Went in for a pre employment physical for my new job. They were all very nice and helpful. Doing the best they can when they are short staffed .

1 hour and a half wait time turned into 3 hours. Dont waste your money.

Very friendly and positive people. No matter how busy they always try to tend to you as quickly as possible. They try to make you comfortable while working on the issue. I highly recommend their services!

Went for a drug test for a new job. Check-in was relatively easy except for having a couple of glitches on their system. The appointment was quick and easy, but the bathroom was disgusting and dirty.

Although the check in process was not smooth (problems with the submitting my forms via textthe staff was incredibly friendly and efficient in completing my requests. The NP performed a thorough physical exam and was successful in drawing a blood sample with a small needle😊. Again, everyone was super nice and got me on my way in a short amount of time! I would definitely use this location again!! Well done!

Great service. Concentra has very warming environment and workers make sure your content. The manager, Ms. Marisa, and a staff by the name of Ashley were very great also and warm and nice. Seriously. The staffs were very helpful and was patient with me. Concentra has an amazing team.

EVEN SHORT STAFFED... THE DESK AND NURSES WORKED HARD TO GET EVERYONE IN THAT WAITING ROOM TAKEN CARE OF

Todd from physical therapy did a great job. I sprained my ankle and he kept me moving. Thank you so much. Wendy the nurse practitioner & Tina were very professional and caring. Kelly was very attentive and professional. Front desk staff friendly and professional, always welcoming. Thank you all.

I went to Concentra for a worker’s comp claim . Staff were friendly, gentle and caring. Explained things clearly and answered all my questions.

Trying to renew my DOT card and its been 3 plus hours since I got here. Then I still need to go to PENN DOT. Staff is nice is why I gave it a 2 star.

1 hours (so farto pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug screen! Ridiculous.

Failed fit testing for N95. However person who did said testing didnt make sure mask was correctly on or even attempt to help. Just kept saying that everyone she has tested with the style mask I had has failed. However a coworker who went along had same mask and different person do testing and passed. So I feel it was more the person conducting test than the mask. Going to be fit tested again with same mask by someone else and lets see what happens.

It probably would be a five if we didnt have to wait over 3 hours. Then after the end of the physical I thought the nurse practitionist was a little rude.

Needed to renew my DOT physical card and was in and out in little under 2 hours. That’s the best I have done in over 10 years. The staff were pleasant, punctual, and professional. I left with my renewed card and no complaints.

I’ve injured my wrist at work. I had the most pointless follow up appointments with Wendy to the point that she discharged me to go back to work because “ There’s nothing more she can do”. Mind you, this woman NEVER did anything in the first place AND IS AWARE THAT THERE’S STILL SOMETHING WRONG. It doesn’t matter what it is , but it’s your job to make sure we get better, not expect us to go back to work when you feel like discharging us.

I just won my brain injury lawsuit after 2 years but this Concentra and Nurse practitioner Wendy Mortimer was terrible.. Wendy Mortimer made me feel worthless and rushed me back to work and my brain injury never healed. Thank God I had some real Neurosurgeons and Nurse Practitioners that took care of me after I seen Wendy Mortimer. I dont think Wendy Mortimer took me seriously cause Im an African American. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Over an hour before they close they wouldnt take my husband because they "wouldnt be able to get him checked in and out in time" before they close....but only said this after asking him why he was there and also what insurance he had then asked the other person working if they take that insurance. Like why not start with the fact that you wouldnt let him be seen by a doctor anyway? Waste of time.

1st time at Concentration Urgent Care.The staff there were great.I cant recall who took my blood but never felt it.I usually get sick but didnt.Thank you!

I went for a physical and drug screen for a job and i had no appointment they got me in with an expected wait but not long at all .The nurses were very polite and freindly .

I was in and out quickly on a Monday morning. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

I just moved to PA and needed to see a doctor fast in order to begin working ASAP. A colleague recommended this place speaking very highly of the customer service provided. I could not be anymore pleased with my visit!!! The staff work as well oiled super machine.

While they were busy they took the time to help me fill out my forms, take care of me. And the wait was not bad at all. I was quite pleased with the experience.

The staff was courteous, pleasant and very professional. I didnt wait long to be taken care of. Except for all the signatures and paperwork, it was a very pleasant visit.

I had an 11:30 appointment and sat waiting until 12:15, then I took my pre employment drug screen and all went well. It wasnt until I got to the starting point for the pre employment physical that things didnt go as planned. My BP was too high to do the physical (I knew that it was due to my anxiety disorderand I was told to wait 15 minutes for it to come down. The tech I had was rude and very rushed with everything, she left the room and returned 7 minutes later (I had a timer setto tell me that my BP was still too high. When I commented that it hadnt been 15 minutes she hurriedly replied "Uhm well, its been 10 minutes and the extra time wouldnt make a difference anyway." So now Im stuck jumping through extra hoops with doctors for a job I desperately want/need. I wasnt impressed.

