Costco Bakery in Salt Lake County

Costco Wholesale is one of the many wholesale establishments in the valley.They keep the stock rotating and available, when others seem to have a shortage. I like the customer service above all. They were able to get my account up and running again after a long period of absence. This was something that most other places failed to accomplish.

Went to the SLC store. Huge, and it has many more products that the smaller stores have.There late morning, have not seen it so crowded.Did not take long to get through the line.Still the best place to shop.

Yesterday I went in to find an item I saw an advertisement for. When I couldnt find it I talked to Casey in electronics who told me that it was discontinued but helped me to find a store in South Jordan that had two left in stock. Thank you Casey!I also needed to pump up my tires but one had no air. Alex, in the tire center, helped with the pump in the garage and now my car is driving much smoother now. Thanks!4 stars though because of the eatery. My pizza did not look good because about a fifth of the cheese was gone where it was just bread and sauce. Also, the person serving was not very careful. There was some cheese dripping off the plate and when she place the plate on the counter she set it on top of the dripping cheese. I thought that was unsanitary. Also, for some reason the hotdogs always smell like weed.

Its costco... need I say more? But the people who check the receipts are awesome! They give smiley faces on the back of the receipts and my 4 year old and 2 year old LOVE to get the smiley faces

This is the worlds largest Costco (as of 2022and going there is as much an adventure as it is a shopping trip. It contains many items that other Costco stores dont carry and, though most of them are things I wouldnt need, it is fun to look at them.

This costco is my store of preference. their selection is gigantic compared to some of the other stores. the only downfall I have is shopping here for one person is quite expensive. I only come here for certain items, but am always happy about the savings vs a regular store.

Always a good place to visit. We come from Elko, NV and love to find a clean, well-stocked store. Highly recommend!!My only negative is the self check-out-- getting approached by several people wanting to "ring stuff up".. if I wanted that, I wouldve gone to a regular check-out (I like to see the prices... 1 asking is good - 2 is annoying - after the 3rd one its just irritating, especially when they just start without asking.

Im obsessed with Costco! Love it!! Their pizza is bomb, the items they sell. Im just over the construction on their road. It takes so much longer to get to them. Ugh!!!

I have been a Costco member for many years and I have been very satisfy with the quality of its product but the prices were ridiculously high lately and I feel that they do not offer me the product at a fair price anymore. It is very expensive.

went to the food court on oct 1st & the food court customer service is terrible. we wait a good 20 minutes trying to order and the employees completely ignored us. awful just awful. disappointed, been coming to costco for years and it just seems like the service is getting just terrible :(

Its a wonderful experience and if you need take a walk for exercise go to Costco, its a massive store yet I get to go in at 7am with my business membership and I enjoy there honesty in this matter another company is charging me extra for business membership and I cant go in early anymore and they still want to charge me extra, but not Costco thank you 😊

Worlds Largest Costco. Super busy. Best to go between 7 am and 8:30 am or 7:45 pm and 8:30 pm. Bit if a chaotic madhouse during peak hours.

Insanely busy and organized very differently than the standard set up of Costco. Nice service staff. Parking lot is a cluster, but thats probably because Utahans cant drive well.

Excellent giant Costco to get lost in. Tons of product choices unavailable at other locations. Super helpful staff handing out candy and stamps.

This is the world’a largest Costco, and I believe it! I came here on a road trip and decided to stop by just to see if it truly is the largest, and it is! Really cool!

These guys give you 30 min extra for an appointment checkin do to the long lines..also read the signes in the yard as you are heading to a dock..open your doors to your trailers before you get to the docks..dont pull in from of the trucks in docks and park then open..it causes issues..its a fast paced yard...follow the rules youll get in and out!

I really love costco. Thanks to their generous return policy, you can shop freely and safely there. Just take caution that you do not exploit the return policy. But you can easily buy something that you are not 100% sure about the quality or any ither factors, and return if you are not satisfied with it. The costco’s return policy does not have any time limitations for most of their products.

Costco is our go-to! Love the automatic rebates & the quality products for the best deals. Also, they have the ultimate best return policy if you are not satisfied. Completely worth the membership.

To stand behind there products. I bought a 65 inch television I did not pay for the set up of it because I didn’t need the set up’s service. I had fitness help me I am disabled couldn’t do it myself. But Costco sold me a defect item becuase Costco does not quality control inspect these big products they sell and ship. And I can’t box it up myself and take it apart and also can’t set up the new one myself. I already have to stay home take time off work to wait for them to bring an exchange out. I don’t have e the ability to have friends help me again with inboxing and setting up the replacement of there defect item they sold me. I should not be held hostage to pay for set up of the replacement because it never should have to happen the only reason it needs to be replaced is becuase Costco sold and shipped a defective item to me you Costco should be ashamed of themselves.And I want any of you consumers to be aware of this before you buy anything from this company.

