Were extremely happy with the work and service provided by the Countryside team. Although the work we needed done was not a big job, Bob was extremely attentive and professional and everything was done as promised. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

We have used Countryside Roofing three times over the past six years, and each and every time, they performed a spectacular job. We had used them for complete roof tear-off and replacement on my Moms house and detached garage, and once for roofing repairs. Every time, Countryside was very responsive, delivered the services exactly as promised, when promised, and with very high quality of workmanship and materials, and at reasonable cost. They also do a very good clean cleaning up the worksite afterwards. I would highly recommend Countryside to anyone who needs roofing, siding, or windows work performed.

Their estimate was less than others we cheked and they included more things we needed. The work was done on time and on budget. I cant say enough about how nice the roof looks and what a great job they did cleeaning up when they were done. I highly recommend them.

they installed a new roof, siding, gutters and windows in 2005 and did a really good job. We developed a roof leak in 2021. Engaged them twice to repair the leak and they failed both times. Understand that roof leaks are tricky. Poor communication between the person who came out to inspect and the person who attempted the repairs. Their fix was a bead of silicone in a roof valley rather than removing and replacing the shingles and ice/water shield. Once their management got involved they promptly refunded my payment which I appreciated and admitted they dropped the ball. But at that point, i no longer trusted their service and had already selected another roofing company who made the proper repairs.

I called Countryside to have them come over and check out our leaking roof. Ken came and walked through to see what problems we were having. It turned out that we actually need to hire a commercial roofer, but he took the time to explore our issues and made recommendations for companies we could call.We really wish we could work with this company. Kens patience and guidance, even once he knew they could not do the work, was so professional and kind. He is doing a bit of additional research and sending us some names of people to call.What a respectable operation. Kudos to Countryside for hiring such great people.

Incredible experience all around. I have heard horror stories when it came to roofing contractors and Countryside and their team were great to work with. From the moment I called them to help with a roof repair, their technician came and quickly fixed the issue and gave me his honest assessment that my roof was well beyond its useful life. Given the price point of a full roof replacement, I wanted to make sure I did my proper research and felt comfortable with the professionals I met and received quotes from. Bob S. came to inspect my roof for a quote and gave me his honest opinion and walked me through any questions I had (which I admit, were a lot). He thoroughly answered my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with him as well as the Company. I decided to move forward with Countryside as Bob S. did a great job talking up the company and what a great roofing company they are. Countryside was slightly on the higher end of the quotes I received but I had a such a comfortable experience with Bob S. and he informed me he would be my point of contact throughout the whole process. I was so glad with my decision as they truly provide a top notch experience. They completed a full roof replacement in one day with a full team of 12+ team members. I assumed it would have taken 2 days but was so surprised how efficient and well staffed the team was. We also had full gutter replacement and the team came a few days later and completed the project in one day as well. Overall, I can not recommend this company enough.Parth

They did a great job, completed a full tear off of the roof and replaced it in one day. There was so much debris from the tear off and they left the place spotless. Not a nail or anything found around the house. I would highly recommend.

Our roof needed replacement, including decking. Mike was a great help to us figuring out the type and color of shingles for our home and the team that replaced the roof was efficient and did a great job with both the installation and clean up. We are very impressed with the work and the overall experience was excellent!

Used this company 10 years ago for new roof. They did a great job. Now that I need a repair due to some broken shingles they wont call me back, send a contract of schedule the job. Im tired of contacting them. Would not advise using them for repair.UPDATE!!!Just talked to Dian at Countryside and the misunderstanding has been corrected. My 24x24 garage and 10x10 shed roofs needed attention to stabilize them. Id built them over 40 years ago and double layered the shingles on both over the years. The sheds roof, on the backside, wasnt pitched enough, water and ants were damaging the wood. Bob Sammarco suggested Flintlastic sheet instead of shingles. That and some new wood pieces and shingles, plus proper edging, have both structures ready to go into the future. The vents they put on the garage roof make it breath better, its not as hot and damp. Countryside Roofing replaced the roofing on my flat roof, fixed a warped plywood sheet and fixed a leak where my inclined roof meets the flat one. The work looks good and the leak has stopped. The work was done in 1/2 day and the team was professional.

Foreman Ryan and Scheduler Ron are the best!! They are knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and answered all my questions throughout the process. Because Countryside has so many quality products with 25+ year warranties, Ryan recommended I talk to my home insurance carrier first to see what discounts they offer before selecting our products. We selected Certainteed Class 4 impact resistant shingles by Northgate and larger 6" gutters. The new 1.5inch plywood and Class 4 shingles cost $1800more, but will save us $6600 in insurance. And the Northgate roof warranty is transferable if we sell our home. Countryside did an amazing job scheduling tentative work dates and rain dates over a two week period so it was guaranteed to be done on time. Ryan coordinated over 20 workman and equipment so our roof repair, venting and install was done in one day and the gutters were installed the following day. I strongly recommend calling Countryside for your roofing needs. We have extensive landscaping and the crew went to great lengths to protect it and sweep up all the loose nails in the yard. I love the attention to detail Countryside provides:-)

Highly recommend this business! I had my roof replaced back in 2018 by this company, and they did a fantastic job. Today, I noticed damage on the corner of my roof caused by some of the strong winds weve had in recent months and they were very responsive and got someone out to my house right away. Ken was very thorough when he came to inspect my roof. He went into my attic to find the north side of my house covered in mold. Ken gave me a very reasonable quote and reassured me he would make my home safe. The team appeared a week later and completed the large job in days. They left the outside of my house immaculate. Bob oversaw our project. He and his crew were very knowledgeable and responsive. We had to replace our old roof and found out that we had improper flashing and lack of ice damming protection. We also needed to replace a very long accent window on the 2nd floor which was installed to close to a flat portion of roof with improper flashing. All of these problems had been allowing water seepage. Bob coordinated the window replacement along with skylight window replacement. In addition to replacing the roof with proper modifications, we now know our roof is done professionally with no corners cut and at a reasonable price. For the amount of extra work that had to be incurred to do everything properly they did it all in reasonable time and price. Cant recommend Countryside Roofing enough.

Ryan from Countryside was very professional and explained to my Mom the whole process for a roof replacement and gutter installations. The technicians that did the installation were very courteous, professional and worked quickly to complete the installation. We will use them again for any roofing needs.

We just had our whole roof replaced and it was seamless from start to finish. I had 3 other quotes to consider and this by far was the best, really because the other 3 were trying to add on a lot of stuff I didn’t need! Countryside explained what and why certain things needed to be done instead of just trying to create problems to make themselves money. I would recommend you at least get a quote from them and hear them out! Solid company, good customer service and great job on the roof!

Dealt with Ken McKendre on our new roof project. Professional from the first day all the way through the project. He did a thorough inspection of the roof. Actually went up on the roof to look at it. Gave us a thorough overview with pictures of what he saw. He then recommended what he thought needed to be done. When they came to do the job it was done in one day. Workers are very efficient and professional. The cleanup went well. It’s only been a few weeks since it was installed but so far no leaks and we have had rain. I highly recommend this company and will recommend them to my friends and family!!!!

Countryside Roofing stands by what they promise. We replaced our main roof and a flat roof above our garage in 2020. The roof was done very well in 1 day. And even though initially we had some problems with flat roof and had to reach out to the management, Ryan and his team went above and beyond to make us happy customers. What we’ve learned is that the management is responsible and they stand by what they promise. They completely redid the flat roof and fascia, and made some repairs under the window to insulate it and prevent moisture from coming under the siding. They also matched the existing siding. We were incredibly happy with both the roofing material as well as the installation of our new roof by Countryside Roofing.
