Go somewhere else. They overcook your hair leading to permanent damage and barely put any hair in the foils likely so that you shell out for the major plan. $80 for 10 foils and it looks like absolutely nothing has been done. You can barely even notice any stand of blonde.When I called back, the manager stated “well you can come back in and pay for another round…”. Great customer service and thanks for that. Money down the drain.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more professional.

Great staff. On time. The crew listens. The team can also cut all hair types, from kids to seniors. Clean and courteous.

Lindsey was amazing! She was fun, efficient, and took her time. She really went above and beyond! This was the first time I’ve actually been happy with how my blonde highlights looked and blended after going to a salon. After using box dye for so long due to never having gotten the color I asked for or wanted from the many salons I’ve been too, she truly changed my experience! At such a great price I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! Thank you Lindsey!

Service was decent. I’ve went to this place twice and I will not be returning. I asked for a curtain bang fix with a slight cut and ends dyed red. My stylist was Courtney. She hadn’t done what I asked for whatsoever. She dyed most of my hair instead of the ends and cut uneven parts of my hair claiming to “thin” it out. The hair dye comes out everywhere. All over my neck, pillows, and clothing. Very disappointed with my outcome.

I came in to get a haircut and left feeling much better than I could have expected. Courtney did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and helped bring it back to life. Love the product recommendations. I will definitely be back!

Great stylists who were fantastic with my 3 young boys 7,6, and 5. My youngest has extreme ADHD and the gentleman who took care of him was wonderful and patient. Most stylists can not rush through fast enough causing them to make mistakes. He even managed to straighten out the mess my son made cutting his own hair! TWICE! We will definitely be going back!

I would like to ask that the staff should have more patience working with children.The lady that cut my childs hair today didnt stop complaining and whining about my child not being comfortable being cut with clippers when I asked that I didnt want clippers on my childs hair.It was very uncomfortable.

Kim Caldwell is a fantastic stylist. She cuts and colors my wifes hair and also cuts both of my sons hair. There has only been ONE other person (Props to Donn Tyndallwho my younger son would even sit still for. She has a wonderful chairside manner, knows all of the latest styles that my wife wants them to have and both my wife and kids always look wonderful. She cut our hair for our WEDDING!!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS. She should really charge more, except me, lock me in...hehe. Here are the boys with fresh cuts and the wife and I at the wedding:

Cost Cutters was great and Tien was wonderful. Today was the first time I went there and I already booked my next appointment.

They answered the phone unlike many other salons while in phase 2 covid-19 times. I was desperate for a cut but concerned by using someone new; I have naturally curly hair. The cut was great. Since then my daughter has had her hair cut there and my husband has an appointment. Kim and Morgan are awesome!

I made an appointment for 4pm and showed up on tome after driving 25 mins in traffic. When I arrived they told me I’d have to wait until 5pm. No one called to reschedule or let me know they were behind. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is here. I won’t be back.

Got a decent cut from Kim, but was uncomfortable that they were not enforcing mask requirements. While the staff and most clients were wearing masks, there was one customer who was not. When I inquired about the policy, all I got was a shrug and an "Oh well".

They were able to make an appointment for the next day. Thats good during these crazy times. I showed her multiple pics of what I wanted but I left with shorter hair than I wanted and it didnt even look close to what I showed her. I took my son a few days later and I had to guide her on how to do the back. He wears it long on top and faded on the sides. She was trying to not blend the back of his hair with the long top. But in the end it was a good cut. He was happy.

22.50 for a sub par 10 minute hair cut. Personally I wont be back. The young girl who cut my was nice tho.

I have been going to MaryBeth at this Holiday Hair salon for almost 2 years. I have never been more pleased with my cut and the condition of my hair. Although all the stylists are great, I request MaryBeth because she is great with an angle cut, my preferred style. I retired to Delaware from Pennsylvania and was disappointed several times while trying to find the right stylist. I was lucky to get a reference from someone who always had a great cut. In addition, I am more than pleased with the cost of a cut and style whether or not it costs me more to request a particular stylist - I paid more than double in PA for the same service. The customer service in this salon is excellent, the stylists are friendly, professional and more than willing to work with you to get the look you want. I constantly receive compliments on my hair style and questions about where I go. I am more than happy to refer anyone who wants a great look - youll be pleased when youre done!

Holiday Hair in Lewes is the BEST salon with excellent staff/excellent customer service/and professional knowledge of any and all hair styles! They will always attempt to accommodate your schedule and/or hairstyle request while getting you an appointment with anyone of their stylists! I would not go anywhere else as all stylists are of the same professional standard just described- some are even "Master" Stylists! Love all staff and go there as often as I can!:You must try at least once and Im certain you will be pleased and agree with my rating- I use to go to expensive salons where the attributes you "should" find are not always there; they are here... no matter the time, day, or style! After always being disappointed with the stylists and cuts at other salons, I decided to try Holiday Hair. It was the best decision to make. I am so pleased with Dayle. She listens to me and understands what I am asking to have done. I always leave there as a happy customer.

Dayle is an excellent stylist. She listens to you and knows how to work with coarse hair.

They butchered my hair and then spit in my hair when I complained. Need less to say I will not be back.

This salon goes above and beyond for their customers. I have never had a bad cut! I am typically indecisive with my cuts, Kim knows exactly what to do to make me look my best! I just tell her to do her thing & I am never disappointed!

I was a walk-in at noon on a saturday. They were busy, but I only had to wait ten minutes or so and the haircut itself was great! I now have cute layers and the exact length I wanted. Id definitely recommend stopping by.
