No dine in, take out in the back part, doesnt look that good at all..

We loved the food, customer service, price, and rapid delivery we got from them. The food portions were not only HUGE but very, very tasty. We liked it so much that we ordered it to our hotel that was somewhat close our second night. Thanks for a great experience!

I order house mix fried rice, big portion. Poor boy fried rice, I was hungry so I was able to finish almost all of it. I did not taste any flavor. I also order a bottle of water. Not happy with the oil it was use, I had to drink a lot of water at the beginning.Parking- The parking is on the back, you will have to drive around and there is about 10 parking spots.Premises- I was interested if there is actually a ping pong table inside. You could only order thru the rear of the restaurant, they wont let you go inside and sit down. It will be nice if there is a small table in the back parking lot, I had to eat in my car but is fine. This is take out place just like any other Chinese restaurants.Waitress/Host- Very kind. He gave me all I needed inside the bag.Note: King David the food critic will not return here.

I originally gave a great five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ,but after today 2/14/2020 I am dropping my review down to 3 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🤦🏽‍♂️I can’t believe I just purchased A jumbo shrimp fried rice:with no salt-no kind of flavor at all,3 Eggrolls:same problem No flavor,10 Spicy 🌶 wings wasn’t spicy at all &10 Regular wings:no flavor&not fully cooked..I have been eating here for over ten years! Awesome staff&Great customer service...I don’t know what changed If it’s a new hired👩🏽‍🍳 cook,or trying to rush on cooking the food.whatever the case is it needs to be fixed I have almost $50 worth of food sitting on my dinner table that my wife&kids refuse to eat rice is tasteless & chicken was not fully cooked that’s not good for business..If I didn’t reside in BROWARD county I would have brought the food right back to you guys...Please fix this issue 😡

This place gets two thumbs up from me and thats not an easy task. The food, the customer service everything. I stayed in a hotel nearby for a few days and I ate here several times throughout my visit. The amount of food they give you for the price is more than fair. The food itself taste great! During my last visit I ordered something that I was not familiar with and did not like it at all. I took it back after a quick taste test and told them I did not like it. They allowed me to exchange it for something else of similar value. Which ended up being the best pepper steak Ive had in a while. Im going to swing by every time Im in the area now.

I have tasted better Chinese food and this place doesnt do it for this New Yorker. O ask for a beef fried rice and it wasnt that good. It looks like they cooked it to much that it tasted a little burnt and the spare ribs was the only thing good.I will never go there again

Used to love this place before the pandemic. Good food at a decent price especially lunch special. Theyve gone down two stars in my opinion because they still refuse to open the dining room Im a limo driverHow am I supposed to eat in the car. I go to the Thai place down the road instead. At least I can dine in there. Enough is enough. Everybody has opened up by now.

When I ordered I was told my food would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. After an hour I called to inquire where it was and was told it would be here in 10 minutes. Just over 30 minutes later, it finally arrived. I ordered General Tsos chicken with brown rice, wontons and egg drop soup. The wontons were fried in a deep frier and were so over cooked they were hard and unedible. The chicken wasnt much better. It was way over cooked and hard. All of the food was cold. The egg drop soup was mostly water. This is some the worst food Ive ever received and I spent 22 years I the Military. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Best portions for a Chinese place I have had by far and it’s not even close. Would definitely recommend.

The worst customer service ever i tried to order the family combo number 2. It was 38.15 the guy on the phone tried to charge me 8dollars delivery and im staying in the ramada its only a block away a told him why so much for a delivery he was so nasty that he said for get it i wont send u nothing and click the phone i was like your lost but i wouldnt recommend this place i give it a -100 if u dont like people get another job simple

Food good but my food was under cooked chicken and broccoli wouldve been good if my chicken was cooked it looked like it came from the frigerator to the plate and my rice was hard on top of that I ordered online and I get my total amount but when the food gets to me the price is always a dollar more than what my total amount was online my advice is if you order online pay online because if you pay with cash they always charge the price

Egg rolls are delicious. General chucken dry and pretty nasty. I wanted the egg drop but got the wonton. Rice is ok , but also dry.

Great Place to come and Pick-Up a Fresh and Tasty Dish for Lunch or Dinner. Love the fact that I can order and be able to pick my food up within 10-15 mins Tops and everything is Freshly cooked. Highly recommend to try them out if you havent yet, so far all my co-workers Ive mentioned Ping-House to has fallen in love with their food like I have.

Omg! I found this place and there Chinese food taste like my home in California. If ya come to Miami stop by this place I’d your craving Asian food. The portion of the food was so mirraculous ! we even had leftover for breakfast!

My family traveled to Florida for vacation and decided you try Ping House. The General Tso wad amazing and the flavor was on point. We also tried the chicken lo mein and won ton soup and they were also great! I will go back again and recommend to others!

This place is definitely a bang for your buck! I ordered take out, the staff is friendly. My food was nicely packed and fresh. Ill be coming back.

Very basic Chinese restaurant with a beer and wine license. there is not much to say about this other than its a place to get some Chinese food at a reasonable price. The fried rice was very dry and the chicken and broccoli was undercooked. The waitress was very friendly and good. I know theyre trying hard here but its not a place that I would revisit again when Im in the area.

Great chinese. I had the dinner special. Sesame seed chicken. Great taste. Huge chunks of chicken. The fried rice was full of veg and pork. Went with the egg drop soup, which tasted great, not too salty. Overall a wonderful experience.

This place is great! I ordered dinner and got soooo much food that I couldn’t even eat the dinner itself because it came with wonton soup and a roll. Food was super delicious! Friendly staff! Great location!

