I lived here from 2009 to 2015 and only stopped to talk to some of the neighbors that are still there. Omg the roads are RIDICULOUS there. The landlords just dont care anymore. The neighbors are always friendly but please go somewhere else if you are looking because the landlords do not care like they used to.

I lived at Pine Tree Mobile Home Park 2 years ago, at the age of 62. Gary Harkleroad is a very good Manager and I was very happy living there. He took care of any problem and concern that I had. There was only time in the year where there was something wrong with the mobile home and it was taken care of immediately. I only moved out to get closer to the place I worked and my children.

This park is a nice place and we have many many very nice and happy people that live there. If you want real reviews, visit the park and talk with the residents.
