Very nice spacious rentals..nice pool and right on the beach.

We havent even gone on vacation yet, and one week before we are supposed to go...they changed our reservations. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and oceanfront. We had absolutely NO notice and they changed our reservation to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and not sure if it is oceanfront. We could have booked elsewhere if they didnt have what we wanted available. Unless they do the right thing and change it back, we already are not happy with the accommodations.

Love the Pyramid when it was managed by Caldwell banker. Vacasa adds ~ $500 worth of fees. Turns an affordable stay into an expensive stay. Not surprised the Pyramid is half empty. Been coming here for 20 yrs and this year has been a disappointment. Time for a change.

Rented 4F. Black mold in shower. Disgusting beat down unit. Not cleaned as promised by Vacasa. They increased rents and promised a better experienceStrongly recommend you stay away from this unit. It’s a one bedroom with only 1 shower. So we are up a creek. Not getting into shower. Working w Vacasa to see how they will handle.

We’ve been staying at the pyramid for 20+ years, and have never had a worse experience than now with Vacasa running the place. Our unit was not ready by 4pm, the cleaning was 15 mins and horrendous. There is black mold in our shower, dirty rugs in the living space and dirty dishes. They said they were out of welcome kits so didn’t provide the promised bathroom essentials. Their pricing has DOUBLED from the previous year and the service level hasn’t even been a fraction of what it was. We were told the cleaning will come again the next day but what a waste of 2 days of an already expensive and short vacation! We are fond of this place and have stayed with family and friends here for years, but now I could not warn enough people, it is NOT worth it. Do NOT stay here.go ahead and check out a neighboring place where you will get more for your money.

Great place to stay. Very roomy, had more than enough room for my family as well as my boyfriend. Only downfall is in one of the bedrooms it was a bit warm. But other than that excellent place. Not too crowded on the beach.

Avoid at all costs. Location is great, but you can definitely do better. If not, the staff will at least treat you with dignity elsewhere.Dated, dirty rooms, terrible maintenance, and the staff… well, the staff is incredibly rude and in the midst of a power trip that ends when the season stops. At times I wasn’t sure if I was staying in a condo, or if the staff were doubling as COs at a beachside prison I somehow managed to pay the tuition to enter.The pool is part of the “no fun zone,” and the staff of the Pyramid will be there to chastise you for any perceived infraction, and they will chastise you without the people skills you would expect in a place you are paying to stay.Some examples…A child swimming without pool floaties, but capable of swimming? You will receive unsolicited parenting advice from the prepubescent staff.A child with Downs Syndrome playing with a toy mermaid in the pool? No.A child learning to swim hanging on the rope in the pool (I get it, this is a rule, but the way it was handled was the issue)? The “pool attendant” (no lifeguard on dutytold the kid he was going “close the whole pool if it happens again, and all these people will be mad at you.”An elderly woman wants to rehab her knee in the pool with a pool noodle for therapy? No.Toss a kids inflatable vest off the balcony two floors, and you’re gettingOh you sat at a table with an umbrella but the sun dipped behind a cloud? Too bad, so sad. Dude literally came over and closed the umbrella on a lady citing the absence of the sun — after he called security on this women for a pool noodle.Do better.No exceptions.

Nice place. The ice maker didnt work told the office they said someone would come but no one came. The dish washer wouldnt open so had to hand wash the dishes all weekend.

If I could leave 1000 negative stars I would!! I was left stranded and was unable to check into my apartment. I called the front desk, VACASA and received no response !! I drove 6 hours !! Wasted gas and toll money for this company to take my money and leave me stranded !! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Ive been going here for years. Great spot to stay. New owners jacked the prices way up. I paid $1600 last year for 7 day stay. That exact room in now over $2100 for only 6 days.

I have used them multiple times over the years. They are extremely easy to work with and always find me the best rentals. You can ask them anything about the vacation rental and they give you a honest answer. There were times I had a certain rentals in mind and they alerted me to better rentals or deals on vacations. I would highly recommend renting from this company!

My family recently vacationed in Ocean City, Maryland. We stayed ocean front on the 7th floor of the Pyramid on 95th street. As you can see from my photo the beautiful sunrise seen from the balcony. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, and had very nice furnishings in the living area as well as the bedrooms. Beach access was great and a nice pool. The staff at Coldwell Banker Vacations were very helpful and so nice. The only bad thing about our vacation was that it ended! Thank you CBV for a beautiful week of sun, sand, and memories.

We stayed in 9J. The unit was clean and the view of the beach was amazing. The beach was great and the pool was heated and very nice. The staff at the building were very helpful and the residents were all very kind and friendly. We will definitely look into staying here again.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and up-to-date. Initially we had problems with the wifi reception but since the owner was so responsive and offered a solution right away it was still 5 stars. The view over the ocean is priceless!

We had a horrible stay at this location. We are staying with a party of 7 and they almost made us wait a whole day to get a toilet fixed. It wasnt after I said “refund” did they want to take care of it. Also during the covid 19 pandemic there were days that more than the allowed capacity was allowed in the pool area. There were even times that when even when someone is there they just let people in without signing in. At one point, my son said to me that he wanted to get out because there were a lot of people in at one time. My sons new slides which were just bought were stolen from pool side. There was no “life guard” on duty and someone swiped them. If someone was actually there my son probably would still have them. It just seems the staff here does not care. They leave at 4 pm and can not be found.

