Vehicle was advertised as a good price, hidden charges suddenly appeared. They gave a lower price for trade in even though I showed a KBB offer over $1,800 than what they gave me. Wineska was terrific at her communication and Quadir was a very nice guy, but there was some disappointment in the final cost of the vehicle; that being said, I am more than satisfied with the vehicle.

Save yourself some time and money and just drive to the dealership in Kirkland.I brought my 2017 Jeep Compass for servicing after it was having difficulty starting up and with the start/stop feature. They quoted me $825 to get the car back into running condition (along with an oil change and replacing windshield wipers). The day after I got my car back it has all the same issues and even shuts off at a traffic light... so I bring it back into the dealership.This time they reran diagnostics for the car and find a different part needs replacing and quote me $350 to get it fixed, which makes me question their diagnostic abilities as I paid $825 with not much to show for and definitely not what we agreed to. So after consulting the service manager, my service rep Noah was able to give the second round of service at cost-- still another $250.And now a week after my second service appointment it is still having the same issues. Very frustrating to say the least.

**SCAMMERS** Do not get service on your vehicle at this dealership (unless you like paying for unauthorized service, being spoken to with disrespect, and dealing with Service advisors who lack car knowledge and respect for female customersI took my vehicle in for service on a warranty issue and during my time working with this dealership they tried to push numerous parts on me that were clearly unnecessary and when I explicitly directed them to not perform additional service they went ahead and did it anyway against my request. To my surprise I had a bill for service that was not requested and when I brought this to the attention on the owners I was dismissed and rudely spoken to over minimal overage charges. After giving them numerous opportunities to correct their mistake I am now writing this review in hopes that no one else will deal with the theft I have dealt with.

Great Purchase. While it was hard to originally find a good car that was a fit for us, we were able to get a great deal that no dealership that was able to give with us. I definitely would recommend this dealership especially when looking for a Hyundai!

Shady. I had an appointment to look at a jeep today. I got a confirmation email this morning. I went to look at it, only to be told they sold it yesterday. They then tried to get me to look at some "other jeeps" they had.If I had gotten an email telling me the one I wanted to look at was sold, things would be different. But they still had me drive all the way there hoping to bait and switch me into something else.Beware - typical car salesman tactics.

I spoke in person with a man named Mo (Mohsin), and placed an order on a vehicle, put a $1000 deposit down, and was told my order was placed and I would be updated when it is available.3 weeks later I text Mo for an update, he says he will update me in a week.1.5 weeks later I ask for another update. No response.1 month later I ask for an update, no reply.Then I called Seattle Jeep and spoke with Wineska, and asked for an update. She forwarded me to Mo who did not answer. I called back and spoke with Wineska again, who informed me that my order was never placed, and that I could place a new order at a new price $2.8K more than the price agreed on 2 months ago. I asked if we could do the previous price still, and they said no, even though I put a deposit down and placed an order with them 2+ months ago.I went to another jeep dealer and they were much more reasonable. Dont (even try tobuy here, most other dealers will treat you much better.. These ones wont make a sale unless you are getting outrageously screwed.Oh yeah they said theyd refund my $1000 deposit in 2 days.

This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase that i have ever done. From start to finish was less than 24 hours didnt go to dealership until it was time to sign papers and pick up new car. Katelyn walked me through the details of vehicle, then Rachel and i went back and forth until we agreed on price and interest rate. Jennifer in finance had all paper work ready the next morning for me to look over and sign took maybe 10 minutes. Picked up my new Jeep Rubicon perfectly detailed and FULL of fuel.Thank youLon

I have bought 7 new cars for myself and I have been the main negotiator for the purchase of another 3 dozen or so new cars/trucks for friends, family, co-workers and work vehicles over the last 30 or so years across 5 states. My encounter at this dealership was, by far, the worse I have ever experienced. First, the Moroney sticker was removed from the vehicle when it is supposed to be displayed. I asked on three separate occasions to see the sticker and they refused. Instead, they brought out a printout that has the "MSRP" on it along with all of their other fees for my "deal." After the test drive I had to repeatedly request my car keys back, but they tried to hold them hostage while trying to convince me to buy a Jeep. While on my test drive they supposedly did a valuation on my trade in. They valued it at $4,000 LESS than the KBB lowest value for being in ok condition. My car has less than 8k miles per year, has no scratches, no dents, no rock chips. I can guarantee you they would rate it as excellent condition if they were trying to sell it to you. Once I got home I looked up the VIN of the Jeep I test drove and their "MSRP" on my deal paper had an unmentioned $6,000 markup. I had never experienced what I have heard other people complain about "slimy new car salesman" before until I came here. I would not EVER give this dealership or any one owned by the same people a dime of my money or anyone else I was trying to help get a new car. Not even if they sold the last vehicles on Earth.

