My 1st and Tim was really good in my manicure and pedicure and look awesome

Told me it would be $45 for acrylic nails and $45 for a pedicure my total was $180 my acrylics popped off after days.

They were very fast, but I was rushed the entire time of my service. I called ahead to make an appointment, and was called 5 minutes before my appointment time asking where I was. I still arrived earlier than my appointment time and went to choose a color, and held one bottle to look at it and was rushed to my seat. My pedicure was okay - I had a little paint on my toes. I just felt rushed and left a little disappointed with the service.

Fastest pedicure EVER! Was done within 20 mins. Was expecting a 40 to 50 min pedicure like I’ve had in other places. My feet only soaked for about 2 minutes while he was gathering his equipment, than a short cleaning of the cuticles, short scrub of the feet, lotioned the legs, warm towel to wipe the legs then BAM! It was all over, of course after applying nail polish…. Never going there again!

Absolutely the worst place to get your nails done. I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures and a dip set over a week in advance and they took every walk in and did not acknowledge I was there even after telling them I had an appointment. Do not recommend this salon what so ever! Poor customer manners and very rude.

Always treated with respect, fast, professional service. Please keep in mind, public workers are people too. Good days and bad days.. ❤️

Worst pedicure ever!! They rushed through everything very dissatisfied! Will never return!

Worst services ever received. I walked in and showed my pictures of my exact want, mid length blunt square gel full set of nails and white gel polish pedicure. Simple. My nails turned out Short round differently shaped different lengths nothing like I wanted or the picture. I get my nails done regularly all over the country as we travel and have never had such a disappointing experience. My $40 pedicure was less than 8 minutes it consisted of dipping my feet and extremely hot water immediately renting them in cold water no callous work no foot scrub no no cuticle work clipping my already squared nails into crooked uneven lengths And painting them in what I can only imagine is old white nonjell paint because 30 minutes after I got home it started peeling in the shower.. I walked in at 1 oclock and was checking out at 1:46 everything took less than 45 minutes as he also answered the phone non stop while doing my nails. I repeatedly said my nails were not square I repeatedly said they were divided divided and packy I also expressed that every time he tried to square them off they changed shape and length and and he told me he was doing a good job and my fingers were fat.Now I have to go to another establishment have them take off these awful nails and redo everything at my expense tomorrow because I am too embarrassed to walk around with my toe polish peeling off and my hands looking like I went to a beauty college and got a discount job by someone that was learning. I hate to leave negative reviews and rarely do but this was shockingly bad with with no apology or remorse for the improper services. I WISH I COULD ADD PICTURES

Outside of the fact that the gentleman doing my nails made me feel bad for only wanting short acrylics, he did a huge rush job. They all came out completely different shapes and sized and are so bulky and uneven that it’s almost embarrassing. For being a highly recommended nail salon, I was severely disappointed and definitely will not be going back and also will not be recommending it to anyone else.

I have never had nails that start to come off the next day! I have had my nails done for most of my adult life. These look horrible. They are bulky, and just super ulgy. I am disappointed to say the least.Want to ask how they could fix this, but after reading the other reviews, I do not think they would know how.Would have given a negtive score if I could have!

I was motioned to get a nail polish for a pedicure and manicure. He didn’t speak just pointed. He did a terrible job on my feet. Cut nails but didn’t do any cleaning and did a very fast.sloppy job on my nails. Hurried me to the nail counter and did an ok job on nails. Had a gel dip and three nail extensions. He didn’t understand that I wanted my toenails polished so after doing my manicure I asked if he was going to put the polish on my toenails. He quickly slapped on nail polish and sent me out with the flip flops to go home I paid an astronomic amount of money I thought for the poor quality I got. Will definitely be going to my former place of business and never darken their door again. Stay away

Ive been going to City Nails for quite awhile, Tim has always been very professional and very friendly. They always got me in right away, yes they can be very busy at times and it does help that you call ahead and make an appointment. Ive never had an issue with the quality of their work. In short, I highly recommend City Nails.

I waited an hour and 1/2 to be seen, not the problem... once I was seated Victor (Monaynever spoke to me.... I paid 40.00 for a fill and 2 days days later my nails were coming off!! Not good service or pricing for the poorest quality I have ever received

No communication ask me the color n how short but young guy did full nail color instead of asking tip or full color on nail I dont like my nail job today dont like how my nails look either wont be back n wanting eyebrows done n didnt get it either no communication

Made an appt for mani/pedi for 2 and it was wonderful. I got the gel nails for the first time, so Im ready for our sons wedding on Friday! Highly reccommend City Nails.

The best Ive had. All the other places break or lift. Time to go back to my French tip.

My pedicure for $50 only lasted 15 minutes. Not relaxing and I felt rushed

I’ve been getting pedicures for years here. I get French tips & they last till my nails need cut again. I never get ingrown toe nails now. Their better at foot care than my doctor.

I would not recommend going to this salon! Not only was the guy rough while doing my pedicure, but I was left with ingrown toenails (which I have never had in my lifeand now fungus under my toenails.

