Look Coles is Coles. Patterson lakes is a clean store. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Coles, Paterson Lakes, Bakery.Massive thanks for going over and beyond with delivery of outstanding customer service today.Actually, baked an item requested in a timely manner.Outstanding service!!!Grateful and very satisfied customer.
Good range. Just a typical Coles.
It’s all self serve now. Only one small checkout staffed. Pathetic won’t be coming to coles anymore
We shifted from Cheltenham to Chelsea and this Coles was the nearest to us. On a regular basis we bought Wholemeal flatbreads from the bakery section at Cheltenham, but this Coles doesnt have it. We stopped going here and we go to Parkmore Coles.
Sadly Coles has replaced all but 2 checkouts with self checkouts resulting in huge queues - terrible especially if you do a large shop.Since the customer service/experience is declining, I’m unsure what the premium pricing actually brings customers now days.Personally I have opted to go to a budget supermarket which opens up a new register as soon as there are more than 2 people in the queue.
Great place to shop... always great service & products..
Coles at Patterson Lakes is a great store. They always have such good specials and mark Downs. It is always clean and the staff are always pleasant. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Some decent products on offer especially in confectionery which is their best category. The rest struggle. Especially baby ranges, pasta and mens products. Shelves are constantly empty for days sometimes. Not a great checkout experience and forcing customers to self serve at a slower check out experience whilst a staff member watches you
Coles very friendly and helpful staff.
Great place to shop in & out
I really enjoy shopping here.
A near stand alone Coles stores surrounded by a handful of other shops which means there is usually heaps of parking here. Its a decent a Coles but I do wish they had more organic fruit and vegetables. Otherwise it has everything you need with often great half price specials.2022 update. Since my last review, Coles has definitely included more organic produce. They often have special buys like some pjs, basic clothes and household goods, which is great as we have no options to buy these in our suburb. It saves going to the larger shopping centres to buy some basics.
Coles Patterson Lakes best friendly service very quick easy self service and best produce and easy lit up oils and very clear understanding labelling
In Half price out ! Excellent
Its a good place with everything I wanted
Always great here apart from when you need anything cigarette related. As you either are ignored or there is just not enough staff to serve the people waiting at the front.
Its a middling-large Coles. We usually use the competitor across the road because its 200m closer.
Great staff, very helpful, clean store. They try to have plenty of stock that is on special instore. They will give you a raincheck if stock of the specials is unavailable if in catalogue that week. A few products have low or no stock. They have a new Display unit with the Nuts, Dried Apricots and nut/fruit mix. I was after Dry Roasted Cashews. I asked the produce Mgr, he went out the back. A nice young lady came out with stock for the Display which near the front of the store near the pack and weigh Display.
Coles has more products and the service is great and the store is always neat and tidy and clean .On the accassion Ive visited .
Its a great place to shop when your, like me , in a hurry. The car park can be a bit of a problem.
Great local Coles. Staff always super friendly and helpful 👍
Store has everything and easy to navigate however parking is tightJan 2022, quiet today Sunday. They are keeping products up to the shelves. What has changed is that they have replaced 2/3rds of assisted check outs with self serve. Makes it harder for the older customers.
Very clean and well stocked supermarket. The best asset of it although is the staff.Theyre easy going, warm, kind and helpful always. During lockdown they were my heart warming friends I could turn to and could expect a pleasent word. All of them, young and mature aged, ladies and gentlemen. Thanks to all of you!
I wanted to nip in and grab some pet food but they refused to let me in with 5 minutes left of trading hours. Why advertise trading hours if you dont adhere to them?
All the staff members were so nice although the People shopping there where getting in my way and where pushing in.
Great place with a friendly staff, at the time I went, there were a few items which were not in stock. Parking was not an issue.
Quick to answer the phone, then my call was transferred to Angela who helped me track down a quilt cover. Great customer service. Thanks. 👍
Soooo I`ve had the worst experiance Ive ever had at a cole store, the service manager gemma?!? I over heard her talking about another employee in front of customers and ignoring her juties. Very rude manager, i will avoid this store because of her service.
Disgusting! I saw and heard a team member named Jemma? talking HORRIBLY with another girl about another employee. Was literally so nasty, not shopping here again. Please get rid of this toxic person!!
yeah, coles, i care only about the rewards worthy nowadays, all supermarts are in this together to make u spend more.
