Coast To Coast in Barry County

They ordered the wrong coil for my engine. I swapped plug ends so they wont take it back. 45$ wasted. If you cant do your job just pass the torch onto someone who can. Tried to support small business, now I have to order the correct part from Amazon.

Honestly, Coast to Coast doesnt even deserve a 1 start. Poor management. We took our mower in to have it fixed back in early March. We just got it back and its August. What work they did took about an hour and charged us a ridiculous amount. We also told them to get the mower running. Well they did, but put tubes in the tires without asking us. Now, we have a lawn mower that runs but has a flat tire. They didnt check to see if there was anything in the tire before putting the tube in. Instead of putting orders beneath our mower they stacked them on top of it. We will never bring out mowers them again. Now I still cant mow my yard! I paid over $150 for nothing.

Coast to coast in monett, great customer service on the store and parts..but the guy he fix the mowers sucks u have to wait till 2 months to get ur lawn mower repaired..and he is no very good doing his job.i dont take my tractor anymore there to get fixed.

Skip the big box store and check these guys out. Went to buy a chainsaw and they were super friendly and helpful and helped me decide which one was right for what I needed and explained several different options. No pressure to buy just really nice. Other places either dont know their stuff or dont care but not this place.

They picked our Skag mower up. It had a bad oil leak and we were told it would be $250 to fix it. After they looked at it the discovered it was not what they’d anticipated and would be $150 instead. We were impressed! If they’d have stayed with the $250 charge we would have gladly paid it and never would have known the difference. They brought it back home and even parked it in the garage. I know where we will be taking our business.

I do alot of business there, very friendly staff they go out of their way to help people. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is great to talk to in order to find what you need at the best price! I came in and spoke to Doug about a chainsaw that would meet my needs...he hooked me up with the perfect one, and I love this thing! Leonard helped us with our mower, and as always, their solutions are always spot on. Well stocked store and really wonderful people to do business with!

They say Hello when you walk in. No kidding! Someone always helps me find what Im looking for and fast! Customer service is astounding!! I wish everywhere was this way! Power tools to building materials, random hardware to weird small projects, they are my go to place around here. Even has small engine parts and I go here before AutoZone. Good work, great service! I called them 20 minutes before closing time, I didnt know if I would even get an answer. Not only did they answer, but they they said they had a part, by the time I got there it was closing time.The part didnt fit so we had to keep looking. They acted like it was normal business hours even though it was past closing, and continued to brainstorm a solution until they figured it out.You would think they were helping me because we were longtime friends, but this is the first time that I met Leonard and his crew.I cannot recommend these guys enough!

4weeks behind. Took lawnmower in on March 10th sat there 7 weeks no repairs. Ask prior to dropping off anything. Was told it would be done at end of the week???7 weeks later I had to hire someone else.

The folks at this store were very helpful and very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable on the products they sell.

Been doing business here for years. Treated very fair and service has been exceptional.

My husband brought in a weed whacker for service that we were going to junk, called ahead to get approximate price on service/repair. We dropped it off and came back several days later, it’s now in great shape. Saved a $200 weed whacker from the dump. Customer service was good. It took a week for repair but we were told it may take that long.

You wont find better customer service anywhere.