The Pyramid is a perfect choice for a most enjoyable, relaxing vacation with your family or friends! The Pyramid staff, including the Coldwell Banker rental agents, is very friendly, efficient, and always so willing to provide excellent service to all vacationers. This building has so much to offer, such as, a great location with beautiful beach views, many great restaurants nearby, and a wonderful clean and heated outdoor pool. Ocean City has become a very popular destination anytime of the year, and I would highly recommend the Pyramid as your first choice!

I love this place. The building is beautiful. And the pool is absolutely perfect temperature. You can go out to the beach within steps of the condo. We stayed on the 17th floor and there’s a newly renovated apartment there I can’t remember if it was 17 G or 17 H but it was very very nice. Even had new beds.

Live this place , look forward to going back.

Rented unit 206 Golden Sands from CB. Unit was filthy with dusty furniture, loose floor molding, stained mattress cover, torn upholstery, owners property stuffed in closet and under bed, black mold on patio table, torn screens on slider, dirty windows, small screen tvs, and lots of these problems and were not offered any sort of discount or other other unpleasantries. We refused to accept this unit on the basis of all of available units until the next day after we had returned to PA. Not only would I totally avoid Golden Sands 206, I will not rent from CB again, and may never return to OC MD because of this experience. We had been vacationing in OC for the past decade, but this has ruined it for us.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was okay, the beach was great!

All unique and comfortable rooms. Lovely and accommodating staff! All right off the beach with a heated pool to match.

Great hotel in an excellent location. I return back here every year and plan to continue the family tradition.

Visted ocean city with my family in 2015. The house that we stayed in from them, it was simply beautiful!! Small on the outside, but nice sized on the inside. Family and I had a great time and will definitely keep in contact with Coldwell Banker to book again.

Beautiful views, large heated pool, quiet condos, beach isnt overcrowded, and conveniently located across from a large grocery store and Roses shopping store where you can buy anything you might have forgotten at home.

We absolutely love The Pyramid! We have stayed at many places every year in OC, but the Pyramid is the best! We have owned our unit for 20 years and always used Coldwell Banker for rentals. They have always taken care of our unit in a excellent manner. The building is always maintained to the highest quality. We are very pleased with Building Management and Rental Company.

We love the Pyramid and stay here every time we visit OCMD! The beach is right there and the view is amazing! We love that we can walk to restaurants and shops.Great heated pool and nice pool deck. Everyone is nice and helpful and make our stay easy and relaxing! Highly recommend :-)

The Coldwell Banker rental staff in The Pyramid Condominium has provided outstanding service for well over 20 years! Their attention to detail continues to be remarkable. At all times, they exhibit mannerly, polite consideration for both owners and renters. Its reassuring to know owners properties are so well represented.

The two women in the Pyramid rental office are the most helpful people I have ever run across. They are extremely patient and well informed. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The condo is exceptional - spectacular view, near great restaurants, and a wonderful beach.

Lanta at the Pyramid definitely deserves a 5- star rating! She knows her job like the back of her hand and, furthermore, she truly cares about servicing people, making them comfortable and taking care of any issues. She loves her job! And Coldwell Banker also has a great behind the scenes team, like Angel Chaconas, who is great at booking rentals. As long as Coldwell Banker is present on our premises at the Pyramid Building, we would not think of listing with anyone else!

Ocean City has always been a vacation spot for us, having owned a time share for almost 20 years on 80th street and another on Olive Avenue in Rehoboth. Each summer Ive worked with real estate agents looking for ocean view/front condos. In 2016 I found a condo in the Pyramid and made an offer that was not accepted. Later that year another condo came on the market and it was move in ready , so we were able to purchase it. The Pyramid is a wonderfully unique building that Ive enjoyed viewing on my walks up and down the beach, never thinking I could afford a place in it. We chose to return and make another offer for one reason. This building is old, and preventative maintenance has been the practice for many years. The Realtors and greeters Judy and Lanta are exceptionally friendly and extremely professional. Bob is a calm, strong presence in the building. His common sense approach to maintenance is laudable, and his people skills excellent. The Board is active and smart in their approach to keep the Pyramid in the best possible condition with security and safety being at the top of their agenda. My family loves our unit and we are extremely thankful to Berkshire for introducing us to this building.

2nd time going to the Pyramid Condos and we really like the location. This year we stayed in 19G it has 4 double beds we booked last minute and this is what they had left but the room worked out great for our family of 5. The room was not the newest condo around but was clean and a good price for a long weekend.

I stayed in 11G. The place was not cleaned thoroughly. Food under the couch and Gatorade bottle with mold under one of the beds. The AC did not work very well. Had to sleep with the bedroom door open to get air and even then it was still too warm. The cable was spotty and wifi didnt work very well.

Very nice, clean, close to our favorite restaurant Kirbys will be posting that later tonight. Only bummer but not a huge deal is the view is awesome but no balcony, oh well 100 yrds from the beach nothing better!!! First time at the Pyramid so far so good would recommend, plus the Coldwell realty place is right on site no driving to another spot yo check in!

Love it here, my wife and I have stayed here for 3 vacations in a row and are pleased with the layout of each condo weve stayed in. Will definitely return here again.
