Person who answered the phone was friendly enough but the fact that it would have taken over a week to get something hemmed seems a little long.

I have taken everything from drapes, to bedding, and clothes.I have not been disappointed. They are a professional cleaner. With their drive through service. I do not have to get out of my car. Fast and especially friendly service.

I LOVE this place! They have always done a quick and great job with everything I have taken! The women that work there are fabulous. I LOVE LOVE the funny sayings they put on their signs. Brings a smile and a chuckle every time I pass by!!!!! Anyone that is offended by these sayings are ridiculous and are the ones with the dirty minds......Its a cleaners for petes sake.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved based on a recommendation from a family member. First, the company they sent it off to machine washed my dress and Concords did not tell me this (it is very delicate and could only be hand washed). They could not remove ANY of the stains on the dress. We had to send it back to be re-boxed after checking it to make sure it was not ruined from being put in the washing machine. When we got it back (weeks after we were supposed to receive it), the company had put in it the shipping box upside down, thus smashing the dress and messing it up inside the preservation box. We sent it out for the third time to be corrected. This time when we got it back my veil could not be seen anywhere in the box. I was worried they had lost it. Fortunately, this company does a terrible job sealing the boxes and I was able to actually stick my hand in the box to find my veil buried under my dress. I should not be able to stick my hand down the side of the box if it is properly persevered and sealed. They say they dont do vacuum sealing anymore, so basically I paid $75 for a cardboard box that dust, bugs, etc. can easily get into. After all of this trouble and hassle, Concords refused to give us even a partial refund. I would never recommend them to anyone and I would give them less than a 1 star if I could.
