My friend stays there alot they are nice rooms . Nice staff

Perhaps one of the best motels in that area in long Beach with its unique and elegant design the court-yard glows at night creating a vibrant and attractive atmosphire. Shops are near mostly walking distance. With all units facing the court-yard with no steps or curb in or around the rooms its very convenient to get around with a wheelchair. Rooms are larger then avrage, spacious and very well-maintained, fresh and comfortable, well decorated, walk-in-shower, pet freindly. Good value for your money.My first choice in that area. Highly recomanded.

The Employees are very professional and are often seen keeping a close eye on the property; especially after dusk.

We came in later to check-in, about midnight. When we were walking to our room, we had to pass other rooms to get to ours. There was a "specific smell" emanating from one of the rooms. When we got to our room, and flipped on the light, we notice baby cockroaches running across the room. Our refrigerator was leaking and smelly. There is a futon in the room that had some unidentified substances on it. And, deep grime due to fingerprints on the door. Really dirty! Would not recommend!

TV didnt work. Didnt wake up with bed bugs or anything so.. its ok.. price is good if youre looking for something for a night out in the area and dont want to break the bank nothing really positive or negative to say at all.

Very clean and updated rooms with USB chargers in the outlets and great service. The owner is a sweet and amazing woman. Its my go to spot when Im on this side of town.

Cuz I was taking a friend of a friend some food shes pregnant so I brought her some pizza and thats about it I believe Ive already reviewed this place the owners landlords or managers they do walk the grounds they know the tenants yes a reasonable and flexible

A bit on the seedy side, but if you like to walk on the wild side then this may very well cater to your sensibilities. Clean rooms, ample space and door front parking are well within the fare fee they charge. This is no place to take children. They dont seem to concerned here with how many visitors you have in your room, or whos coming and going, so its pretty much a free for all.

The the managers or the owners walk the grounds and communicate on a personal level with their residence or visitors making sure that they have the Necessities that are offered like toilet paper and paper towels it has very little I appeal but they have some what it looks like the customer service Maybe they were just being nosey

Its been a great experience to be at the Coronado the new management is doing a great job from the manager to the house keepers always ready to service there clients .the time Ive spend at there locations the staff always make sure I was comfortable . Room are excellent huge well kept clean everything is great customer service excellent.

I wish I can give zero.too noisy and unsafe.

I stayed at this hotel before it was just remodeled it had full kitchen w stove fridge table 2sinks OK owner then were really sweet caring accommodating kept my bags for free stil had them when ibwent back 2 weeks later to retrieve them it took that long get apt here LB CA is so unethical unsanitary cs needs to do something how States treat pit of towners tourist catakw advantage of tourist thats wrong u not getting any where BT scare tourist away. This motel had prooved me wrong they made me happy with hospitality friendly awesome peoe. Now its HDTV renovated very upscale great cable channels lots outlets plug charge devices. Desk chair to do business homework daily planning cokege fast-food cleaners auto coffee laundry gas locallyNew7-11 across St open soon. They accommodate u safe clean new sheets towells great place to stay also has full lil fridge freezer kit sink night stand light BT bed easy to shut off.

Online reservation. I got to the driveway and the phone rings. They were overbooked! Not only that, but there is a no show fee b/c she did not mark it in the system right!!!

Honestly the rooms have been remodeled and they are nice looking but my stay here has been lack luster. The first time I came here I was impressed. The room was nice even though my shower had not been cleaned, customer service was good and the non smoking room was really non smoking. This time not so much. My sheets were dirty with some type of green candy, I did not have internet and TV for the last night of stay, the first two rooms I was given were non smoking rooms that smelled like smoke, my room I ended up getting didnt have the refrigerator that is supposed to be in all rooms, and a very different element was staying here. The owner gave customer service but not like I would have hoped. She gave me a discount off of my two night stay but I had to go round and round before it was offered. It is a nice place to stay in if u are in a push but truth be told the prices they charge for these rooms are way to high for what you get.

My sister left her room key and when it came time for me to use it the key did not work. So I migrate to the office or night window of you will and I let the on-site manner know that the key wasnt working and instead of helping me get the service promised I would recieve I instead was looked down upon judged and waved off simultaneously ...at the same dam time .... In turn I had to climb through my sisters window just to get in the room..which also says a lot about their security.....theyre lucky i accidentally gave them two stars....

Brand new room pet friendly

This is the nastiest dirtiest dumbest motel i have ever been in.. I only give one star because its better than being on the streets. The whole room is filthy. The covers had yellow stains on the other side and when we asked for sheets the lady had an attitude and said she didnt have anymore. No soap or anything good. And there where crackheads all over...-10 is THE TRUE RATING FROM ME!!!