Largest Costco in the world is so fun to go to because it has so many more options. I also like that instead of getting a variety pack of food they will a pack of just one thing. For instance the Naked smoothie drinks come in a pack with 3 different flavors or at this Costco you can just buy a pack of just one flavor. They also are a great place to get food for catering events.

Oh my lordy, this Costco is MASSIVE. Very dangerous because you want to buy everything. The meat is amazing, make sure you buy an extra fridge.

This place is huge ! The biggest Costco around and is always super busy crowded ! But a great selection way more than any other warehouse store we love this place but crowds are crazy !

Everyone knows that Costco offers bulk pricing, & thats great. The worst thing about this particular location is the fact that while the items in the store are more or less grouped together, they seem to regularly move items to random spots or drop them from inventory. There are hundreds of (mostly happyemployees, but none of them know where things are in the store, or if a particular item is available... & they seem perfectly willing to just make up answers on the spot

Staff was courteous and very nice. Checkout was fast and shelves were stocked. Great place to stop and fill the coolers before TTITD.

I usually don’t have a problem here but today while waiting in line to check out a woman in front of me was vaping. Multiple employees walked right past her and said nothing. It’s really pathetic that now we have to worry about people smoking in the store with no repercussions.

Cool Costco. Really bad part of town. Homeless people surrounded our RV (seen on our camerasmy husband had to go back to the RV while I shopped. I (femalewould not walk in the parking lot alone or at dark.

Terrible confusion going on at this giant store. Parking lot tore up all around this store, with caution tape carelessly strewn all over creating a maze. I needed a treasure map and thirty minutes to just find a safe passage back to my vehicle..Ridiculous confusion all over store. Unless you have a two hour lunch to shop, youd better find a place that isnt inside a construction zone!!

The largest Costco in the World. It is huge and there are more brands choices for the same product. It is a big place just to walk across the warehouse diagonally. Happy to shop here.

On Saturday we came into the store to do a return. We sat in line for 40 minutes. There was nobody there there was a gentleman that closes register out and left with nobody doing the returns. Talk to two managers and the store manager. Both managers said theyre not authorized to help theyll try to find someone. We spoke to the front end manager Shane and he said the same thing Im sorry I cant help you youre just going to have to wait. Until I find someone. The other manager we spoke to said he cant help out. Theyve never been trained on the register. How can you be a manager or a storefront manager and not know how to do anything how can you have a gentleman thats in charge and not know what to do absolutely ridiculous in the end we spent over an hour trying to return one small item Shane should be fired if he doesnt know how to do his job and hes a store manager

The place to go for quantity AND quality! Great service and great inventory, biggest in the world, love this place

This Costco is alright. I go here often for the food court. I usually get pepperoni pizza. Every time I get it, the crust is absolutely massive. They don’t know how to make pizza. The proportions are completely wrong. The workers are also not good. They will talk and not get your order out, so you are stuck there waiting for them to stop talking when it is very busy and they have a lot of orders to fulfill. One time they even didn’t call my order or actually do it. I was waiting 30 minutes for nothing because they are incompetent when it comes to fulfilling orders. Another person had the same problem that day, we both had to go up to them and ask where our order was. Whoever is in charge and hires these people, doesn’t know what they are doing.

WOW! The biggest Costco Ive ever been to! You can definitely get your steps in in here! Clean. Organized. Very spread out. Lots of selections. Not surprised :).

I love this Costco! I live in West Jordan and make the drive over and skip the others nearby because this Costco has all that I want and didn’t think I needed 😅It’s always a pleasure coming in and the staff works amazingly to get you out as quickly as they can when check out time comes.Parking is a nightmare so be prepared to duel at any given time for a spot! Naw, just kidding but parking can be hassle because so many like me love this particular Costco!

I love going to Costco. I always buy more than I should. Their products are good quality and last a while. I love going there to look for clothes. They usually have something that catches my eye. Their return policy is one of the best as well.

As the largest costco in the world, this warehouse is massive. You can find everything you need here: appliances, electronics, clothes, jewelries, mobile phones, kitchen utensils, books, school supplies, grocery items, snacks, chocolates, flowers, house plants, gardening tools, fruits, vitamins, cookies, breads, cleaning supplies, bedroom items, pillows, comforters, pillows, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, vegetables, meat products, frozen food items, toys, sports equipments, shoes, restaurant supplies, everything. Inside this warehouse, they have pharmacy, optical shop, bakery, dairy products, meat & poultry, a tire shop and auto repair shop and a concessionaire for freshly cooked/baked goods where they have tables if you want to eat your food orders inside. They used to have a photo laboratory too but that was abolished around when pandemic started. The only thing that they dont have are alcoholic drinks being in Utah of course. They occasionally have food tasting all over the warehouse too. The whole place is clean and well maintained. Even their restrooms are always clean. They have a lot of checkout counters and even self checkout which is very convenient. All of the crews here are very helpful, knowledgeable and most of all, very respectful and friendly. This warehouse also have gas stations just south east side outside the building. Huge parking lot and you wont run out of a parking spot even on weekends and major holidays. Im very proud to be just within close proximity of this costco location to the point that I would sometimes come here just to grab a gallon of milk or a tray of eggs or just to grab a slice of pizza for quick lunch 😄

