Poor unprofessional service. Waste of time.I dropped off my vehicle that they said they would get to within one week. At the end of the first week I called and they hadnt gotten to it saying they would try to get to it by the end of week two. Two weeks after I dropped it off I called and they hadnt gotten to it and couldnt tell me when they would be able to look at it. They said it could be another week or more. I picked it up and took it to another mechanic. I understand if you get busy and backed up, but I would appreciate a call and a realistic time estimate.
