Very good pizza and food. Fun atmosphere.

I feel forgotten. I understand that its a Friday night, but when the table behind you sits down more than 15 minutes after you and their food comes out before yours, there is an issue. This is not the first time we have had this experience either.Our food showed up, nearly 45 minutes later and my husbands was cold. Will not be returning.

Absolutely delicious food. Upbeat atmosphere. Beer bar with ice cold brews on tap. Always a good experience. 5 stars all the way. I would recommend to anyone in the area to come in and grab a bite.

This was our first time going here. Our daughter had recommended this place many times, we finally tried it and were not disappointed. We will be coming back with the rest of the family. Good food and excellent service. Keep it up guys

Great place for Russian River beers. I love dark beers and they had least two dark beers on tap. They pizzas and salads and more. They have a wine selection. They can get super busy, but I could definitely see they were working as a team.I only docked them a star because they brought the wrong pizza. I still ate the one they brought to not waste it. Thank you 😊

Outstanding food and great beer selection! I recommend the Seoul Bowl for vegetarians. Also, if you love German beer they usually have it on tap and serve it in half liter and liter glasses. Felt like I was back in Germany at a biergarten.

All I can say is this was an absolute, incredible explosion of flavor!!!! I pride myself on my cooking, (and my husband enjoys my creations too); but today we thought wed try this place and what a pleasant delicious surprise - thank you thank you to the chef and sous - my goodness...we will be back to try everything 😍

I had the Yard Bird pizza today but Ive had several of the burgers including the Dwayne Johnson. Ive had a couple of their salads too and everything has been good. They have a pretty simple menu but the food is worth the price. If you can get the RAD card and use it here.*Update* If you’re on a plant based diet then you can pretty much get any pizza without cheese or animal products because their dough is vegan.

I love this place more and more every visit. Between the natural lit spacious venue to the fantastic drinks, meals and service I just cant get enough of this place and neither will you! Special shout out to Courtney for her outstanding service behind the bar. Highly Highly Recommend.

Top notch eats and drinks. Variety of Mules with homemade ginger beer. Lots of local brews. I had the Gangum(sp?)Burger and it rocked.

Very spacious indoor seating with a front and back patio. Wide selection of beers and wines on tap and an excellent selection of whiskeys. American comfort food with new specials every two weeks or so.

Pizza is best in town and very generously priced in the patrons favor. Beer selection is always complementary and they make one good Whiskey Old Fashioned.

Went here for drinks and good food before we headed over to The Iron. Loved the service and the environment was very clean and inviting. A couple of people were wearing masks and the bartender chose to be free. Thank you for encouraging others with that. We felt very welcomed and we were very excited to try the great selection of Bourbons available. We had the garlic Buffalo wings and the honey Sriracha wings. These two items alone (bourbon and wingswould bring us back a lot sooner than we expected to come. Keep it up. I wouldnt mind getting my hands on training some of the employees with customer service i.e the busboys but other than that everything was spot on.

Amazing food and drinks but can you guys pleaseeee start updating your hours on all of your websites or let people know somehow when you are closed? It would be super helpful. Our firm always wants to eat there but cant because we dont realize you are closed until we walk over there and the doors are locked or theres maybe a sign up.

1-20-22 We walked to Church Key tonight for dinner. My brain is being overloaded with food endorphins! This burger I ordered is right on par with the Lamplight Lounge in Disneyland! The juices and flavors are truly amazing! A mouthwatering delight. The service is good and we are pleased with our dining experience. Highly recommend coming here.This is our second time dining here and it was very delicious. I had the Royale and my wife wife had pizza. They have good drinks also. Roarke gave us good service.

Great beer selection! Burrata Margherita Pizza was really good as well.

Great drinks although alcohol pours were a little heavy for cocktails but light for straight. Nachos were delicious and the pizza is to die for.

I really wanted to like this place. The staff was friendly and the food was actually good when I was eating it. I ordered 2 drinks, but only drank about 1 total drink between the 2. Fast forward to now, and its currently 1:30am. I got food poisoning from the food and I just finished hacking my throat out. I unfortunately will not be returning to Churchkey anytime soon.

