Worst car dealership ever still waiting on my title 7 months now sold me a SUV with a hole in the gas tank refused to fix it physically assaulted me today anybody he has swindled a class action lawsuit against the dealership is in the works Kansas DA and BBB also notified we will also be protesting the Dealership to protect others from their rip offs . He said he mailed my title yesterday well see they said it before Ill update you Wednesday December 9 12 18 PM. Assault took place December 9 11 40 AM .

Not a good dealership at all. Cars are fixed just to get them running. Unprofessional business in all aspects. Ive had issues with getting my title and no one has contacted ever to say whether it has come in or not. Every time I speak when making payments their rude and theyblie about the work they do on the cars.

Was in and out and quick to get to a reasonable number .. paperwork was fast and good reliable vehicles on the lot to choose from really at fair prices.. R&T did a good job and will be back . .

I had a great experience at CnR auto they handled everything professionally and promptly There’s not to many car lots you can go to and feel good afterwards... I would recommend anyone to go there for the best car buying experience. I respect the honesty and integrity from all parties

Bought a vehicle from CNR in March. Now 3 and a half months and 1500 miles later, the engine needs replaced.They said "Sir we sell used vehciles if we could tell you when every used vehicle would break down orHave a issue we would be millionaires . extended warranties are always offered through dealerships as ours"Except no extended warranty was offered. Was told to ignore the engine light it was just a sensor malfunctioning.When i contacted the dealer a few days after purchase saying the engine was making noise, they tell me its just a typical ford stuck lifter noise.

We still haven’t gotten our title and have been lied to about it for 5 months, it’s been reported and we are not happy. Our vacation plans have been ruined because we don’t have a legal vehicle that we paid in full for 🙄🙄
