RUDEE!!! When I walked in no one said a word then I asked, hello is someone working up here the woman got smart and said someone will be right with you. Another woman came in after me they jumped up to assist her and we’re more than accommodating so I guess they pick and choose who they decide to assist.They definitely need to be trained on customer service it’s despicable

Need to learn customer service and how to ask you for the right information. Easily summed up as rude, uncooperative and poorly trained pay check collectors.

Called to ask a question. You are transferred for the next available assistant but they just disconnected the call. It happened twice. Very sad.

Tried calling them several times and each time I got the recording "Please wait for the next available personnel". Then I heard a click like someone was answering the phone and immediately heard another click like the phone was immediately hung up. Never got through. Waste of time trying to call them.
