Beautiful items but awful customer service. My order never arrived and they didnt want to refund me or send me another order. I am out almost 200 dollars and have nothing to show for it.

Very fun vintage clothing store, some stuff is pretty pricey but there are actually some deals to be had if you dig. Definitely worth stopping by if youre into that kind of stuff

Even though I had to patiently wait for my Olive Green Rising Sun Bomber Jacket, the wait was totally worth it! The fit (mediumwas perfect and the craftmanship superb! Light weight, but heavy enough o keep you warm!I got it just in time to take on my trip to Northern Arizona and Utah to Zion!

Beautiful and well-made jackets, though it was difficult for me to get updates about a refund I expected.

This place was pretty dope; prices are fairly reasonable.

I spent the first few years of my life hanging out in the lobby of the Copper Queen Hotel with my sweet rescue pup named Goldie. I vividly remember movie stars and musicians frequenting our home in the 1970s. And ya know what, Classic Rock Couture is the only shop Ive ever found that reminds me of everything & everyone that was fabulous about being a kid in Bisbee. Its just a magical little place you have to experience for yourself 🫀🌵

Really wanted to love this place because the aesthetics are perfect. They have some really cool merch all very 70’s but they’re not size inclusive at all. I was lucky to find an xxl t-shirt, everything else went up to maybe a large, and it looked like a childs large at best. The person behind the counter was petty cold with me too after watching them enthusiastically interact with the person before me. Not that small boutiques ever really care about getting fat people’s money but it’s a shame that I couldn’t buy more stuff here. I left pretty disappointed.

My order was shipped and received within 4 days of placing it! The t-shirt is so soft, fits well, and is pretty badass. I really appreciated the personal touches added to the packaging too!

I did everything that I could to make Classic Rock Couture hate me, but they still refused. During my latest trip to Bisbee, my friend and I stopped here and purchased some clothing. Long story short, they were happy to print a design the same day for me in the size that I wanted. Even after coming back multiple times in the same day due to us being unsure about what sizes we were most happy with, they were extremely accommodating and offered to let us try new things and switch out any items we already purchased. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and wanted us to be as happy as possible with our items. Very cool store run by incredibly cool people. Thanks for being a perfect example of why I love Bisbee.

Its all new, just in a vintage style, and pretty expensive. But cute! Just felt like a little bit of false advertising.

The clothes is amazing, my daughter bought me the most cute aweosme jacket there, I went a few times there, I was never acknowledged, a little "hello" doesnt kill anyone.

Probably the coolest shop I have ever been in!!!! Will be back. From the 70s inspired furniture to LPs to best clothes ever. I would have spent more time but my boyfriend wont wear a mask so I felt bad for him to wait. Such a cool vibe. Goodluck with your success. True gem in the hills!

She has a killer eye for design which shines through both in her shop and her wares. Ive been able to exchange a jacket long after purchase and they have even "fast printed" a design for me to have in time for a special event. The quality of their apperal is exceptional. I decided I wanted a "satin bomber jacket" and upon searching discovered the Classic Rock Couture shop on Etsy. I fell in love with the rising sun blue bomber jacket. They provided detailed measurements on the site, which made ordering the right size super easy. Furthermore, shipping was quicker than expected and the jacket is just as beautiful in person. I look forward to being a repeat shopper and eventually visiting their new store.

I can’t say enough good things about the cuteness, quality and customer service of this shop. I was in love with all of their jackets but it took me ordering on 3 separate occasions to finally end up with the right size and color (the black cactus one 😁😁. Each time, returning the item was effortless, even the last time when I forgot to return it for months but received shop credit and finally ended up with MY jacket and an adorable baseball tee. The shirt and jacket are super high quality and comfy. Can’t wait to visit in person one day.

My rising sun jacket had what were only the most minor of defects (and maybe only in my eyes), but I wasnt 100% happy with it. Even though I am in the UK and exchanging must have been a major pain in the backside, Claire exchanged it for a perfect replacement with absolutely no quibbles - and paid for the postage. Communication and postage were also super prompt. Was my first time ordering from a US store on Etsy and I had my doubts, but the jacket was so beautiful I decided to take the plunge. Great product and fantastic customer service.

Classic Rock Couture is an amazing shop in person and online. The details and uniqueness of each piece is unlike anything else, and the quality is incomparable. I love the retro vibe and all the designs featured in the store. Bisbee is a special town and this is one of the gems that makes such an amazing spot even more special. I was lucky enough to shop in store a few months ago, and then grab a Rising Sun Bomber online. The description of the jacket was spot on, as was the suggested sizing. I couldn’t love this store more and look forward to visiting their new brick and mortar store!

Visited them last October while staying AZ on vacation. Absolutely loved the vibe of the store and staff! Purchased a tank top and it is one of my absolute favorite items of clothing I own. Being a plus sized gal I was pleasantly surprised to see some items fit larger sizes. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area or check out their online store.

This place is a rarity - incredible proprietary fashions designed by the owner and talented cohorts (worn by tv stars and local hippie starlets, alike), curated vintage treasures collected from wild and wonderful locales, sensible prices, and the kindest customer service imaginable. Shopping here almost feels like raiding your hip and chic mom’s closet and your young granny’s living room. There is no place like it on the planet. (And there is no place like Bisbee in the galaxy.And if you don’t love what you scored, take it back in and be kind - Claire and her team will make it right.

I ordered the cactus jacket for my birthday, I live in South Yorkshire and with covid it it took months to get here. Well when it did arrive, WOW its amazing, I love it. Wish I could visit the shop.

I have purchased 2 jackets from Claire and CRC, I couldn’t be happier. I am always in between sizes and Claire fielded all of my questions confidently and quickly.I did want a smaller size in the 2nd jacket, but due to family emergencies missed the return window. I emailed Claire and she welcomed the return LATE with no issues at all.Great company, great customer service and excellent quality.Thank you Claire and team.

I recently made a purchase from "Claire", the owner of "Classic Rock Couture". The item came in at an acceptable time frame and is in the suze that I ordered.... But " Buyer Beware!!!"... The stipulations for a return/exchange are clear. The size of the item purchased was tried on and unfortunately did not fit (Unfortunately when buying on line you dont exactly know how an item will fit until it arrives and you try it on. At this point you put your trust in the buyer/seller agreement. You hope that the seller will honor their own terms of the sale agreement... not so with "Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture")"Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture" has been contact by email several times (5with absolutely not a single response to any of my cries for help and assistance. Roughly $175 placed into "Claires" pocket of "Classic Rock Couture" and I cant even garner a whisper of a response... Ive informed her that I dont even want my money back... I only want a different size... a correctly fitting size... But what do you care, right "Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture"???... You got your money... what do you care????So any one who takes the time to read this...Dont waste your time, money, and energy on giving this joke of a businer owner/business any of your time.Im going to make it my personal responsibility to make sure that I post this exact message to as many people thru "etsy" and as many other online retailers and sources of online media that I can find to stomp on the poor business practices of "Claire" of "Classic Rock Couture" in Arizona

Really great items!!! I love Vintage. Bought a wonderful leather ranch hand coat a la 1970s here. They have really nice stuff and very chic display and layout. Very classy!
