My Daughter and I were seen today at this office, the front office staff is very friendly and take great care of you from the moment you walk in. It did take a few weeks to get an appointment to be seen, but it’s understandable given that every business is experiencing staff shortages. Dr. Cole is amazing, he listens to all your questions and explains all his findings in a very detailed manner. He is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, he took great care of my daughter and me. Tori is great as well, we were actually lucky to see both of them in our visit today. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great Dermatology office.
OUTSTANDING! PROFESSIONAL! Are just a couple ways to describe my visit today! Emma and Courtney, yall are my angels!! I was nervous and excited and yall made me feel calm. Thank you for the fan to cool me off when I panicked and for holding my hand. Yall went above and beyond and I will never forget! Thank you for helping my dreams come to life!!
I have some skin issues that appeared on my arms last week. Called today 8/22/22, and the first available appt. would be 11/21/22. I called back a second time and asked if I should just find another dermatologist, and she offered to place me on a call list. Why didnt she offer this the first time? The receptionist was very blunt and lacked communication skills. Called another dermatologist and will be seen in 3 days.
Ive been very pleased with my experiences here. Ive found the staff very friendly and easy to communicate with and very attentive.
This is the 3rd complaint I have about this office. I know a TB skin test is needed before getting the medication I need. I called to inform the office that I was on the way to bringing them a copy one day. The woman I spoke with, is the one that handles the tb forms. It was 20 minutes before they closed for that day, and all she kept repeating to me was "we close at such and such time", while I was asking questions about the medication ordering process. I made it to the office before closing. She again had an attitude when copying my tb form. I had just been released from the hospital that day. I told her you never know what a person is going through and the attitude wasnt needed. Of course she denied it while apologizing. They dont care about patients at all. I have been suffering for almost 2 1/2 months, missing work, & in extreme pain daily, barely walking, and having huge ulcers spreading all over my legs. They wont even call you in anything! Missed an appointment related to me & my children having the flu in January. You would think, they didnt want me to come into the office with a high fever and coughing. I was told, "maybe you should have kept that appointment in order to get a refill on your medication". I called to reschedule another appointment, and owed $80, a girl in the background on the phone yelled out, "you gotta pay something before you can come back here!" That was understood already as I was on the phone with her co worker, not her! Paid my bill and rescheduled the appointment, only to find out, that the next available appointment wasnt until 3 months later. My prescription for my conditions had ran completely out and I was told I have to see both the doctor and the NP at the same time because I have a "special case". I was paying both the doctor and the NP each visit, for one of them to talk and the other just nod & agree with everything the other one was saying. I literally just need the injections, nothing else. Fast forward to today. Ive been calling the office every week checking for cancelations. I was told that Dr Cole is on vacation and I cant be seen by the NP without him because again, I have a "special case". So I had to wait while suffering until April 27th, thats 3 months in pain! I scheduled an appointment with another dermatologist an hour away and of course, they needed my medical records, so I signed a release to get my medical records faxed to that office. I requested a copy of my medical records and was told I cant get them until a couple of days and it would also take the woman that does the faxing, a couple of days to send my records over to the other office. They let patients suffer! There is no cure for the skin diseases I have. You would think they would want to help you. My very 1st visit was with the NP. She didnt even attempt to look at my problem areas and just brushed me off with a recommendation to use some drying out soap that they sale in their office. You could get the same stuff at a local pharmacy for half the price. I literally was in the office for 5 minutes that day. Got referred to their office again, years later. The attitudes of some of the employees is ridiculous. They dont give a damn! Dr. Cole was great! Some of the other employees needs some deliverance!
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Cole is just the best! After having issues with a skin cancer on my leg Dr. Cole took care of me and set my mind to ease. Terri is sweet, smart and funny.
I have been a patient of Dr Cole for several years now , as well as my mom , I absolutely love him & his staff !!! Very professional, kind , friendly & I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor !!! I’ve had many cancerous spots taken off my face & he has done an amazing job & worked his magic to make sure my scars don’t show ! Again, I appreciate him very much ….thank you Dr Cole , for everything !!!!!!
Dr. Cole, Tonya and the rest his staff, treated my daddy with the most respect and friendliness out of all the doctors he sees. At 84 he’s having many health issues and they took them all into consideration. They informed him of all of his options and supported him in whatever decisions he wanted. Can not recommend them more!
Ive been a patient with Cole Dermatology for a few years now. I must say the staff is friendly and Terri W. is very knowledgeable about skin of color. The wait time is quick and the treatments are effective. I highly recommend Cole Dermatology.
Worst customer service and patient care anywhere. For the 2nd time in 2 years, I called them a few minutes ago advising that I needed to be worked in within the next day or so for a current problem Im experiencing. Their response was that they could see me the end of July. I again explained to them that I needed to be seen for the problem shortly and could not wait until July. They then told me to contact my primary care doctor. They could have absolutely cared less. Lady i was talking with didnt even bother to show enough concern to ask what medical problem i was having. So unless you want to spend a lot of money on a cosmetic procedure, dont waste your time calling Cole asthey have no interest in routine patient care.As soon as i hung up, i called Thacker dermatology, told them i was having a problem that needed attention, and they gave me an appointment for tomorrow afternoon.
Took a long time for an appointment but the staff was professional and took care of me once I finally got in to see them!
I have been seeing Dr Cole for 2 years now. I moved here from Colorado and had a history of melanoma and they have taken great care of me. The staff is fantastic and my kids I feel very comfortable going to this office.
I didnt feel the office staff in front was very friendly. The PAs are very nice and professional. I feel like they arent as efficient and friendly as Thacker Derm. Both doctors are very good though (Thacker & Cole)
Paid in full at the time of service via credit card. Said they would file with my insurance company and any credit would be returned to my credit card. Now one month later I get another bill from Dr Coles office and get a voice mail and no reply when I call.
I thought Dr Cole and Kristy were great! He had a great bed side manner, explained everything. I though he was very knowledgeable. He was very kind and patient to my mother. Kristy was bubbly , caring, and genuinely kind to my mother and myself.
Great and friendly staff. In and out!
I have had excellent care at Dr. Coles office. I see Terri whos caring and effecient; when needed she will get a second opinion from Dr. Cole. A professional office with great staff. The only thing negative I can say it is difficult to get an appointment sometimes they are so busy.
This doctor plays politics with his patients health. He will not take your insurance if you pay through healthcare.gov. The insurance company pays him the same whether you pay the insurance company directly or you get a supplement through the government. The funny thing is that he used to take my insurance and it was through healthcare.gov then.
Place was amazing. We seen Tori and she gave usome answers to something thats been on my daughter for over a year and she was the first dermatologist to get it. They are so nice there and really seem to care. My daughter is almost 2 so I recommend them for moms with Little one.
Rude and a snob. Staff was great. I been in one time and that was to many. Dont waste your money if your a man. He must just woman only.
Dr. Cole is very efficient with time yet he does address all concerns you may have. This is not always easy to do with appointment time slots as patients can bring up other issues that were not mentioned when making the appointment. He has great bedside manner and the same can be said about his medical assistants and front office staff. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable though I have never had to wait very long to be called back to an exam room.
My first ever visit to a Dermatologist.. Quick efficient service.. Fair rates
