Canceled beach house rental 1 week prior to vacation. Said house sustained water damage which is totally understandable. But didnt put forth much effort to accommodate us with another vacation spot. We even agreed to pay more. Very unfortunate as we are repeat customers used them for years.Lost our business ....never again!!!!

We have been using Coldwell Vacation rental for the past four years . We rent in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Our experience has been excellent, their website is easy to use and if you have any questions someone gets back to you quickly. The properties we rented were as pictured on their site. The staff at the Bethany Beach office is excellent. We have had a few maintenance issues that were taken care of in a very timely manner. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and always addressed our concerns. The properties have been very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend Coldwell Vacation Rental. We’ve rented from CB vacations for several years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately this experience was awful. The rental was old, musty, full of dust and even black mold. When I called to let cb vacations know the lady was rude and told me it was the end of the season and so wear and tear was normal. She sent the cleaners out to clean the bathroom to deal with the black mold? I feel like we are staying in a 1 star hotel.

Our family has been using Coldwell Banker Vacations as long as I can remember, and Ive had the pleasure of working with them personally the last 4-5 years for our yearly vacation. They are always very responsive, very helpful and the website is so wonderful! Most properties have plenty of pictures of the properties, which I find very useful, and include plenty of written information about the properties. Very highly recommend using CBV!

I worked with Gina C. and one other representative, and unfortunately I forgot their name, both were fantastic to work with. Very helpful and very pleasant and very responsive.

Get what you pay for I guess. I did not rent the most expensive rental they had but still thought I would get better service than I did. Day one, upon arrival my wife and I notice that nothing was vacuumed by any means. There was food all over the carpets of the entire house. Additionally there was not a vacuum to be found on site. Secondly, we went out to buy our own shower mat as the one in the tub legit had mold on it.We were not going to bathe our one year old in that garbage. We also had a major ant problem in the kitchen. Then power goes out (completely understandableand not blaming this on CB at all. Upon the power going out, an outlet popped, causing the television to blow up. Lastly, the bathroom sink was broken and would not drain. I called CB about this SEVERAL times, of which included following up a third time with the office manager. She had stated she would promptly get these problems resolved and guess what, nothing happened. I still have yet to hear anything back from anybody. The last day of our vacation it rained all day, would have been nice to at least be able to watch tv. Attached is one of the photos of random food in the bedroom.*******UPDATE****** COLDWELL got back to me. The problems stemmed more from the actual home owner and their maintenance person. The office manager and i spoke yesterday and she informed me of the miscommunication on the owners end, not coldwell. I also am being refunded some money for the above.

As an owner, my family has rented our beach house through through Coldwell Banker Vacations for 41 years. Coordinating with the agents, we have determined fair rates to request from our guests. As such, our beach house successfully rents every year (we save 2 weeks for ourselves). CB also promptly informs us of any requests by our guests so that they can have a successful visit. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care that CB provides to us and our guests.

Coldwell Banker had been extremely responsive to all of the many questions and needs we have as home owners. They take a lot of the stress off the rental of our property. We are new home owners in Delaware and finished our first season of renting in the 2018 summer season. They handle it all!

Our entire rental process was great, from booking to checking in to checking out. The rental property was clean when we arrived and had everything that we needed for our weeks vacation. Would definitely use Coldwell Banker Vacations in the future.

Bill Bjorkland of Coldwell Banker in Bethany Beach, DE has to be the best realtor on the East Coast. He represented us in the selling of our DE house and went above and beyond his duties as a realtor. His advice was always in our best interest and he treated us as if we were his only clients. Since we were from “out of state”, he frequently went to the house to monitor work that was being done. He even checked on the house during and after the winter storms. He cared for our house as much as we did, and followed through on everything he promised. Above all these qualities was his ability to communicate. He rapidly responded via email, phone call or text, seven days a week from early morning til midnight. The settlement just took place and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. BB is BB’s Best!!!!

Been renting with them for over ten years. Any issues we had were quickly handled. Even had a whole AC unit go out and it was fixed within a day. Never a major issue with cleanliness or description of the properties not matching online “look”. Highly suggested using them. Wide variety of properties to choose from.

The staff at Caldwell Banker could not do more to help you select a rental that makes for a great vacation. We had one minor problem with the rental unit and they responded in a timely and positive manner. I will be renting again through their agency.