Great old fashions. The area was great and the service was good. Chill little spot with amazing food and really good drinks. The beer changes so they dont always have the same thing but they have a good selection!

Good environment, excellent beer, awesome food!The ONLY complaint is they close WAY too early on a Friday night. Should stay open until 11 or 12, instead they close at 9p.Other than that, this place is great.

Their mopesto sandwich is delicious. Paired with a German lager, tots, and their onion dip - delicious.

I love going to churchkey but their take 10 dessert item was horrible. It tasted like they bought the item elsewhere and stored in a refrigerator than just threw some pretzels on top. Everything else was amazing. Highly recommend the cauliflower bites!

Church Key is excellent. We had a wonderful meal. Love the menu very nice and concise. Love the fact that it is not overwhelming with choices so you spend half your time reading and not eating! Also this way Church Key has perfected the choices they offer. I will go back for sure. Delicious!

I love the pizza here, but the real star to me is the poutine! Its hard to find good poutine in Modesto, so I come to Churchkey when Im craving it bc they just nail it. The drinks could be stronger, but Im an alcoholic so theyre probably fine.

The food is great, the service is great and the drinks are great! Good place for a date, small hangout or family dinner.

Pizza was really good. Food came fairly quickly after ordering. Salad dressing was a little to tangy for my taste, but overall good meal. Waitress did her best to get us in and out during our lunch hour break. Became very busy by noon.

I have always had great food and beer experiences here for years. Only one unfortunately mishap but management was right there to make it right. Great beer selection and the pizza is awesome! If you are in Modesto, you should definitely check this place out.

One of my favorite places to go. I love the unique menu items (the coconut curry cauliflower bites are truly delicious and were enjoyed by vegetable lovers and vegetable "tolerates" alike). The cocktails are fun, too! Ive been there several times and still havent tried everything I would like to!

AMAZING lightly breaded cauliflower bites! Thats literally all I get now when I go, unless Im starving, then I get a pizza. They have an amazing beer selection and delicious food. The servers are very nice and the environment is very pleasant. Highly recommend you give this place a try! They have a little bit of everything. They even have tater tots as an appetizer (which we usually get because why not).

I had the Churchkey classic with bacon. It was one of the best burger i ever tasted. The tots also where Amazing. I had a Church Tea also and it was really good. Will definitely return amd recommend

The food is usually pretty good. the Atmosphere I enjoy. seems popular for families and that doesnt interfere with our drinking. Excellent Manhattans and Booze Punch. Lastly: the service has been consistently good and when its rather busy and understaffed the service is still good adjusting for human limitations of only two arms.

Love this place! Beer selection is awesome, food is almost better. I am a huge fan of burnt cheese and the burger with the cheese skirt checks all my boxes for my craving. This is definitely one of the more modern and up and coming places of Modesto!

The Bonanza burger is amazing. Great selection of beers.....oh and did I mention tater tots? Who doesnt love tater tots? The pizza and Jeremiah fingers are also delicious. And....the staff is super sweet. Ive had nothing but positive experiences here.

We got the fried spinach artichoke appetizer this time, and it was worth every penny. Ive been here a few times now, and the taps always prove to have something to my liking. The service has also always been wonderful. Just a heads up though, the wines on tap tend to lean toward a dry or sour taste, so hopefully thats your thing if youre a wino. If you arent, I was recommended the Pinot Gris by the bartender, and I enjoyed it.

My friends and I came in here for Brunch on a Sunday. We were immediately impressed by how open the space is. Its nice to eat and not feel like people are all around you, plenty of space. The Brunch Menu was pretty interesting, and Id go back for it again. The beer menu was kind of amazing, and is probably worth a trip on its own.For Food, I got a sandwich modeled after a Montecristo, the whole thing was deep fried. Everyone at the table tried it and loved it! Worth it for sure. I also got a side of their Tater Tots, just plain ones. But they were well cooked and lightly salted. Good stuff.Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well. Definitely heading back and hopefully trying their standard menu, cause it looked amazing.
