pasta that was not spicy or seasoned at all. Also, once our waitress brought out our food she left us without service for what felt like forever. Eventually after she noticed we were not leaving she came to check on us. Definitely would not recommend aside for if youre going for drinks. The monthly 5 dollar Margherita was a hit.
So I’ve never been here before today and honestly I would probably keep it that way. I ordered the white spinach queso dip and had a hard time because the chips were so thin that every chip would break. The waitress felt almost nonexistent. The $5.00 Monthly margarita’s drink was pretty decent though.
The food was good. Our server wasnt idk if he was having a bad day. Drinks ok they could make a bit less sweet. I had a coconut margarita. Queso melted appetizers and boneless wings. Queso burger the meat was on point
Went to the Farmingdale Chile’s on Route 110. Had to wait 10 minutes for the hostess to finish talking to her friend before seating my group of 7. The table was dirty and yet to be cleaned and the hostess forgot silverware and kid menu’s. Our waiter walked over to introduce himself and said he would be right back, we told him about the dirty table which he rolled his eyes and reluctantly cleaned the table, even had my father in law clean the far corner of the table. I guess doing his job was too much for him so another waitress took over our table. She was fantastic, I dont know if she was sent for damage control but she did a great job.
The food was ok we had the classic 10 oz steak it was tender and tasty but a bit grizzly to. The table check out machine didnt work well and we asked the waitress for help she swapped it out and it worked for a few minutes but when it came time to get the recipe it would not work again so we asked the waitress for the recipe she said she would be right back with it nut then forgot about us so we had to ask her again. All in all I would have to say it must have taken at least 15 or 20 minutes to just to get the check pay it and get the recipet so we could leave. To me this is not very good customer service, if they want us to use the self check out to pay the bill then at least have machines that work right.
The girl who was greeting people had a major attitude problem. Asked her for another table to allow for our 15 members of our family from a funeral. She was not very helpful. Food wasnt that good. Service was okay. I wont go back.
Triple dipper was really good, especially the southwestern egg rolls. The staff was really friendly and efficient. We did not have a wait time, mind you it was 9 of us and we got two tables right away.
Chilis in Farmingdale was terrible. Food was ok, service awful. We were ignored for the whole meal. Had to wait 20 mins. for napkins, they didnt have items the menu showed. Just a terrible experience. Will NOT be returning.
My sister, mom and I went here to have a birthday lunch. The fajitas are always good, I tried the margarita grilled chicken and that was really good too. Recommend this place highly for good food and good times
I loved it there yesterday. The person who served us the food was so energetic that my family tipped her big time since she was a hard working employee there. I am definately going to return back there soon. Hungry For More.
Friendly staff. Didnt have to wait. Hostess was very friendly and helpful.
Liked this location a lot. Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait. The staff was friendly, greeted is at the door and sat us right away. The server took our drink orders immediately and brought then out quickly. The food came out got and delicious. The restaurant was nice and clean inside.
We had a nice experience here. The food was good. Our server was very attentive and accommodating. We were going to a movie and got our food and bill to us quickly. Chilis has a fun atmosphere, good to bring the family. Nice place to hang with some friends at the bar if you want. Cant go wrong with Chilis!
We were a group of 6 on a Saturday night! The hostess offered us options to reduce the wait time. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food isnt amazing but its good, hot and as shown in the menu. I have a food allergy and the server was knowledgeable and on it. The cost is reasonable so this is a place we enjoy. My grandsons also love all of the sports being shown.
One of my favorite restaurants. Typically get good service at this location except for that one time our waiter forgot to put in our order and we had to wait 45 minutes for our drinks, an hour for the food. meal was comped and I was a happy camper so I didnt let that experience ruin my love for Chilis but for that I wont give it 5 stara. Food is great, drinks are strong, staff is friendly. Cant complain.
This Chilis is always hit or miss. Fajitas were good, but the table next to me ordered the same thing (exactly), and got their food before me. I was the first person through the doors when they opened, ordered my food before these two people sat down, and we had the same server. Why is that? Also, the tables and windows were full of little kids handprints.
Last night, I ordered a medium-term sirloin. When the waitress brought me the steak, I made sure to ask her it was the medium term steak because my friends ordered the same as me but with different cooking terms. Then I realized my steak was fully cooked (as you see in the pictureand none of my friends had a medium-term steak (I thought the waitress got confused).Apart from that, my mashed potatoes were cold with unmelted cheese (see the other picturewhile my friends mashed potatoes were hot and their cheeses were melted. In the end, I didnt enjoy my steak and the experience was horrible. Finally, we had to ask for napkins multiple times and the refill drinks werent refilled.
They have great waiters.I loved my surprise birthday dessert it was delicious. The food was also delicious. Sometimes you get your table after a long time but they are probably busy. Most of the time is pretty empty. They check up on you to see if every thing is good. The waiters are also really nice and kind.
