China Star I remember when my mom used to take me here when I was a kid still one of the best damn foods around now Im all grown up taking my family there that means something I love this place I love how you guys cook and operate thank you

Food is ok but to still be sealed up like in plastic from covid is so over done. Dont use cash since it may not be sanitized

Exactly what you expect from a Chinese restaurant.

Owners run the place, its not a "5 star restaurant in means of going out" but its good food for the money if your in a small town like Syracuse.Food has always been good for the price and cooked correctly over 5 plus years we have ordered carry out.Garlic Chicken, Crabragoon, Vegetable Fried RiceA side of fresh sweet n sour sauce "$$" is extra be sure to ask them for it makes the Crabragoon delicious 😋Hot Oil is a free side if you are like me and want to spice up the dish.

If you are looking for a good atmosphere and nice update place to go get Chinese, dont bother going here. If uou want excellent food and fast nice service this is the place to go! Great food!

The best Chinese take out-anywhere! Family owned and operated, very affordable, and they know how to sling it during heavy peak times! Veggies are FRESH and servings are ample. Call in orders are always correct when you get them too. This has been our go-to Chinese restaurant for years.

I bought food in the evening and im completly unsatisfied. I felt the food smelled like urine. I couldnt finish or swallow my food. I called the store and they said i should of came earlier in the day. Would not give me back my 50 bucks. THIS IS A WARNING. DO NOT EAT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I do not give out reviews often. I just had to share .. maybe they pee ed in my food bc we were a lil late picking it up like 10 15 mins late. ! Disqusting!

So its bad. Kinda expected seeing as its the ONLY chinese restaurant in this town. Got hereat noon, no business, barely any food in any of containers, no one cooking, food that is here is not fresh and the people working here arent friendly. Tried food anyway as Im hungry. Cold tasteless food. Id say stay far away. Idk how this is in business

Best black pepper chicken I’ve ever had. Crab rangoons were good as well.

Ordered chicken fried rice and Ive never seen chicken look like that before. I threw out all the chicken and the fried rice was fine.

Egg rolls were all cabbage no meat no taste the General Tsos was very dry hardly any sauce this use to be one of our favorites not anymore

Awful! My husband and I decided to try this place out for lunch. They had absolutely nothing but a scoop full of pudding and a few desert cakes on the buffet. The cook said he had more coming out. We waited around for 15-20 minutes and he finally put some rice and chicken out. We sat down and went to eat the general tsos chicken and it was clearly not done. Pink and stringy almost raw.We left our plates and went somewhere else. We didnt even bother getting a refund because the cook and the front lady were too busy arguing with each other.Dont waste your time or money on this place.

I am a regular at this reaturant and always tip well. Last night they served us bad chicken and we know all have food posioning, had to miss work and school because of it. Definitely not going back.

This local Chinese Eatery is very good! The buffet is limited, but everything on it is tasty, and fresh! My friend Jen and I enjoy going there and just being in its warm and toasty environment while munching on our favorites. Its not fancy, but its fun!

The buffet does not have great selection. But their ordered food is good.

Its take out but they have tables. They bring your food out to you and are very nice. The crab ragoons were fresh and amazing! Just wasnt very impressed with canned soda.

This food is delicous!-employees understand you and you can understand themI always get the C9 special off their take out menu. It is a 4" x 7" container filled half with Pork Fried Rice, half General Tso Chicken, plus two or three florets of steamed broccoli for a yummy garnish. It also comes with one egg roll and I believe its $6.69. Feeds 2-3. Their food is slightly different from most other Chinese restaurants which is why I LOVE it! The egg rolls are made with the kind of roll that wontons are made with (instead of the usual spring roll). The Generals chicken is sweet not spicey. Ive also had there chicken lo mein and it was yummy too.

I love their food. And the price is awesome. Its 5 dollars when u go in for lunch. Ill keep going back as long as it stays good.

$2.99 buffet is well worth the $2.99. I prefer to order takeout. Good Sesame Chicken.