This Costco is the largest in our region. They have all of the things you would find in any other Costco and a lot more. You can find restaurant and business supplies, tools, equipment, etc. The meat selection alone is amazing and the prices are as well. If you are big into grilling or BBQ then this is a great source for your meats.

This costco is big, but i don’t feel like there’s anything much different than the other costco. The only cool things are the whole pigs and lambs. No need to visit it if you’re expecting the worlds biggest costco, but as a regular costco, it is good.

This Costco is worth the trip! Everything you can imagine and then some. If you want stuff packaged like the restaurants buy-you will find it here. I dont smoke, but there is a complete section of cigarettes of every brand you can think of. The food selection and cold storage areas are excellent and there was much more product than your basic Costco, so there is a lot to look at. We spent a couple hours here and didnt get through every aisle. We found some great bargains and stuff weve never seen at the regular size stores, so be prepared to spend some bucks! It is crowded in the parking lot, so you might find yourself walking a ways- but even with all the people, this store has the size where it didnt seem crowded inside. Checkout was a breeze as every lane was open and we waited a short time.

This Costco is huge—largest in the world —and it really feels that way! Lots of professional/restaurant sized items, including whole lamb, 30 lbs of Mayo, and wheels of Parmesan. There’s a lot to see! In general I feel like there is more variety and things are kept in stock a little better here than at your average Costco.

I have been a Costco Wholesale member for decades!My opinion is that this business is a maintained and lubricated machine! 😁Love the products and the freshness of meats, bakery and the produce!Their simple food court is always an option for a growling stomach! All you need to know: this is the biggest Costco in the world. Its not just big, its Big with capital B. Plan on a min of 2 hours just to walk around, as seemingly endless aisles. Automated self serve at the food court, so the $1.50 hot dog is even better value. If there is a negative, the foot court has limited seating and located after the checkout, so pay first, then eat.

This is a little bit like my Disneyland. I love Costco. I only learned last week that I dont live too far away from the largest Costco in the world, I had to go. I mean, its still a Costco. But if you love Costco, theres just that much to love. Imagine a normal Costco, but with added selection including things like every different flavor of LaCroix, a hundred or so cheeses, four Costco aisles dedicated to drinks, meat by the box, and an insane candy aisle. I was so happy.

This is the largest Costco in the world. I dont mean that figuratively, its actually the biggest ever built. They offer thousands of items and services here that you wont find at any other Costco. A huge portion of the warehouse caters to businesses, offering bulk items such as restaurant and office supplies. They have walk in coolers for meat and dairy, which you wont find at other locations. Its the same high quality bulk goods at low prices that youll find at other locations, but theres a much larger variety here.

Full size Costco, huge and full of excellent deals.As few products really worth the trip there. Some organic stuff, but still way too much packaging in my opinion.Don’t miss out the beyond burgers and the French cheeses they are excellent.

This is the largest and the best Costco in the world, the mother of all Costco. Were call it "Downtown Costco." Its a full- sized Costco, plus another full-sized Costco that is only restaurant supply. Refrigerators and freezers so large that they provide complimentary jackets so you dont freeze to death. They have large items like a whole pork carcass--the whole pig! (Sorry for the disgusting visual on that. Many flavors of Italian soda syrups, gallon tubs of salad dressings, and all kinds of spices, also every kind of paper and plastic serving item, tables, chairs, tablecloths-- everything you need to serve a huge crowd. Ill post some random pictures.

I live in Sandy area, but end up going to this location at least once in 2 months. They ALMOST have everything!Absolutely LOVE the fact that I can buy halal meats from here, it’s so convenient and the price is very reasonable comparing outside!Just wish...(1they didn’t stop bringing the Folgers Instant Coffee Classic Roast Coffee (16 oz:((2add some international items to their food court menu like meat pies, french fries topped with poutine or jacket potatoes...it’s the world’s largest Costco after all ;P

As busy as this location is checking out always goes fast with two employees at each register. They have upper tier gasoline and diesel fuel at the lowest prices around. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Onsite Butchers and Bakers.

Love shopping at Costco. Weve starting meal prepping and being able to buy food in bulk has made it a lot easier. The prices are great. Just make sure you go early or late in the day to avoid the long lines.