Place is really clean inside compared to the outside appearance. Staff is friendly but I did feel rushed to order. I got the Red curry chicken and it was not the greatest. Not spicy and missing flavor.

Ordered the Mongolian Beef Lunch with Special Fried Rice for Pickup and while eating the food a plastic cover strip was buried in the fried rice. When I called and told them what happened they said the next time I order it would be free and my number is in their system. Called back on 11/15/19 only to be told nothing is in the system and that the best the could do is take off 20%. A manager was not available the day it happened to speak and again no manager was available on the 11/15/19.Beware of them !!!

The only thing I can criticize is not even really a criticism. Their food is delicious the employees are incredibly polite.I ordered a steak and it was delicious. Made perfectly as I specified. I only have one warning. If you are traveling and dont like eating your steak with your hands like a caveman then pack travel utensils. But it didnt really bother me Ill return every time I travel through miami even if I forget my own advice. 😂Thanks ping house for the Amazing food.

This place is underrated completely! If you want a comfort food late night feel, this is definitely the place! Sure, the restaurant doesn’t stand out but, it’s food definitely does! I know I’m picky when it comes to Chinese food but I can say their food is to die for!

I read most of the reviews, saw the rating, and I was pumped! Lets order!Wow! What a dissapointing experience. Had to speak to an English speaking employee to take my order, eventuallyThen had to wait 50 minutes for my order. Called business, only to be told it (my orderwas on its way. Finally received the food, and I am staying in the Comfort Suites 2 blocks away, only to find out out 1/3 of my order was missing.No utensils, no soy sauce, no sweet and sour sauce, not even a stinking napkin or fortune cookie!Ive had Chinese take out literally in a 100 different places. This place ranks 99th at the bottom. B.t.w. the food was blah!

The restaurant it self was pretty run down but the food was amazing. The best Chinese food I have had in a long time. The fried rice selections are fantastic and the boneless ribs were one of a kind delicious. Be prepared for large portions so if you arent that hungry order lite.

Good food in a tiny place. Its delicious and the prices are good. The crab rangoon is just average, the soups are good. My only complaint is that they dont seem to understand XX Spicy, the spicy dishes are weak but good. They are very fast and the portions are huge.

Great Chinese food! We read other reviews, and were worried, but tried it anyway. The food was delicious. It was hot, tasted fresh, and came in large servings. We ordered 2 dinner specials. My husband ordered sweet and sour chicken and I ordered general tso´s chicken. Each meal was just under $11 and came with egg drop or wonton soup, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. Everything was delicious. Service was also good. Next time we might share one meal, as we are both stuffed and still have leftovers. I would definitely eat here again!

I really like Chinese food. I like that they serve you a lot of food. More than you can eat sometimes. They’re also very fast. You can order on the phone and they usually finish before the estimated time they give you. Reason why I gave them 4 stars is because of one bad experience I had. I had ate left overs I left in the fridge over night and god food poisoning. I don’t know if it was the food that time or it being a day old, but I thought it’d be worth mentioning.

The service is very good and the food is always hot when it comes to your table. The soup is OK, but I really like the generals chicken. The prices are very reasonable for the portion size that you get and the price that you pay. I have eaten here several times and the quality is very consistent.

I really enjoyed my vegetable egg foo young. I was greeted nicely upon arrival. My first time here. More expensive than Im used to paying, but the taste of the food was satisfying for me. I would recommend them.On the other hand, I forgot to ask about MSG.lol. I really hope they didnt use msg in my food. I rarely go to such places to remember to ask about that.

A great place if you want to sit and be ignored by no less than five staff when there are only two other tables. A walk in to go customer got immediate service when we had been waiting to give our drink order, get water, anything. Will not return. Advise you buy a bag of chips at the shell station rather than waste your time here.

Good service, good food, good prices and very large portions. I ordered General Tsaos Chicken dinner special for $11. Egg drop soup and egg roll were typical for American style Chinese restaurants. Fried rice was better than most with lots of extras in it. Chicken was good and was not overly breaded like it is often made. I could only eat half my entree and was stuffed!

The staff was nice. The place was nice. I didnt stay to eat so I dont know how the service was butt from what little I received it was good. The food was plenty was able to put away for the next meal. I would do it again. Was also easy to find

I was hesitant to order here because of all the mixed reviews. Initially after all the reviews I decided not to order, but due to the fact that they are near my area in Miami Springs and I am trying out new places in the area I figured why not give it a shot. They are reasonably priced so I figured to order it for delivery. 30 minutes later and a knock at my door I was surprised to see what fast service and delivery. All the other reviews do not do this place justice and its such a shame. The portions were huge as I ordered a combination dinner item and it easily can feed two people. The food was really tasty as well. My meal was very fresh and hot as if it had just been prepared fresh from kitchen. The wonton soup was all right but it was a part of my meal the meal itself was amazing and the portions were even better along with the price it was an overall win-win! Ignore all the other reviews and give it a shot. I mean it isnt a five-star gourmet restaurant anyways so I dont know what others expected, but for the hidden gem that it is, it is probably the best Chinese in the area. I would definitely order here again!

Main reason for 2 stars - Food and soup was bland.Delivery: delivered in 45 minutes, which isnt bad.Food: Fried rice had a lot of pork and ham in it which some may like. Egg drop soup had almost no flavor and chicken was dry.Price: About average for Chinese food, dinner did come with soup and egg roll which is usually only served with lunch or costs extra for dinner.Wouldnt recommend, spend your money elsewhere.

The service of the front desk was horrible. The women did not greet us at all. After we said hello to her, she behaved like we owned her a million dollars.... We decided not to bear the atmosphere there and asked for to take-out. It took near 25 min for two dishes... We are not picky people, but the service did make us not very comfortable.