Great store, well laid out, well stocked, all priced, good specials, excellent customer service. Just need more registers open I dont like doing self serve. When I am buying the least I expect is to have my groceries packed and put the register. I have to supply my own bags these days. So some customer interaction is preferred. David
The Patterson Lakes Coles is OK its more of a Aldis setup where its one way in one way out kind of style which is an Aldis setup and that is the first ever Coles I have seen that has a Aldis setup and what supermarket charges you for a trolley still its only Aldis that still charges you for a trolley now but it makes sense why Patterson Lakes Coles is still charging you for a trolley because the setup is basically disaster the same as a Aldis design thats why theyre charging you for a trolley but for people who has a trolley token remover they dont pay because you buy the trolley token removers and it removed the trolley without having to put a coin in to the trolley its the exact of the same trolley token remove is that the trolley people have on him theres only one place to buy them from eBay
Click & Collect is appalling! Its faster to shop in store. I waited almost an hour after being abruptly told that I would have to load my own groceries in to the boot of my car last Sunday? Very disappointed as my order contained a badly wilted lettuce and they forgot to include another item but charged me the same? Get your act together Coles - Many seniors rely on click & collect due to health & mobility issues!
Lovely staff, well set out, well stocked store , but SO incredibly SLOW with click and collect. Havent had to wait less than 20 minutes every time. Its supposed to be a quick easy process but I could have my shopping done in the time I have to wait around.... No-one ever on the service desk. Also ; should reopen both entrances now.
Covid restrictions are over but they still havent opened the main rd entrance/exit. Makes you have to walk an extra 70 metres just to enter and exit the store. Who is the lackwit that in charge?
Well stocked and efficient to get in through shopping and checkout during these pandemic times. But terrible experience picking up click and collect order, just too long to wait.
The few remaining Staff are conscientious & courteous.Store covers a wide section of stock well laid out and easy to find.Unfortunately during stage 4 covid, store owner too greedy to provide adequate staffing & facilitate self help checkout.1st terminal didnt operate, checked out a weeks worth of groceries bar 3 items, when staff login required to verify item.Went to separate terminal to check off last 3 items whilst waiting for staff member not serving customers to be available.Terminal required staff login to verify no bag required.Rang store to find out how to pay when told to go checkout 1.5 customers queing up on checkout 1 and with $80 meat from butcher needing to go into freezer, wrote off 1hr of my life with groceries still needing to be purchased.1 Greedy store manager has made at time of payment a very disappointing experience.Recommend Aldi, 1/2 the price & lightning fast at checkouts, so never a delay.
I was disappointed in their Click & Collect service. I foolishly thought I wouldnt have to go into the store. Waiting at the Service Desk is always a long wait and so it was this afternoon.... Heaps of people walking past in a relatively narrow passage way in Covid 19 terms.I will not do this again. It would have been quicker for me to do my own shopping
I love this Coles. Generally seems pretty quiet in comparison to Coles in Carrum downs or any of the local Woolworths. Well spread out and nice and bright. Their deli is quite extensive which may mean there might be a few people ahead of you in the queue, otherwise a great supermarket to do your weekly shop or just grab a few items quickly.
This are some question to Coles, as we are told to do social distancing. Can you please explain to me why so many people are allowed in your store at the same time? Why do you not have a limit of how many people are allowed in your store?
A big store with a great selection. Fruit and veg always looks fresh and nice. They also had 1/2 roast chickens ready to go, which was fantastic because I didnt need to waste time asking a deli staff member to cut a chicken in half for me.
A perfect open lay out for a shopping centre with big isles and plenty of space to get trolleys around.Staff have been great too so thats nice and a huge welcome to the area. The trolley returns are sheltered too, so thats a plus.
New idea! Quiet time 10:30 - 11:30 Tuesday mornings at Patterson Lakes. No music, no ads, no announcements, some lights are dimmed and for some reason even the kids are quiet. Pleasure to shop there at this time.
Went to the self serve part with a small bit full trolley and a young guy opened up a roll for me. The young guy with blonde dreads was great and opened up a bit of chit chat. I work in retail management and this is great to see. Good job.
Excellent shop, tellers nice and helpful, but packer I had today not good, just stuffed things in anyhow. Sorry to say that because some packers are so good and organised. I dont shop anywhere else but Coles at Patterson Lakes because I like it and am very satisfied.
Lovely staff and great deals! However theres this one small white kid with blonde hair that just seems to stare at me. Im always concerned when I walk in that he might be there. If it wasnt for the mad deals on chicken I would have reviewed it a 4 stars
Lots of variety of fresh produce. Always lots of cashiersEasy to park. Always well stocked shelves which is helpful if you need to get lots of bulk item. Large store. Always have lots of variety. They have self serve if you need to just do a quick shop. A clean supermarket. Its not normally to busy unless you go there during peak period.
Great parking availability and easy access to the supermarket. Also easy access to trolley collection points. The fresh produce always looks nice and is presented well. The deli has a good range and the whole store is tidy and well maintained with product.
Good prices to shop within budget with a great variety of products available. Fresh produce and convenient location for a great shopping experience. Good parking space available. Bring a dollar for your trolley. Not a big crowd to fight for at the check out.
