I had an urgent retail lease related matter listed for VCAT hearing on Tuesday. I received an Affidavit in opposition from respondent’s lawyer on Sunday evening…That puts me in a desperate situation to find a lawyer to represent me in less than 36 hours. Sorry for the late review. I want to thank Murphy and Milton for helping with my case. I and my mother were under so much financial stress to pay $3000 a month in addition to mortgage payement after a water ingress at an apartment building that dragged on for about two years.
