After having my left shoulder replaced, I chose Choice PT because it was close to my home in the Village of Schaghticoke. I was familiar with the facility as after I had my right shoulder replaced I went there and had an excellent experience with the care and treatment I received. This time I chose Erin as my PT doctor. I found her to be sincere, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Now both my shoulders are fully functional and I can continue on with my work. Thank you to all the skilled professionals at the Choice Speigletown location.

This is a great find for those that typically need to cross the river to get services and/or products. Choice P/T in Speigletown is truly awesome! I teamed up with Sarah CG as my therapist and she gently pushes me forward without me realizing it - I love her tactics! The staff are professional, fun and truly dedicated to their patients! Hats off to Choice P/T!!

I am having knee replacement surgery and went to them for pre-surgery exercises. They made me feel comfortable, were very professional and helped me understand what would be required of me after surgery. I am looking forward to working with them once surgery is done. They are excellent.

I have been a patient at Choice PT in the past and I’m currently seeing Dr. Dominic Zotto. I have been in significant pain with herniated discs in my thoracic spine. Dom’s exercises and stretching techniques have reduced my pain in just a few visits. He explained how each exercise would help and was truly concerned about me and my pain. I highly recommend Dom and Choice PT- they are the best!!!!

I have had PT in a number of different practices, and this has ranked up as one of the best. Choice was recommended by my surgeon as one of his pcks so I scheduled my post op PT there. They are very organized so the initial process was smooth. Don my therapist has a plan for my therapy and a well thought out progression. They are always on schedule and never a wait.

Choice PT is the only place I would go for physical therapy. I’m 10 days post op for total knee replacement and thought I was pre surgery ready. Been difficult for me not only physically but mentally. Dr. Casey Yurista has been amazing in not only physically getting the knee going but re-enforcing realistic timeframes and goals. Speigletown facility is a very professional medical clinic with a “family/friend like” feel. Love the one on one care with focus on my medical care. So far.... big thanks to Casey and Sara.

I decided to try Choice PT in Speigletown for my PT following shoulder replacement surgery because the location was nearby and I knew I would have many visits for my recovery. Sarah was recommended by a friend so I made my first appointment with her. Everyone in the office is very friendly and personable. The space is new and large enough for a couple therapists and assistances to provide what was required for my PT. Sarah is very thorough, knowledgeable and makes you feel relaxed. She makes sure I dont push myself to the point of injury.....which I am capable of :- She had a college student (Gabedoing her clinical working on me occasionally but kept close supervision over her. She was great too. After about 4 weeks I finished Phase 1 (range of motionPT and am about to begin Phase 2 (strengthening). Im looking forward to completing my PT (as much as anyone could look forward to PTand finally being pain free and back to normal. I would definitely recommend Choice PT and Sarah to my family and friends.

I’ve had some upper back and neck pain for some time now and within the last two-ish months of working with Sarah at choice I’ve had some significant relief. Previously I was waking up with mild to severe pain 6-7 days a week and now it’s down to about one day if any at all. I have been to many chiropractors and physical therapists within the last few years around the area and it’s not even close or comparable to Sarah’s treatments and recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone. Every star remember is extremely accommodating and friendly as well.

Were so glad Choice opened their facility in Speigletown. Sarah is so easy and pleasant to work with, and I see improvement with each visit.

Great atmosphere, excellent staff! The staff focuses on your progress, works hard on doing things that work and removing things that they feel are not working! I’ve been to other PT clinics and you don’t feel the people care if you get better or not. At choice each session the staff cares that you’re making progress, Sarah has been fantastic and I would definitely recommend Choice Physical Therapy to anyone!

I had heard great things about Choice Physical Therapy before having aortic valve replacement. After my surgery I started therapy with Sarah and have been going now for 6 weeks. Working with Sarah has helped me strengthen my chest, back and upper body and has almost eliminated my post surgical pain.I highly recommend Choice Physical Therapy, the provide excellent patient care, are very friendly and are genuinely concerned about your recovery and wellbeing.

I first brought my grandson here. The care from Erin and the staff was amazing! I then decided that this was the kind of PT that would help me as I never was a believer in PT. Ive been going for just a couple of weeks and truly believe anyone could benefit from the care Choice PT can give you.
