Kade Dunn was great to work with. I took my van in at 8:30 am and he made sure we had it back by 6 pm. Both batteries needed to be replaced and they were able to diagnose and make the fixes quickly.
They didnt have an SUV that I wanted, but Mark was very helpful for the brief time l was there.
Thank you Mason and his team to service and repair a couple of things on my truck.Communication went well and repairs were all done to my satisfaction.I would definitely go to Mason and his team again! 5 Stars.

They were able to get me schedule quickly. After I dropped it off I received a text with a number in case I had any questions. I sent a couple of messages to the number asking about the status of my truck but didnt get any response.after two days they finally called me back to say it was done.The work was completed to my satisfaction, I wish they would communicate better with their customers.
Went in for a oil change today, Tony Love took great care of us! He was very friendly and informative got us taken care of. We didnt wait too long and their waiting area was welcoming and comfortable. 10/10

They did a fantastic job on my 2021 promaster city van!! Pulled right up to the door with very little wait and they got right on it. They not only changed the oil and rotated the tires but had an entire checklist they went through. With all that it still didnt take long and even if it would have the couches in the waiting room are awesome! I would definitely recommend using them to service your vehicles

Customer service is terrible. They will not answer the phone; you have to leave a message but then they never call or text you back. They have an no -working number on the mileage sticker they put in your car. Went in for an oil change and have something looked at, after making an appointment and was told they didn’t have time to look at it. After the oil change my car won’t idle correctly but they won’t answer or call me back to get it looked at!Brandon, I just tried calling again, that’s the same number I’ve been using. All it does is let me leave a message which have never been replied to by you.
Juan in parts and Brennen were exceptional. Our Pacifica needed a new oil filter housing. I’d been working with another dealership (same companyfor three months to get the part in. I understand supply shortages right now but I was getting desperate so I started calling other dealerships. The first call was LHM in Provo, where I purchased the van. Juan didn’t have the part but immediately asked if he wanted me to have him search around- I enthusiastically said yes. In less than an hour he had called around and found the part at another dealer. just a few days later, Brennen had me into the shop and back on the road. Their little bit of a extra customer service solved a three month old problem. I will not be using the other dealership (same companyagain though it is much closer and convenient. I’ll drive the 45 minutes for much more effective customer service.
Im giving it two stars for the polite and courteous staff and clean facilities.This is the second time Ive brought a vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times Ive also needed a flat repair due to the construction in my area. Both times I was told they were unable to fix the leaks to due liability concerns, which might be true. Both times were scheduled appointments that took nearly 1.5 hours. Both times they failed to rotate my tires.The first time they filled the tires and a few days later the tire with the slow leak was still in the same location. Unfortunately I gave them a high review before I found out. This time they didnt even fill the tire, so as I started to drive away, the TPMS synced and told me the the leaking tire was in still in the same location. I had to turn around and wait another 15 minutes for the tire rotation.Without the tire rotation, what were they doing for 1.5 hours? I also wonder if they even changed my oil. Im also upset that I purchased one of the service contracts and HAVE to go back for more service.
Their service department staff are always friendly and attentive. They explain what they will do and keep you informed along the way. If they find any issues they give you options and help you get the best result. There are never any surprises when you come to pick up your vehicle and pay for your service. I’ve bought my last 2 vehicles there and always get them serviced there. Great dealership all around. Thanks!

