Comfort Inn Ogden Near Event Center in Weber County

Yikes! Staff was strange, they left a note on our door saying that our card de lined but when we went to the front desk to inquire they explained that our card did work they just thought it would decline so they left the note then forgot to take it down???? The owner watches the cameras... we booked a room with 2 queen beds for me my husband my sister and our baby the receptionist came to our room 10 minutes after arriving, explained the owner watched us come in and we need to pay $10 because we have 3 adults. No problem we paid it. There were yellow stains on the comforters. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Not edible, the orange juice even tasted like chemicals. Oh and to top it all off the cleaner knocked on the door at 9 am and woke up the baby. Nothing comfortable about our stay.

Had wonderful experience. The front desk person was a pleasure to deal with. Our room smelled good and was clean. The linens and towels were clean and fresh and the beds felt good. Overall, had a wonderful experience.

Front desk guy was extremely rude. I picked a paid at property option and was charged 2 hours before check in. Asked simply why that happened, and had to listen to a 15 minute rant about lost revenue while standing and waiting to get my key. He asked if it was just 2 adults. I told him no, also 3 kids. Then he got frustrated because it wasnt in his system and he needed to add it even though I did put it in my booking.com. Customer was in line behind me waiting the entire time.Got to the room, air conditioner didnt work on a 99 degree summer day. TV doesnt get any channels. No ice machine. Water was sold out in the vending machine. The pool itself was fine. Helped cool off the family. Pool room is in complete disrepair though. Breakfast was a normal hotel fake egg patty breakfast. Management seemed more interested in penny pinching rather than hospitality.Wont be a returning customer.

Will never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty.. cookie crumbs under the fitted sheet, smudges all over the hide a bed couch cushions. Had to request pillows, sheets, and blankets for hide a bed and was given "their last pillow" and was told we could share the ones from the one other bed. We were overcharged $175 because we had to rebook with them directly, and manager not willing to help us out in any way after booking 2 rooms for 3 nights. Will definitely be taking our business elsewhere, and you should too.
