Most Chipotles are good but this place hasnt had ice in 3 weeks and forget ro tell you until you already paid foe your drinks.

The chips were so stale but the manager was so so nice gave me my money back the chips have no lid on them and were made in the am and I went at 5 but I just want to say u have a great staff on Navarre they r super nice

Took a family member there to get a Chipotle bowl they really liked it they go there often.
Normally I LOVE Chipotle- the location on Navarre in Oregon is HORRIBLE! NO clean tables! NO ICE in self serve soda machine. Garbage overflowing! Chincy on bowl ingredients! I will NEVER be back here- Hot Heads is MUCH BETTER!!

6:56pm on a saturday night, doors are locked. No signs up. Absolutely disgusting! I have a hearing impairment and a physical disability that makes it hard to get in and out of vehicles. I am unable to go through drive thrus due my hearing problem.I get out of my vehicle, walk up to the door and theyre both locked. I always look for a sign before I exit my vehicle and I looked again. I see plenty of employees including a black male employee sitting by the door eating. He turned and looked at me then went back to eating.Awful business practices and total disrespect for customers.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite mexican restaurants. Fast courteous service, clean friendly environment to dine in, fresh ingredients expedited to your specs.
Last time I came in I had to get plain rice as I always do due to cilantro allergy and the workers or at least one taking my order and another coworker gave me such a hard time for needing plain rice and made me feel really bad and guilty for even coming in....never again will I come back since I was basically harassed for having an allergy. Also heard other day some had a type of WORM in their food and manager Kyle did nothing about it and lady is pregnant! Thats a serious health concern! Never again!
Rice was under cooked, but everything else was great! Friendly fast service too!

Service is ok, but used to be way better. Food seems the same no real change there. I feel like prep and cleaning around the food bins could be better, and some of the personnel could be a little friendlier.
The info below was from a previous visit. I went about two weeks ago, ordered my burrito bowl and went to pay. OMG I forgot my wallet in my gym bag. Vincent, the young man at the register, paid for my bowl!!! How awesome was that!!!!! Oregon Chipotle is once again top notch!! ****Thanks Vincent***The person behind the counter was WAY too busy talking with her off duty coworker. The off duty coworker was also purposefully wasting time.
The employees were nice but the chicken was super spicy.
Our food was so bad, I most felt like we were scammed. Everything was cold, the chicken , the corn. The rice and the beans were undercooked. Extremely disappointed. Money is tight these days, spend it elsewhere.