I had a great experience at Larry H Miller. Juan was excellent ordering parts and communicated clearly regarding the items we needed for our Dodge Ram truck. Mason was very helpful in the service department. My truck was fixed quickly. I highly recommend this dealership.
Kept me informed while work being done. Service advisor was great. Had car waxed just before taking it to dealer. Mechanic left grease on driver door, both sides of hood and all over the chrome grill. Really messy mechanic.
Went in for an oil change and diagnosis of slipping transmission. I’ve felt two or three times in the last week so I decided to have them take a look. Their tech “drove it around for 20 minutes and couldn’t duplicate any hard shifting.” Quoted me $1300 in transmission service.I declined their service and drive it off the lot and make it 2 miles and had to pull into another service shop because of a piston misfire. I just replaced the coils and spark plugs on a tune up a month ago. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or some tech messing with me because I declined service. Also find it hard to believe they drove it for 20 minutes and couldn’t see a shifting problem or a piston misfiring and soon as I get in the car I’m getting a sputtering when accelerating and idle.
I recently had some issues with my Wrangler come up. My Jeep is still pretty new and under warranty. From diagnosing the problems to the repair, everything covered. They got parts and did the work quickly. I worked with Tony the whole time, who did a fantastic job making sure everything got addressed and worked out. My Jeep is back on the road with no death wobble so 10/10 making me feel safe behind the wheel again.
I took my vehicle in to have a recall done on it. My issues weren’t with the work on my car but with the lack of communication I received.When I set up the appointment, I was told that although it would only take about 30 mins they’d like to plan for half a day since things can get backed up. I said that was okay and then I dropped my car off at around 9:00 the day of the appointment. I don’t get a call or text until 2 when I missed a call. I called back, no answer. I called again and left a message about an hour later AND I texted the number I was texted on as another line of communication. At about 5 (service department closes at 6), I decided to just head over and get my car. While there I was speaking with the service advisor and tech who did the recall. The tech asked the advisor if it was “the car [he] did this morning.” So, not only was it never communicated to me that the car was done but it had been done for hours.
The technicians werent on the same page. We called 2 days after drop off to check in and it just went to voicemail even though we were told they would call us to update us. We waited 5 days and called again only to be told it hadnt been looked at yet. And then a few hours later they called back to say it actually had been looked at and they couldnt find a problem. It was hit and miss when our town and country would turn over so even though the diagnostic didnt turn up a code, they didnt take the time to try to fix the issue we were telling them it had. We ended up buying a wire off of Amazon that plugged in to the brains of the car and the issue was fixed for $60 on our own accord.
Tony was amazing to work with. This is our second time going to Tony and he went above and beyond each time for us so we could have our car back asap. He is always upfront about what needs to be fixed and doesnt beat around the bush. Highly recommend him!
Tony was an excellent service advisor. Was able to assist me right away and was very personable. He educated me on several service programs which were a great benefit to me. He kept me updated throughout the service of my vehicle. I have made several trips to this same service department and it was my first time being helped by Tony. Would recommend Tony for any of your service needs or questions.
Worked with Katrina on scheduling an appointment. I have a crazy schedule and she was so nice to work with me. Service guy was pretty cool too, we talked about guitars and concerts. Service was done in an hour. I have no complaints.
Mason in Service is the only Service Manager I trust to take my Gladiator to. He actually knows Jeeps (fellow Jeep enthusiastand goes out of his way to ensure you are satisfied. I didnt even buy my Gladiator from LHM, but I do take my Jeep there for any and all Service. You will not find a more committed team and Service manager to take care of your Jeep!
Tony Love was great to work with and had great communication skills. I was very satisfied with my visit.My only complaint is, please move or get rid of that giant Carfax blow up thing by the desks in the waiting area. It is so loud and made it hard to work and do phone calls. That thing is seriously loud 🤣
Chase was very helpful addressing my concerns and answering all my question. Chase kept me informed and updated on the status of my vehicle. They were able to get my in and out quickly. Was a very good first experience.

I went in for a scheduled oil change at 3 p.m. After sitting there for two hours with no communication I look up and see my car sitting outside. I went to talk to the service technician to see if it was done and if I could take it and he has left to another location for a meeting so I had to wait until he came back. Then he did not give me any paperwork showing me what was done. I dont think all of the work got completed. I sat there for over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change!!
I had tried to schedule an oil change online last week but the system was down, so I just brought my truck in hoping they could squeeze me in. Tony, the service manager told me I was looking at about 1.5 hours. I explained to him that I was in a rush so he said he’d see what he could do to get it done quicker. About 30 minutes later he came and told me they were done. Wow. He made it work and got me in and out despite not having an appointment. I’ve often asked myself why I don’t just go to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership since usually that is the quicker route. I’ve never had a 30 minute in and out at Jiffy Lube. As long as Tony is there running things over there I’ll keep going to the dealership to get my truck serviced. The folks over there are nice and they work with you. Tony even helped me fix a problem with the remote start app. Forget Jiffy Lube. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Provo, just take it there. They won’t try to up sell you in a bunch of junk you don’t need. Highly recommend.