For the second time, and it will not be the last, I was very happy to buy my car from Seattle Jeep. Classy and smooth handling and a great effort to serve customers. I would like to thank the gentleman Mr. Immanuel Turnerfor his patience, good handling and calmness, which gives reassurance and hope. Thank you, Seattle Jeep. You are really amazing.

Took my Promaster van in to be repaired, which turned into a can of worms costing over $3k. since then it leaked major coolant. Took back they wanted $1600, for what I believe some work should have been under warranty (I have rebuilt engines myself in the past and this issue would have not happened had they done the job right by just tightening the radiator hoses). They did not add all the work they did previously on receipt and even the service manager denied, so I could not force warranty. This is common with some shops to cover themselves, Is it deceitful, yes, is it illegal, no. There was nothing I could do but cut my losses. So I went to another mechanic who repaired issues at half what they quoted. My family bought half a dozen vehicles from this place in the past and I was considering purchasing a new Promaster. They lost our business. Do not recommend.

Will not be back.1.Called and left a voicemail with the receptionist 4 hours ago and they never called me back. This was after calling three times over a period of time without anyone answering the phone2. Cashier was rude and sarcastic3. The service department left a panel hanging off of my 2022 Ram 1500 that I how have to put back myself.4. Service department had nooil for the service I booked and said I should have booked via the phone and not the website. Can an admin not go through the online bookings? Is it 2005?5. I own three other vehicles besides my truck. All of my other vehicles are different brands. All their service centers have a place to work, a complimentary car, or complimentary ride share reimbursement. Seattle Jeep doenst off any of these options. They have 1 service shuttle. The number is not on their website you have to call Seattle Jeep to get it. The employees also don’t seem to know the hours the shuttle operates or any details about it.When I bought my truck at Tacoma Dodge they said they’d heard complaints about Bellevue and that they recommended Seattle. So idk how bad it is if, this is considered better.

While the location is currently under renovation, dont judge a book by its cover here. Both Terry in Sales and Trent in Service are total all-stars and go the extra mile every time I need something for my Jeep. Just today, Trent diagnosed a problem on my Wagoneer, ordered a part, and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. Two thumbs way up.

These guys are the place to go if youre looking for some awesome horsepower. Ive been looking for my dream Challenger for years and they had it on the lot and ready to go. Now my initials are on my favorite car!

I bought a new 2019 Ram 3500 mega cab Limited diesel from Seattle Ram/Jeep/Dodge on Aurora Ave in 2020. Love the truck and the sales experience was fine. Really wanted to continue with future service and maybe purchases at this dealer, but they completely lost my trust. They replaced my fuel pump under recall in July 2022. A short time after the pump replacement on Friday, July 21, 2022, while towing a 14K pound 5th wheel and on my way from Kirkland WA to a camping destination in Victoria BC my turbo boost went completely out (0 lbs boost pressure). Desperate to obtain some advice if I could continue on the trip without destroying the engine I called the dealer no less that 4 times, each time telling them I had an emergency situation, but was put on-hold, disconnected, or received no call back (never, not that day or later). Am not a mechanic, but did some internet searches related to the problem on my phone at an interstate turnout and continued on to Victoria BC where the truck was repaired by Harris Dodge (Harris was excellent - couldnt be happier). The lack of turbo boost was related to the fuel pump replacement by Seattle Ram and was repaired with a simple fix to tighten a connection - overall cost ~$400 (warranty repairs on US vehicles are not honored in Canada).A simple call back with some technical advice would have been fine, but Seattle Jeep/Ram/Dodge on Aurora chose to ignore me during an emergency situation.Ill be ignoring them and take my future business elsewhere.