This place is always awesome. How can you not love the food? Its always prepared so fresh. I know most places have been short-staffed, and this place is no different, but they are definitely doing their best to keep up! Staff is always friendly and fun every time I come in here. As always, Ill be back.
Workers were very friendly, fast and informative. Ive never had to wait in line for more than a few minutes. The servings are good sized, definitely can eat some, get full and have some leftover for later. Definitely 5 Stars!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Usually this is my go to when I get Chipotle, but they had a huge huge fail today. Take out order that was completely messed up. I would have had it fixed but a coworker picked up the order, wrong meat was missing 3 ingredients, added 2 I did not order. Just a complete mess. The sad part is the sticker with my name has the right order.... Had to go without lunch because didnt have time to pick up anything else.
One day its great, the next time its not. My order looked amazing about 2 weeks ago, and today looks like it just got thrown together without so much as a second thought. Side of corn salsa open and tipped over on top of the bowl lid, and the worst part is I cant even tell what the meat is, its definitely not double chicken. No one at the store, not even the manager can tell me who made it or what is in it. I work in Oregon and live in Perrysburg. No, I do not want to spend another 40 mins in the car to fix a mistake made by them, let alone spend the gas. No, I do not want a refund as Im trying to gain the additional 500 points this month by having placed 4 orders this month and getting a refund would negate this order and mean I have to order Chipotle for the next 2 days in a row.
Ordered 2 chicken bowls and was not disappointed. Portions are large! Quality of ingredients were fresh and tasty! Great chipotle!
Awesome tea bar and the last bowl I recently had was so fresh tasting. Love a little of the green salsa and the tomato cilantro one.
It’s not set up for online ordering . If you order online, assume 30 minute wait time from the time it tells you the order will be ready. I was at 20 minutes from pick up time and I gave up because there was still “a dozen orders” before mine would be ready. Just figure it will be 30+ minutes.Plus they initially gave me the wrong food.At least I got a refund from the website.
"digital only" defeats the whole concept of fast food. Cant walk in, no dining room available, cant order without app.No, I DONT want to install an app, pay by card, and eat in the parking lot. Ridiculous. Unacceptable.
If i can give less than one start review i would. I was at this location today at around 8:40 pm and i was looking forward to eating here as im ordering i saw they had no shreded cheese out the guy attending me said they didn’t have any they’re out. As im about to pay there’s a worker in the back getting orders ready and i saw her adding cheese to the orders. I didnt want to come off rude so i just double asked the guy “are you sure you guys have no more cheese?” He said no they’re out. He then went to go get some guacamole from the back. While im sitting down i see him add cheese to the people he is now attending. My husband went to say something to him and he told my husband “im new to this location if theres no cheese in the front then theres no cheese to me” just like he went to get guacamole from the back he could’ve gotten cheese too. Jorge Gallardo was the manager on duty, he didnt want to give us the name of the worker that attended us and refused to give us a refund.
This Chipotle location has always been hit or miss but had the worst experience today. They had a sign they were closed for dine in / ordering indoors.Tried to place an order on the app and didn’t work, waited in the pickup lane for 20 minutes only to be told they were closed. Would’ve been nice for them to have a sign on their door that they were closed!Also very odd since there seemed to be a full team indoors so reasonably they could’ve atleast updated the sign in the front.
Just as every chipotle speed seems to be the main focus get everyone through the line as quick as possible. But please whoever cooks the rice should make sure its fully cooked before bringing it to line. Half cooked rice when mixed with the rest of what you order in a wrap or bowl ruins the whole entree.
Terrible. The first time I mobile ordered and picked up at the window they gave my order away to someone else. I had to go around and come back through while they made it. The second time, today, it took more than 25 minutes to get to the pickup window after I arrived. There were only 4 cars in front of me. When I left the pickup window line was wrapped around the building. I hate to think how long it took those people to get their food. I finally got back to the office, my tacos were cold and not made as I ordered them. This is the last time I go to this Chipotle.
Use chipotle app every few weeks to order from here. I have had intermittent good service since they opened, but the past 3 times I have ordered I have not received lettuce, I also have not received the red sauce I asked for. The actual directions are pasted on the bowl. Each time ingredients say lettuce and hot sauce. All I ask is for the workers to read the directions on the paper. It’s always there….
IJS, the best thing to come out of the pandemic is the fact that we are ordering online for pickup and its the 💣 bomb!!! For some reason I always felt like I needed to be there in person to watch folks make my food but now it comes out better, its faster and more convenient to order and just pick up and go!!! Chipotle is one that makes it EXACTLY to order. I love it!!!
Delicious meal, as usual and expected from Chipotle! As always I asked for a LITTLE extra rice and a LITTLE extra steak without being charged for it, which was very courteous of them. There wasnt much in the way of indoor seating available at this Toledo location so we ate outside on their patio, which was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was hot. The building was very clean as usual.
My order from this restaurant is NEVER right. They always forget my salad dressing. Today I ordered a chicken salad and it had 7 pieces of lettuce and NO CHICKEN! I also ordered my coworker a burrito bowl and they gave him cauliflower rice instead of white/brown rice mixture. Very disappointed.
I ordered their catering service for the first time. First thing I was impressed with was the cost. Very affordable. The minimum order is to feed 10 people, but I can assure you that we recieved enough food(on the 3 meat option to feed 10 people and then 6 more people a few days later(we froze leftoversthey give you everything you need from the main meats to sour cream and everything in between. All plastic wear and dishes were included. Along with enough napkins to clean a zoo. Everything was packed individually and placed into sturdy carrying boxes. I will definitely use their catering again. Also the staff was excellent at helping get everything I needed into my car.
We ordered online since the dining room is closed. Waited 10 minutes and called. We were advised they were still working on our order and we had to get into the drive thru lane. There were at least 15 cars in line. Why let us order online for pickup just to make us sit in line, letting our food get cold.
Ordered via the Chipolte app at 1pm for a 130pm in store pickup. Arrived a few minutes early to find the dining room door was closed with a sign saying drive through only (so much for using their toilet).Picked up my food through drive through and it was cold. Obviously made when the order was placed rather than at my requested time.Usually fairly good, just very disappointing this for my lunchtime stop on my long drive to work.
So I tried to order from the Navarre location yesterday 4/15/21. The website said they were open at 10:45 am. So at 11:30 I attempted to place an order through the website. It gave me a time of arrival 96-111 minutes which would have been around 1:15 pm for delivery or so. The website also said the lobby was now reopened for dining as well. My food never arrived. I called the store at 2:30 and asked about my order. They couldnt find it. The told me to call my bank for the credit card order to see if it had been placed. My bank doesnt keep tract of that and the manager or assistant manager Nick told me there is a number on the back of my card. There is not.I called back and was told that I had to place the order online. So I attempted it again. When giving my order the total came up different so I tried to get exactly what I had previously ordered and the computer sent me to Nick again. I got nowhere at this point.When looking for my credit card to view the phone number on the back I frustratingly I said "All I wanted was lunch." When I got back to the phone the line was dead. This was my first attempt to order and have it delivered through I believe, Door Dash and it was unsuccessful and very disappointing. I stopped on my way home to order in person being told the lobby was open. There was a note on the door stating Lobby closed for dining in and the door was locked. The way I was treated when speaking to the crew was like I was a bug that needed to be squashed.Sue
as a grubhub driver, I wrote down the name of the customer on a piece of paper and was prepared to hand it to you since youre so busy.. it was 6pm and your doors are locked. only drive thru and more than an hour wait. but you didnt even acknowledge me and didnt take the name of the order that Im waiting for. total BS. I tried to ask if you can even check if the order is ready...totally ignored me. very unprofessional. if you get that busy.....stop taking orders so you can catch up!!!
2 stars for the pick up service. Last few times we ordered pick up from the Oregon location theyve gotten our orders wrong. Its either been the wrong rice, no cheese, asked and paid for extra and didnt get it. It feels like they just half-*** the work. Its honestly better to just go in and get it because youre right there, watching and its harder for them to mess it up. Plus the staff there lately has been rude, also ignoring pick up customers. Picked up our order tonight with glances from the workers but they completely ignored and a huge line piled up. After today, we probably wont get Chipotle for awhile, at least not from this location, which is disappointing because its the closest location.
Best Chipotle Ive been to by far, and that saying a lot because Ive been to a lot of different Chipotles! Rice was cooked perfectly, seasoned wonderfully, and the steak was excellent. Staff was very pleasant, and I might just drive the extra half hour to come to this one as opposed to the one thats near my apartment! Keep it up Oregon Chipotle!
Always fresh food, always happy people working, always a great experience! UPDATE: 3 months later the food has gone down in quality, the portions have shrunk and tonight I have been sitting in the pickup line for almost 20 minutes! Its too bad because they started out so good...