Very personable people that are quick and happy to answer all questions and make u feel comfortable during your visit, and very well staffed

My mother went there to get a second Covid test, AFTER I called and talked to them and told them she wanted a 2nd test. SHE THEN CALLS BEFORE GOING, when she gets there, they tell her they cant retest her. After they refuse to retest her like she wanted, they then SEND HER SOMEWHERE ELSE to be retested. I will NEVER recommend someone going to this urgent care facility ever.

My experience would have been much better if I was completely treated by a orthopedic doctor. The staff was awesome but I was sent home in splint to follow up with an orthopedic Dr.

I realized that they are a busy business under time constraints. They were very cordial and respectful. Well organized and courteous. Very professional and organized. I was impressed. Beautiful women with a beautiful smile. Didnt mind waiting.

Place was clean and well staffed. Very polite staff even though they were super busy. The wait was way too long though. Over an hour.

This is a terrible place, I strongly urge people not to come here! My wife is pregnant and all I needed was a dot physical and they made us wait for four hours! . they had no good explanation as to why, but that the doc was slow.. Ridiculous!

I only came in for a CDL physical. Why does it take filling out forms then filling out the same on your phone. Then answer same questions in the back then wait 30 min for a doctor that asks the same questions. It shouldnt take over 3 hours for a CDL exam.

I’d like to preface this by saying that the ladies at the front desk and the nurse assistant who handled my intake were awesome. I was seen much sooner than expected and the ladies were very helpful. For them I give 5 stars for customer service!My real issue was the doctor who I dealt with. I was in to get a DOT medical card for a delivery position I was starting in 2 weeks. I was unaware that having a medical marijuana card would deter me from getting the DOT medical card.Now what bothers me is that I had to pay for this DOT card out of pocket, $115 before I could even be seen for my physical. When the doctor came into the room he read through all my medical history, current medications, past surgeries, current conditions, etc.. INCLUDING the MMJ card before beginning my physical. Once he finished with everything he simply said “I cannot pass you for the DOT card because you have a medical marijuana card.” At this point I became relatively mad with the doctor seeing as I had already paid for the physical and knew I wouldn’t be able to get a refund since he had already conducted the physical. My main concern is, if this doctor knew I wouldn’t pass just from looking at my intake paperwork, why would he go ahead and conduct the physical anyway??? Of course, I wasn’t given a refund and left angry and without my DOT certification, and down $115. I think this action taken by the doctor was completely immoral and frankly just disrespectful.

The staff is very polite and the place is very nice and clean. However, my appointment time was not honored and I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time for a simple blood draw. No point in making an appointment if they arent going to honor it.

I was sent for a DOT drug test. Seemed normal with a little billing snafu with our company. The staff was polite and professional. The service was prompt with a minor delay due to volume.

The receptionist was very polite.The doctor assistant was rude. She failed me because, she didnt like the medication that my family doctor prescribed me. Who Ive been seeing for over 20 years. My family doctor knows me better than anyone. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

They brought me back to be seen very quickly, the nurses were very kind to everyone. And the woman at the front desk saw me looking for a place to charge my phone then offered to charge it behind the desk for me. You can tell the people that work here really enjoy what they’re doing and I really appreciate them and their service.

The staff is so super friendly. I needed the usual screens for pre employment. They where efficient and knowledgeable and the Nurse Practitioner and her NP student gave me a very thorough health screen. Will go back there again for anything I need.

My experience was poor. I arrived around 12:15PM upon instruction that the appointment would take an hour. I was preceded by about 5 people in line and there was poor organization with paperwork- I was called up 3 separate times to do so. I waited for an hour and a half (until 1:45before I had to leave for another appointment. I understand the stress of working in healthcare and understand that the employees there were doing the best they could in the circumstances. However, I would have appreciated greater organization and communication about the extreme delay so that I could have prevented wasting an hour and a half to not get in that day.

My experience was great. From the time I walked in the door. I was greeted by two very happy helpful staff members. I didn’t wait long at all. Was treated very professionally by very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you very much

I walked in New Years Eve for procedure 10 minutes before closing. It was literally pouring rain outside it was miserable. The people at the front desk had Smiles on their faces didnt even hesitate to take me even though I came in so late very professional, with a relaxed atmosphere. Almost certainly highly recommend them to anybody. A very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work. And a very Happy New Year to all!
