My respect for this place just went under as of yesterday. Usually, whenever I want a cigar in the city, Occidental would be the prime spot but not anymore. Yesterday afternoon, my friends and I wanted to grab some sticks, a few drinks, and lounge around to just simply enjoy. Went here for a nightcap and cigars with family from all over the country. We had a blast. Great vibe. Solid play list. Hella dope bourbon selection and quality sticks.

My fiances birthday wish was to smoke a cigar and have some whiskey. We came with several friends, most of whom had not smoked a cigar before. The bartender, James, was very friendly and kind, and helped us all select a cigar. The crowd was lowkey and warm. We felt welcomed even as novices! We had a great night, highly recommend.

These guys took such good care of me, I was coming in from the airport in an Uber and needed an order put together in advance for a quick pickup. They walked me through all the products they had via text, and need a smoke,, the selection of cigars is outta this world and she made a great drink!! If you like to smoke when you drink, this is a great place!!!

I love this place, This place is at the top of that my list. There is lot of cigar brands and variety. Wine and beer only, but thats probably a good thing b/c it didnt get too rowdy or out of control with annoying drunks.

Cigar World is a rock solid cigar shop to visit, especially with friends. They have a great selection of cigars and knowledgeable staff, even your least experienced companion should be able to find something good. The team here is excellent and everyone that steps in is treated like a familiar customer and friend.

If the rating allowed, I would give The Cigar Box 15 stars!! This is the best customer service experience I have EVER had with any cigar, or any retail store for that matter. Went for a 3 hour Cigar session this weekend. Had a fantastic time with the manager. Very friendly and helpful chap, willing to talk us through all steps of the Cigar process. Would certainly recommend as it was a great experience, especially for someone like me who has never smoked a Cigar before.

Went here for the first time today as a newish pipe smoker and received excellent service. Im fairly young, so I usually dont get taken seriously in shops like this but today I was served by a gentleman who was very friendly and he picked out some tobacco for me to take home and sample.I will only be buying pipes and tobacco from this store from now on.
