When I tell you Karen saved me, I mean every bit of that!! I went Posh originally and it was a hair nightmare for me after 2 attempts of fixing it, I had no choice but to leave. I waited for my hair to repair itself and I went to see Karen. She told me exactly what she was going to do, how, and why, and what to expect and she did NOT disappoint, she gave the the color I was wanting exactly. She’s such a sweet woman, also! I have officially found myself a hair stylist! Thank you again, Karen!!!

Karen always does a great job!

Every time we try and use the establishment for a hair cut, there is only one person working. She lets you sit down and wait only to tell you after waiting 30+ minutes each time that she will not be able to get to the cut. Communication is very poor with stylist. Need more stylist working at a time.

My children and I have been coming here for at least the past two to three years and its the only place Ive felt comfortable coming to on top they always do a wonderful job! Thanks City clips you all are great!

CITY CLIPS, has been cutting my hair for almost four years. All the stylist, are friendly, professional, experienced, and have always cut my hair to perfection. I highly recommend, CITY CLIPS and all its EMPLOYEES for any and all of your hair needs.

We’ve tried to like this place many times, but this last visit was the last straw. My son wanted a particular style. I was told by the stylist that his hair was too short for that style and it needed to grow. She proceeded to buzz the sides and fade it in with scissors to match the top of his hair. I asked for a part to be placed so I’d know where to start the spiking of his hair. I was again told that just wouldn’t work with his hair. It stuck up in multiple areas and wasn’t faded at all. There were huge gaps and his hair was totally uneven. I left mad and completely dissatisfied and the only reason I didn’t go back was because of how livid I was with the cut and didn’t want any confrontation. We went today to a different place and low behold, he had his hair cut exactly how he wanted it with the part. We will not be returning.

Great place to get your hair needs taken care of. Karen and Tracy did a great job coloring my wifes hair, and was able to give me an excellent haircut in the process. They were both very friendly.

Went in to get my hair cut. Not only did I get to have a new hairdo but also found out I could donate the hair I cut to children with no hair. They were all very friendly at the salon. Tracy did an excellent job with my huge transition from really long hair to really short hair

Ive been going to City Clips for many years and I always get my haircut just right. Karen, Tracey, Heather and Jill have always been amazing and they treat you like family. I would recommend this place to anyone!

All the workers are professional, kind and willing to work with you to make a great experience for you, including working with special needs children if needed, any cuts, colors or hairstyle in general they will work with you to achieve it! Highly reccomend this wonderful place!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in with my wife and daughter and wanted to get my beard trimmed and my daughter to use the restroom (she’s 2but the lady at the front counter was rude and said she couldn’t due to the fact SHE wasn’t a customer. WE are a mixed couple and truly felt it was racial. NEVER will I be back here nor recommend this business. Absolutely Degrading and the owner should be ashamed of having someone represent their company this way.
