Comfort Suites in Pratt County

Comfortable beds, great working thermostats and delicious breakfast. Glad I stumbled upon this place when I made a pit stop last night.

Very clean,modern, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was hot and good too.

Our room was very clean. I felt I could walk barefoot on the carpet. Beds very comfortable. Hot breakfast was good with plenty of room for sitting. Swimming pool was good. Could have had a little more cleaning along pool walls. We plan to stay here again.

Very good rate for a large room! Came in late Friday night with no reservation, staff was nice, breakfast was large with lots of good options hot and cold, and overall the hotel was very clean! Would recommend to anyone.

Customer service was great and they had a clean nice room ready when we arrived. Was a very nice experience in an emergency situation.

Eduardo was top dog. But, only because he provided me with a trash bag for some really dirty clothes at no cost. Very polite. But, to be fair... all of the guys were accommodating.

The staff was great, rooms have problems with regards to AC and temperature regulation.Breakfast was full service. Presented well.

Clean, neat and friendly professional staff. Our stay here was hassle free and we would stay here again. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable bed and plenty of space. A few minor maintenance items could be addressed, but nothing that really impacted or stay. Would consider returning if the price stays reasonable.

We recently spent two nights at this hotel on two different occasions...from the moment we walked in the door we were treated graciously ...the rooms were cleanAnd welcoming! A great place to stay!!!and

We stayed here last night, 5/21/21 and it was fabulous! We have a small dog and our room was so nice .! Often when you have a pet they really give you not so nice of a room. It was so well decorated and so clean its one of the nicest stays weve had on our trek. With the full Breakfast as well we had a stay that felt normal again. Thank you to the staff and managememt!

Great location close to food, Walmart, and gas. Excellent service. Polite, helpful. Room was amazing. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean. Hotttt water great hard water pressure ! Loved this shower!! Good job!!

Great Rooms ! Large with a fold out couch . The cleaning people do an excellent job. Hot breakfast of eggs taters and depending on the day sausage links , patties or bacon

Was a great experience the staff and manger at the Pratt comfort suites in Kansas were amazing I stayed there cause I was traveling for work and they even helped me by watching my dog for me and taking him out on walks wile I was at work cause I worked long hours over all great experience if I could give more than 5 stars I would they truly deserve it would totally recommend the stay there

Stayed 02/11/2021.This Comfort Suites was one of the best stays during our vacation. Very nice lobby, greeted with cookies and the double-room suite was only $96 (Presidents Day special). The room was spotless and every area of the hotel we entered was clean. The morning breakfast was the normal buffet-style with waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausage, etc. Most of the Chouce hotels we stay at have limited tv channels. This particular hotel had quite a selection. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Pratt, this would be a good choice.

The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a smell that we thought might be manure. It was really strong at night but was gone by morning. If not for the offensive smell I would give the hotel a 4 star.

Would definitely stay here again. Comfy beds, (no bed bugs- I always check!). Great price. Large, updated rooms. Was able to comfortably fit 5 people in the room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Great full, hot breakfast fast with eggs, sausage, waffles & the typical breads, fruits, muffins. Very nice staff. Lady put us in a larger room since we had 5 people.

This place was great. Huge rooms that were very clean, and up to date. Great customer service.

It was friendly and clean. Employees at check-in were nice. However breakfast was made by an employee who wasnt wearing gloves, a mask, or hair covering. As I watched she touched basically everything on the counter bare handed with long hair over shoulder and no face covering in a pandemic. The sheer amount of food safety rules broken even without considering the pandemic was disturbing

Amazing service, amazing rooms, amazing breakfast variety and loved the hot tub and pool. Everything we visit; as a present choice hotel employee Im always happy at this hotel, they go above and beyond on their services and always make me feel warm and welcoming. Great job comfort suites.

Had a friend in the hospital and stayed here. Great staff, room was nice, and they accept hospital discount vouchers. I would have gladly paid full price to stay.

I loved it, the beds were so comfortable, the staff were all nice, & friendly. The housekeepers, did a fantastic job, cleaning our room. The breakfasts were great! We will be back next year, around this time, for our annual family reunion. ❤

When we checked in on Saturday, July 27, 2019, the receptionist was so sweet and efficient. Im so sorry I didnt get her name. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The town of Platt was delightful to visit that evening. We will certainly stay there again when we go through town.