I have purchased several vehicles in my life. None went as smoothly as it did with Eugene at Seattle Jeep. He was knowledgeable and genuine. I recommend that anyone considering buying a Jeep go straight to Seattle Jeep and ask for Eugene. You wont find a better salesperson anywhere.

I had to have my Charger worked on and the service team was excellent!! They were polite and very great customer service skills. They went over the pricing of my vehicle and gave me an actual amount that I could afford to fix my car. I usually take my vehicle to the Dodge dealership in Auburn ( as this is were I first bought my veichleto get my oil changes, but definitely having second thoughts on going over there to get routine maintenance done (oil changeif you have a Dodge vehicle that needs to be taken care of go here!!

I do not trust the service department. To the girl who works there, stop making decisions for customers. It is not your place to decide when I will spend thousands on car repairs. You also kept my truck for 11 days and over the three day weekend. So you also got to decide that our plans for the holiday weekend were canceled. Thanks.

I have been coming to CDJR for years servicing my Wrangler and they have always gone above and beyond to keep me on the road. Unfortunately it was time to retire her and move on to something new. I took advantage of their construction sale and These guys got me into a new Gladiator! August and Terry did an awesome job working through the process of the new vehicle purchase (It’s been a long time). It was a very low pressure experience and I felt like my time was valued. Jenn is finance was very helpful and informative and got me out very quick. Terry was ready to go through all of the features of my new rig. It was nice to have some clarification as the new gladiator had a lot more technology and features than my old wrangler. Great job guys!

This dealership has very deceitful advertising and sketchy sales practices!! Both on their website and on CarGurus.com where they have their listings advertised, they have prices listed which are not the actual sales price of their vehicles, but rather a discounted price that is only available if you trade your vehicle in and also finance through one of their preferred lenders! I made a deposit on a vehicle to purchase once I was back in the US, and when I came to pick up the vehicle they informed me that the actual sales price of the vehicle was actually $4000 more than what was listed on their website!! I never would have made a deposit on this car if I had known the actual price of vehicle. The price they list the car at online should be the actual sales price! Total false advertising.

Had a oil pressure light come on. I tried calling three dealerships in the Seattle area. This was the ONLY dealership to actually answer the phone. Never even got a call back from the others. They got me in the next day. Were communicative and fixed the problem under warranty. This is where Ill be coming back for sure.

They took really good care of me on my last visit. They fit in some warranty body work (not their faultand regular service to save me the back and forth. The car was clean and ready to go for summer when I picked it up.

Extremely poor customer service. Have had extensive work completed on a Ram Promaster at this location. After replacing the heater core and repairing a coolant leak, the hoses were not attached correctly. This resulted in a recurrent coolant leak. Despite the error on the part of the technicians, JJ (who was in charge of Promaster service at that timewas unwilling to provide an reconciliation to correct the problem.Unfortunately, due to a lack of other Promaster service options in Seattle, I have had to return to CDJR Seattle for additional work. It is very challenging to directly reach anyone in service, and messages left on VM are frequently returned only after long delays or additional calls to admonish them over poor customer service. The most recent explanation was the service agent, Kaylee (SP?was at a mandatory employee celebration eating BBQ despite having been at lunch 2 hrs prior when I was attempting to reach her earlier in the day.After a half-hearted apology (and admission as to the reason for her absence and lack of reply), she proceeded to say the vehicle was completed (though provided additional options for unnecessary services, which is consistent with each of my prior interactions with service techs at this location).Plan: Sell vehicle and purchase another make/model, so I dont have to receive service at CDJR Seattle in the future.

Bought a truck and warranty from this location, the purchase experience was not great thanks to the sell rep but I got the vehicle I wanted so I was at least happy with that. However, purchasing a warranty from them has been the worst decision ever. I have been calling for three weeks now, leaving voicemails to the entire finance team; to the general manager Thi, and nobody is calling me back. I made the mistake of telling the front desk gal that the reason I need to speak with somebody there is because I want to cancel my warranty. Now I feel like my calls are purposely being dodged. On their website they have the contact information to call the owner, but that number takes you straight to the receptionist. Extremely frustrating and honestly defeating.

