Great place and interesting on a variety of topics.
Very small museum
Great place. Lots of history
VERY INTERESTING! A little stuffy but TOTALLY worth the drive. TONS of interesting stuff in just one room! Give yourself at least an hour!
This is a small private museum that we enjoyed on our trip across I10. It has a small entrance fee and then you walk around learning about the Chiricahua. If you want some quiet down time this is a recommended stop. There are a number of good restaurants around and plenty of parking.
Keith is a great advocate and docent for the Museum and my tribe, the Chiricahua Apache Nation. The exhibits and presentations fairly and accurately tell the history of our leaders and our struggles. The Museum is graciously allowing us to provide additional material to enhance whats there. Its a real jewel in Willcox and a place also for historical research where authors gather and write and publish on the history of Cochise County. Make sure to stop and see and meet Keith.
Great place to learn the history of the area. The docents are fantastic. Well worth the small admission donation.