They have been great. I have been doing maintenance in my new Jeep with them a since I bought it a year ago. Tony is amazing and always keeps me in the loop on what is going on.
Brennen and the other service people at LHM Chrysler in Provo took a potentially negative experience and completely turned it around! I had scheduled my vehicle for a safety recall notice, and was told that it would only take 1 hour. When I checked in, I was told it would take 2 hours! This couldn’t work, because I had to be to work before then. First, they offered to shuttle me to work if the car wasn’t done. But then they went above and beyond—they turned off several of their computers in Service so that the computer software upgrade in my vehicle would upload more quickly. So the 2-hour window became a 35-minute project instead, and I was on my way with plenty of time to get to work! Thank you for going the extra mile!
Tony always makes sure we get quality service. When I go in I don’t feel like they are trying to up sale me on anything or pressure me into buying anything. Good honest people working here. I highly recommend them and will continue to keep going to them. Thank you Tony and your crew you guys are awesome!
They kept my car for a month to replace the headlights and solve an issue with the hands-free. There was little to no communication, and when I called to check it, was a huge ordeal to try and get someone on the phone. Plus, after the repairs were finished, the hands-free module wasnt configured right, so I took it to a different repair shop to have it fixed. The worst service experience Ive had in my life, I hope no one else has to experience the same.
I had a good experience with this service department. Tony was my service advisor. There was also a newer employee wearing white that was helpful. Yanett and Katrina were very helpful during the entire process. It was a smooth process and my car was ready earlier than expected, which is great. Also, the shuttle driver is nice and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience.
The manager was very helpful when I cam in and got to my wifes van very quickly. He was knowledgeable about what the issue was and offered us a new warranty to cover my vehicle to avoid any further large repair bills. I was very happy with the service and I will be going there from now on.
Mason was great he got me in quick and my oil change was done by tech super fast. I literally called every other Jeep Dealer and couldnt get an appointment. I even called Bountiful where I bought my jeep and couldnt even get a hold of a human. I went to Ken Garff and was told it would be a 4hr plus wait and they refused to let me make an appointment in person. Insisting I had to do it online. I called Provo as a last resort and the scheduler got me an appointment that same day! So stoked!!! And when I got there everything was handled quickly. The waiting area is comfy, I didnt feel like I was going to be in the way like other Dealerships.Drive a little farther and get better, faster service in Provo!
I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday morning, dropped off my truck. Didn’t hear anything that day or Friday morning so I spent 15 minutes on hold trying to speak with the service advisor, no answer. Had to attend an appointment so I called again 2 hours later, the receptionist put me through to the service department, they said the service advisor would be with me in a minute or two…not so was on hold for another 20 minutes. Gave up and called again on Monday, finally spoke with the service advisor and he informed me that it would be at least another 10 days or two weeks before they would be able to even look at my truck. Just for a check engine light service DEF system light. Needless to say I was frustrated why they didn’t tell me when I was setting up the appointment that it would take that long before they could look at the truck. Called Doug smith ram in Spanish fork, they said they would try to work it in in the next few days. So I took my truck there, 5 days later they had it fixed! I would have still been waiting for LHM to even look at it. Very bad customer service here.
I was told when we purchased our vehicle that there was a recall/software update that we needed to have done and it was necessary. I kept in contact with the sales associate for a week or so and when he said it was available, I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told by the service center there was no recall or software update available nor needed for my vehicle. I understand mistakes are made and information can be poorly shared but I drove an hour and a half out of my way for something that didn’t exist. Nothing was done to compensate me for my time nor gas used. Poor customer experience and very unprofessional.
I’ve gone here multiple times now, and I have always been very satisfied. This time after the diagnosis I decided to not have the repair done since it wasn’t an immediate problem and I just couldn’t afford it at the moment. However, they were so helpful in explaining what I needed to have done, parts to get and everything. The best part is they didn’t charge me anything for all the work examining my car. That was a very pleasant surprise to my day
I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I told them to let me know if it was going to take more than an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they came out and told me to get a ride home. They weren’t going to finish. No communication on when they were going to be done. Texted the next day for an update and no reply. Had to call in later in the day to find out what was going on. Bad service, no communication.
We ordered a Jeep through this dealership. They were friendly and kind in the ordering process, and kept us up to date with all the build checkpoints, even though the were a bit behind in getting me the information. I ended up getting more use out of Jeep customer service chat. Still, they were involved and helpful to my questions. When it came to the point of sale, however, I was a bit disappointed. We were trying to reach a reasonable agreement on the price, and as a female buyer I felt a bit patronized and talked down to in our communications. In the end we both got what we wanted, I got my car and they got a sale at sticker price. But there was a point where they threatened to sell our vehicle if we did not come in right away to pick it up. The vehicle was made custom, with my name on the sticker. That was pretty beneath them. Overall I wouldn’t choose this dealership again if I had a choice.
Don’t go here. Customer service was not at all inviting compared to other dealerships I’ve had service done at. Why I’m writing this review is because they spilled oil in my engine bay which was particularly annoying because I had just detailed the engine bay the week prior. They neglected to tell me this and neglected to clean the mess. I found out because about 4 days later I went to clean a particular spot in my engine bay that had given me grief when cleaning it the week prior, only to find that the air filter housing and brand new air filter were completely stained in dried oil. I freaked out thinking I had a massive oil leak, but concluded after about 30 minutes of inspection that it was definitely spilled from when the oil was refilled. When I removed the air filter completely to clean the exterior, there was still about half an inch of standing oil pooled the bottom of the air filter housing. Couldn’t believe that they didn’t say anything, especially considering that it was about half a quart of oil that looked like was spilled. Will not be going here again.
Tony was helpful and upbeat from the moment I walked in the service area. He detailed the process and kept me up to date on what was happening and when the repairs would be completed. He was super friendly and took the confusion and worry out of the process. I won’t take my jeep any where else after the excellent service Tony and the whole dealership gave me!
Tony was very helpful, and took the time to address all of the issues he could find and not just what I brought it in for. Not only that but he gave me pricing for every service, informed me on which services were vital and which we’re dismissible, and even rotated my tires regardless of my request being short of notice. That being said I did go ahead and have all the repairs and services I needed fixed, and now my car is driving like it did when I first drove it off the lot! Thank you!
