I was able to just go in and get my ear pierced and I didnt even need an appointment. It was my first time and while I was rather standoffish and scared the worker was patient and professional the whole time.

Went to the store for my first ear piercing and they were rude and missed my appointment time by an hour.

The worst place to ever possibly get your ears pierced, told me my appointment was at 8:10 and by 8:35 still havent been sat down for the piercing. Its fine if your running late but being rude and late is unacceptable. Non of us deserve this type of treatment

Employee last Saturday was amazing with my daughter who wanted her ears pierced. She took the time to joke with her and show her every step. So happy with the experience.

Scammed my granddaughter out of her gift card , had her buy some items but over priced them, kid did not know what the girl what pulling a quick slight of hand,probably kept the money for herself. Never again

Pierced my daughter wrong. But kept it in. Ughhhhh whatev. Was so disappointing.

Disappointed about their return policy and unpleasant customer service from the assistant store manager, her name starts with J. I bought an ipad mini case for my daughter, since she liked the pony design on it, not knowing that it does not fit, the volume button wouldn’t function since that side of the case was not lined up properly. The next day, had to drive back to the store (Crossgates Mallwanted to exchange it with another type hoping that it might fit. Unfortunately, all of the stocks there absolutely does NOT fit. So I had to return it, instead of atleast an apology from the assistant store manager since all of the ipad mini case there does not fit, I do not know if they are aware of it. I asked if I can just exchange it for any item of the same price, she said the policy was to give me back a lesser amount of the original price. I asked what if I will just buy another item more than the original price, will they still take a portion of the money that you paid for that dysfunctional/incompatible ipad mini case? Yes. (Fair enough, not her fault, it’s the policyI was not aware of that type of return policy since most of the stores that I know, it’s either they will exchange it for another item or return and refund your money without making faces or being unfriendly to the customer. I was just bothered by how the assistant store manager handled customer’s frustration. She made a face probably because they were about to close, my apologies too... Though I was in the store already earlier before closing, but nobody was around, fair enough since she was attending to someone outside. But, when I ask for assistance, that’s the first time when she made a face telling me I should wait since it’s just the 2 of them around. I just quietly backed off then waited in the cashier. When she was at the cashier and it’s my turn she again made face probably when she learned that I need to return an item, i don’t know but she’s not cool with that. But kudos to her colleague the younger lady, who is more appeasing and kind. This is the first time that I wrote a feedback for a so so item that I bought for my kid. Never again Claire.

I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a fashionista, store was remarkably colorful and tidy. I asked questions about ear piercing for my toddler and she ansewans all of my questions!! Awesome location near food court and restrooms!

Very good customer service

While assisting my friend find stuff for her wedding.... We found almost everything that she needed to turn her into the beautiful bride that she is! So great selection. Staff could ease up a little on asking us if we needed assistance. Being asked every 3 minutes is a bit of overkill. Instead she should have been assisting the parents who couldnt control there children.