Absolutely do not go here and use “Tim”. This was by far the worst experience I have had in my entire life. From start to finish, he only took 15 minutes for dip nails. Did not touch cuticles, told me to hurry to pick a color, the shape is terrible, and left glue all over my fingers. Oh, he also slapped me. Twice. Let me repeat, DO NOT COME HERE.

I’m not from here so luckily I do not have to use them again. I have had an awful few days and we have a lake house here so I decided while my husband was fishing I would go get my nails done, always seems to make me feel better. The service was 100% rushed, everyone from the person who spoke to me when I walked in to when I left was rude. If this is how they treat people who’ve never been in before I can’t imagine how it’s better for anyone else. I understand being busy, I’ve worked with the public. It can be draining. But people are paying good money for a service. Don’t be rude and make them feel worse than when they came in.

I was very displeased with the service that I received. The guy was kind of rude, and when we was putting the nails on, he got one crooked, I asked him if he could fix it, he just left it the way it was. Not to mention a day after getting them done, they stained up and looked like trash. Even though I wasn’t doing anything to make them stained or dirty.

Please Please Please read the reviews! The lady never asked me how short i wanted my nails and she cut my nails to the shortest possible. She also made my nails very uneven, and my nail appointment was very rushed!

It has been 3 weeks since my manicure and pedicure and they are still perfect! This is my all time record. They are fast, efficient and I will return. Best work I have ever seen . . .and the most reasonable. Keep up the good work!

From the time I walked in until I was finished within 30 minutes a pedicure and my eyebrows rushed under 30 is an understatement. Rude from the start called me a liar when I brought it to his attention that he DID NOT cut my cuticles as I was watching the entire time.

Didnt have to wait very long for a pedicure. The owners daughter did the pedicure. She wasnt as confident as the others, but did a good job.

I was really pleased when I walked in and got speedy service to get sat and to get my nails done. Until the lady cut my nails and didn’t bother asking how long I wanted them (as short as she couldand not to mention uneven. On the sides you could see my real nail with no gel on them. I asked her to fix what I saw that was messed up and she got up and moved on to the next person and told me I was done. Wasn’t worth the money and won’t come back.

Very over priced. Charged $45 for a 9 year old to get a quick pedi, that did not include the same type of service an adult would receive and fingernails painted. My pedi was $35. One of the fastest pedi with not much attention to detail. I wasn’t presented a menu and they rushed the 4 of us (two 9 yr olds, a teen and myselfto empty the chairs to make room for other customers. For the price, service was poor. Will never go back.

Love this place!!! They are fast and very friendly. No wait time. Even when there was 4 of us last time! My nails have been perfect both times. Promise I wont ever be going anywhere else. ❤

I don’t remember the lady’s name that did my nails, but she was very detail oriented and kept making sure I was getting exactly as I wanted. Im not very easy to please when it comes to nail salons either, as I also do nails.I went in wanting pink and white medium to long stiletto nails, she told me only 2 people in the salon could do them and she was one of them, so very much worth it. I waited for about 2 hours, but it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy! I think she spent about an hour and a half on my nails and didnt mind fixing or making adjustments as she went. She would get done with one hand and ask me if she needed to fix anything and from my experience, not many nail technicians in this town will do this.

Very rude and unprofessional. Did a horrible job on my eyebrows. Had to ask her to remove hairs that were obviously left after. Had to go have them evened out somewhere else

Two stars for friendly and quick service. However, I was left with residue all over my fingers, nail shape is poor, polish bubbly. It was also over priced for a basic full set and hardly any color choices to choose from. Will not return. I’m going home to try and take these off.

This is my go to place to get my nails done. Everyone who works there is Super Sweet, Friendly, Efficient. They really care to giving you the Nails you want. I went the day before I got married and they did an excellent job. Nails lasted for about a month. Went back recently and came out with beautiful nails once again. Highly recommend them.

First time visit. Enjoyed the pedicure. They were busy but quick. Will come back next time Im in town.

I love for Tim to do my nails. Only one complaint is that I thought the older man would give a good pedicure, nope not doing that again, he rushed me in and out. If you pay to get a pedicure, you want a good one. I had to come home and finish it myself. It is still a wonderful place!

They waiting system is good but i got gel nails and they messed up the first coat so they charged me a few dollars to get them Redone . And it’s only been a bout a week and they are already messing up . But other than that they are kind and have good service

I was in from out of town and stopped in here for a pedicure. They did a wonderful job and paid attention to every detail. One of the best pedis Ive gotten.

Got right in with no waiting, was there as soon as they opened. I do the dipping powder, didnt have a wide selection of colors, but settled on a French tip. Did a great job with the powder. The only thing that I didnt get was a manicure like Im used to. Staff was very friendly.

Nice & clean inside, quiet setting. Very polite & very efficient. I went to Happy Nails first but the wait was so long they told us 1 hour we waited 2 hours then came to City Nails and our wait was 30 minutes. They did the best nails Ive ever gotten and for such a good price. I will definitely continue coming here & I love the drama free family setting.

If you want to be pampered, this is the place. Ive even seen men enjoying a good manicure and pedicure here. They do a great job. I highly recommend them!

I normally get my acrylic nails done there but I just went in for a manicure. My nails turned out very bad for paint job and it had bubbles making it look awful. Just alittle disappointed