First time staying here, will be our regular stop from now on. Very clean, spacious rooms, super comfortable beds and great staff, all for a terrific price. Of all the hotels weve stayed in as we pass through this part of the country twice a year, this wins hands down.

We were stranded in a snow storm near Pratt, Kansas when our car slid off the road into a snow bank. A nice gentleman stopped to see if we needed help. He drove us to the Comfort Suites. We were able to check in to a room on short notice. Chase at the front desk made sure we had what we needed and provided some complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Our daughter was entertained with Disney shows on the television. The next morning we enjoyed some scrambled eggs, sausages, and waffles. We do not typically drive through Kansas, but we would stay at the Comfort Suites again.

Nice people, always have cookies and pop corn to greet the weary traveler. The beds are just ok. I have had better at hotels. But, otherwise a great value.

Clean room, friendly & helpful people, and somehow the breakfast tasted better than most hotels! Seems like a place where they take pride in putting in a little extra effort to make your stay enjoyable

Best motel we had stayed in during a 3 month trip. Most comfortable beds, my back felted great this morning. Clean rooms, nice front desk staff. Hubby liked the fresh baked cookies, I liked the freshly popped popcorn. Theres a good restaurant called the Legends (restaurant and motel need to come up with a deal the front desk refers everyone there. Over all this gets a 10!!

Overall a some what average stay........however a few things we noticed this time. We have stayed here several times in the past traveling through, so we explicitly remember the condition of the property when it was new.1. Your furniture in the lobby is so dirty on the arms..........yuck.2. The couch in our room was not only dirty on the arms but seemed broken down. Very noisy & Uncomfortable to set on, cant imagine if someone tries to sleep on it. Also the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door is broken and spins.3. Staff was pleasant and cordial, no issues there per se.4. JUST AN FYI FOR MGMT : We noticed 2 rather large young men at a table near the kitchen. The female employee served at least one of them a huge plate of hot food when it first came out, so therefore some of the guests had to wait 4 eggs shortly after that. Then after they both ate VERY heartily, one said to your female employee "thanks for breakfast mom". Hmmmm......the other young man also said "yea, thanks". Do you feed non guests at the hotel? None of my business, but its not fair for PAYING guests to have to wait.5. A plus !!! You have really good coffee!6. Overall a stay that was basically average, its a shame because in the past I would have given you 4-5 stars.7. We sincerely think well stay with a competitor nearby next time.

The staff was friendly and the room was great. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. The bathroom was great but if you like super hot showers like me you will be disappointed. Breakfast was average with lots of choices and the price was perfect.

Cheryl at the front desk really made our whole stay great! She was so accommodating when we arrived and took great care of us both the night she was there and the next morning when she was working again! This hotel was very clean and comfortable and wonderful to stay in!I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We have had the best time here! The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the front counter staff was awesome. Especially Cheryl, even though she is a Raiders fan! Ha ha...

The rooms were very clean and the beds were soft. Pillows were a bit hard but I cant really complain. Everything else was great. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, especially the gravy. Altogether it was a very nice stay.

My goodness was this hotel nice! Weve been on the road traveling for 10 days and we paid less for this amazing room than we did for terrible (barely tolerablerooms elsewhere in the US. The microwave and fridge were a plus as was the DVD player! The room was very clean and spacious. We hope to return soon!

Very clean modern accommodations. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of choices for breakfast. Well managed and staff is friendly and courteous. There are good curtains to block the sun if you need that. If you have special requests they bend over backwards to help!

Very comfortable place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly, and everything was nice and clean. They have a salt water pool (which we didnt get to try), but the area was nice.

Fantastic night!I dont normally leave feedback but, this place... these people... were customer service gurus. My room was spacious, bed was comfy, all my stuff worked as it should. They handled every detail. Ill be back to Pratt, nice place. Nice job guys!

Nice place. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Breakfast wasnt to bad. Good coffee. Front desk people were very nice and helpful.

Ive stayed at Comfort Suites on three separate occasions. Each time I have stayed I have been more and more impressed from the personable staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast is always great and the cookies are a great touch. I will always stay at Comfort Suites!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this motel. We were in Pratt for a wedding, and I didnt expect a lot in terms of motel options. This is a newer property, with very nice rooms and a good complimentary breakfast, all for under $100. Definitely recommend!