Car shopping has always been a headache for me. Sales people look at you as another transaction instead of a human being trying to find a car to get you from A to B and not cost thousands per month.The experience I had with Kacy, Jennifer, and James was the complete opposite. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and I even shared some laughs with each of them.I appreciated their transparency during the whole experience. It was honestly the best Ive ever had.

I worked with Ryan, the internet sales manager and had an AMAZING experience. I had previously spoken to a few other dealerships about buying a 2022 Jeep Wrangler and had an awful time with sleazy sales tactics and being talked down to. Ryan was incredibly accommodating and patient. I was looking for a very specific Jeep with specs no one seemed to have. Ryan was able to find the Jeep for me and get it sent to their location within a week. The entire time he kept me up to date on the progress and put my anxiety at rest of being without a car. Ryan ended up driving over an hour away himself to get the car for me personally. I’ve had four cars in my lifetime and this was the best buying experience I’ve had yet. Definitely reach out to Ryan for anything you need he will take care of you.

Wow! Just got my new Ram 2500 and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. It was really refreshing to work with people who made sure I understood all the options available to me. I never felt I was being pushed into anything, and I ended up in the perfect vehicle for me. Can’t say enough about how well I was treated. It was truly a great experience!

I am having the hardest time with the customer service at this location. My daughter is going to school in Seattle so when she had issues with her Jeep, I recommended the dealership, since Im in Salt Lake. Theyve had the car for 2 weeks with little to no communication and I still dont know what the issue is. The receptionist says theyre waiting on a part, but they cant tell me what part it is or whats wrong with the Jeep. They always promise a call back, but no call backs have happened in over a week!l

The sales representatives here and all the managers are so amazing they even brought me gas I was stuck 4 minutes away and within 3 minutes they came and brought me gas and that was amazing. My sales guys gave me free gas, directed me to the dealership, had 2 cars pulled up for me waiting. Had finance work on my numbers with the quickness. Super happy with this Dealership. Called to make an appointment to view a 4runner. Same person who answered the phone ended up selling me the car. Wineska the salesperson was amazing. Negotiated fairly, answered all questions I had or got the answers she didnt have. Very accommodating and relaxing sales floor. Finance manager was very helpful as well. I didnt have a trade in so they even arranged to drive my newly purchased car 45 minutes to my house for me. Couldnt be happier with everyone at the dealership.

This was my first purchase of a RAM product and wanted to get as specific to the details as possible. I went online, did my own research, read reviews, and drew up the specs of the exact model I wanted.I then went to CDJR and talked to Terry and he worked with exactly what I wanted. No hard sales pitches, no negotiating - just cold hard facts. When ordering a vehicle, you know what youre getting but it just takes time. He explained the timeline to ordering, gave me some guidelines to look up for the specifics of the RAM line, and made everything fast and painless.When it came for delivery of the truck, it took the time they had quoted (60-120 days). Now fortunately, I was extremely lucky as factories for all distributors are closing due to the pandemic and computer shortages. Delivery times may vary, but Terry and Adam (another associatewere very accessible with questions I had.The truck is everything I wanted and more. The financing I did with my own people, and they streamlined that easily. Overall, a great experience, and I feel like I got everything I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Highly recommend.

Make sure you ask for Jared Lawson! He is an excellent salesman. His communication was fantastic. I had many questions that he answered promptly. If you want new or used, Jared will get you all the info you need way before other dealerships. I bought a Nissan Xterra 12/2020.

I found him to be honest and transparent. Ahmed took a few days to search the state inventory and show me a list of options that were available. Unfortunately because of my very specific request we were not able to find a suitable 2020, However they had a beautiful 2021 that met ALL of my needs on the lot. Short of it, Im a proud new Jeep owner, Thank you Ahmed!Scott in their finance depart was also wonderful to deal with.PS I wanted a manual which really narrows the options as they just dont make that many of them any more

Such a wonderful experience. They saved a car that my husband picked out for me. Even though there was a guy with cash ready to buy it. But because my husband was there waiting for me to get there with paperwork they told the guy no, its spoken for. I mean they had no guarantee other than my husbands word that I actually had proof of a pre approved loan. It was and is my dream car. The color, the transmission, everything was perfect. My husband stayed there for 8 hours guarding it. I am so thankful to the team there at Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for being so accommodating and helping us make my dream come true.
