Cinnabon in Arapahoe County

Unhappy customer charged me twice for my order tried calling back to speak to a manager and she left me on hold.

Says it closes at 8. Why is it 7 and closed??

Customer service was phenomenal the cinnamon bun is already fresh and ready.:. this been my favorite since I was a child 😊

I work for doordash and I had a order at this location. There is no sign that says where doordash needs to be picked up so I get in line. And when I got to the front of the line I got told that I had to pick up the order on the other side of the counter that was 2 feet away from the young tall boy who had short curly hair I spoke to at the front of the line. He was just standing there. He wasnt waiting on anything. He was just standing when I got there. But instead of moving the few feet to grab my order. He told us we had to go down to the other end of the counter And wait. So I go down and wait another 3 minutes for someone else to notice me. The boy didnt even ask one of his coworkers to help us. Bad staff at this location.

Delicious and the staff was professional and friendly.

Location has had over a year to adjust their hours to say they open at 12 noon instead of 11am, but I was just turned away because "they open in 5 mins" at 11:55. Wont be coming back

Quick service. The icing is super tasty. The bun is very very very sweet. They have different sizes of rolls to choose from. I pick the smaller size but still can barely finish the whole thing 😭Really like the icing but probably won’t be back in a long time.

Looks like This store is closed permanently.

The owner Michelle was so helpful and sweet when we got there and the store was closed and she went in and made our order for us, the most amazing customer service! Google lied about the hours of operation and had the wrong number for the store

Delicious and staff was on point

Three persons behind the counter, but only one was helping customers. One was pretending to work and needs help with that. The three of us got tired waiting on someone to take our order so we left. I wanted to purchase a 4-pack, but if they arent interested then neither are we.

I wish I could give this location a 0star raiting .. Ive come here twice and had to different people at the register both time they were rude and had a piss attitude when asked to add extra icing witch I had no problem paying the .60c for .. and nast looks today I had a gentleman who helped me and he didnt even speak to me he just stared so I told him what I want to order and never said a word the grabbed the money out of my hand and then just put the change on the counter . I asked for them warm they were the minis they put them in a bag and threw them in the microwave when I got them they were upside down. When I asked to speak to a manager they said to call corporate. I asked for the number and the lady in the back said its online this is the rudest bunch of people I have ever met and I work in the food industry.

The most absolute customer service I have ever received! I will be contacting the General Manager as well as the corporate office!

Friendly staff, but the area where you get your straws and other things is right in the middle of where the line is, if you know what youre going to get, grab what you need ahead of time (when theres a long line I mean, people look at you like you murdered a family member when you say "excuse me" and try to get something from that area), their lemonade is good too.

The 15pk minibons I received were underbaked and the frosting hadnt been baked with it at all, on top of that the cinnamon mixture wasnt coated on the outside and it didnt taste right nor was it the right texture.

Cinnabon is the best and I have been coming here for 20 years always good and delicious this little cinnamon bun will change your life in a good way so please come try this bun if you like delicious cinnamon rolls and they have mini buns super good anytime of the day I highly recommend this place to everybody

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their menu boards have been "not working" since before Christmas, their soda fountain is inoperable more than it works, they never have enough cinnabons actually ready, and theyre OVER PRICED!!! Today my hubby and I stored by while at the mall and they had an electric griddle to keep the display warm (not that they keep enough around to need to keep them warm). Then, as we get to the register, the girl states its going to be 10 minutes before more classic rooks will be ready. Ok, we can wait. We order a 6 pack. She says itll be 15 minutes for that! We said screw it, well go to another cinnabon. We noticed they are asking almost $20 for a freaking 6 pack of classic rolls, too. Im wondering if their boards are actually not working, or are the employees ruining a scam?!?! If you want Cinnabon rolls, go down to the Maverick gas station on Mississippi and Potomac. Theirs are $13 for a 6 pack, theyre fresh, place is clean, and they are super polite!

This location is awful, slow, the menu board is broken, the soda machine is broken and they never have any fresh rolls.. seems they only make about 6 rolls at a time... they turn more ppl away then they serve.... WHAT HAPPENED TO YALL ???

Everything seems to be out of order or the teens working here just dont want to put the effort into actually working.Ive never been disappointed in a cinnabon until coming to this location. They are not well trained at all, cinnabon was extremely dry the first time I came here; I thought it was just an off day, then the second time here I got the center of the bun..... big mistake it was worse than the first time. If I wanted a dry bun I would just go to Ikea which is way cheaper and tastes better than how this location makes them.Ruined my favorite childhood dessert :(

So good, but so bad for you. Tons of calories but delicious. Pretty pricey too.

Stopped by for a couple of cinnabons. Asked for a small tub of extra icing and was told it was an additional 75 cents. It already cost me over $10 for 2 cinnabons and cant believe they wanted even more money for already over priced pastries. No thanks, wont be back.

Rude service. One employee yelled angrily at customers for no reason.

I have a complaint that needs to be addressed however the phone number on Google does not connect. The food is good but the customer service is none existent.

You cant walk through the mall without smelling this sweet and delectable treat shop. The food is fantastic and the staff are friendly. If youre in the mood for some tasty pastries this is the place for you.

They wouldnt let is eat the cinnamon rolls purchased. My family and friends family bought a bunch of food and sat at a table to eat it, the fat cashier came over telling us to move for fire code. I manage a real restaurant and know this is a lie so I just kept eating while the fat cashier continued to be rude and ignored and then tried calling security who of course didnt come
