I went to have an ingrown toenail removed. I was basically told all the many reasons not to have my ingrown toenail removed. I felt like they both were trying convince me not to have them remove it because it would just return. I felt like they didn’t want to provide me help, and so I had to probe both of them to give me information on how I could take care of it at home. Because they were both so busy giving me all the cons to removing it. The doctor and his assistant’s bedside manner was terrible too. It was clear that I had cellulitis on my toe, and they acknowledged that but still told me that they didn’t want to prescribe me antibiotics. When we were done, they both walked to the door, walked out and continued walking away while saying, “Get feeling better.” I thought, “I came to you to get feeling better, but I’m leaving feeling the same way I came in!” They didn’t even say goodbye, but pretty much acted like I was just wasting their time! I will not be coming back. What’s the point of going to an instacare if they won’t help you?!

Poor poor poor customer service . I was so sick and I understand there where plenty of people before me and the front desk people are just so rude ! A guy next to me literally told them to chill and to understand that people are sick . They are dismissive and not helpful. They made me cry with how they were responding to me when I was just trying to get out what all I was feeling. On top of that I waited 1 hour and half for them to not even check my temperature. Go somewhere else first !

Excelente atención y buen servicio

Not great- waited in order to be seen about 45 minutes then waited another 35 minutes for the doctor.. though not an illness for a elbow strain, I think I was forgotten. I came out of my room and asked if they forgot me and the doctor and nursed were clearly displeased with me for asking. When the doctor came in he didn’t test me. Told me I strained my elbow ( guessingsuggested X-ray but didn’t force them. Didn’t tell me to ice or heat, gave me a list of Specialists. I basically treated myself at home. Waste of money and time. I think they thought I was after pain medicine, which I don’t take- but I was treated unprofessionally. I think if medicine like Customer Care- I pay for it. We pay the doctors, nurses, etc… treat me well!! I wish I could ask for a refund and go somewhere else. I was not treated- google treated me!!

I feel bad for leaving two stars cuz I know theres a lot going on in the world right now. The doctor was absolutely amazing! Everybody else was completely incompetent,rude and made everythingworse than it should have been. If you dont like your job or you cant handle your job get a different one.

The doctor was not helpful at all he was very rude, didn’t even try to do anything, all he said he don’t know what to do! I wish I remembered his name so I could post it here

The two doctors did an amazing job helping with my needs. I felt very confident in their abilities.
