Dont know about the store but getting a human being on the phone at Cox is impossible. Im trying to reactivate an account and have had 4 different "chat" people who were useless and I cant set up a new account unless I change my name. SO FRUSTRATING - its a good thing they are the only game in town or theyd be out of business in a flash! This has gone on for years and why I left them in the first place.

Was given a internet box with sticky substance spilled on it and ill scratched up/ gouged. However the service was quick, courteous - just need to chuck equipment before handing it back out

COX is a MONOPOLY. Customer are not important. Like the 7th time this year. They cut out the Internet service. BEWARE!!! That this company have the tendency to interrupt internet service between 12am and 2am. For long periods of times, +30min, without warnings. I am tired and sick of this mistreatment. If you need to do maintenance please let the costumers know about it. I am certain they calculated at this time nobody is going to be using the net. This is Las Vegas and there are plenty of people working at this time. It is a problem when trying to run a business and all communication including phones are dead. Updating: Jan 24, 2020. 11:44pm service gone. No internet 10/25 when is the monopoly going to end.

Was sent a Panaramic modem/router and it wasnt working right. It wasnt this stores fault but they gave me an exchange and it works well.Thats about it.

Walked in and the place was empty, still had about 8 employees on the floor though. Thought i would downgrade and turn in my cable boxes and get just internet, only saved 30 bucks. 160/month for internet is a bit steep, but nevada doesnt have the greatest internet services to begin with so you have to pay for decent speed.

The employees in the store are very friendly and helpful you have to wait a little while after you sign in to be seen but its well worth the wait , I had no problem exchanging equipment that went bad in my home , even though the converter box that they gave me an exchange did not work I made an appointment to have a service man come out the service mans name was Donald and he was very helpful and friendly and did everything he could to satisfy my needs including give me a new converter box that did work he checked it to make sure and he gave me a brand new style remote control.

There are lots of friendly employees in the Cox store , once you check in theres a little late to be seen but its well worth the wait , they take care of all your needs. They have a lot of good items there for your home needs like cops home life and you can pay your bill right there on site through the machines if you dont want to wait for the employees.

First, Cox outdated my router without sending a new one, or contacting me in any way to inform of a change to the new internet 6. Then Cox made it so I had to go into the store to get an updated router in a timely manner. Now there was a 5 hour, and now potentially 6 more hours of internet outages today? This is despicable considering it is the only high speed internet source in most of the the valley. I hope I have internet for work tomorrow.

The store is very nice along with the employees but thats where your service stops. Cox service is lousy from calling customer service to your bill. Basic cable $224 a month that goes down many times a week and when you call they are garbage. Went to Dish $82.00 with a 2 year lock with zero interuptions.

Horrible service, never came to the house and now we don’t have internet for 5 days because of the holiday (4th of July). This is ridiculous when we called them 2 days ago they said “accidentally went to the wrong house and installed theirs. Need more education in Nevada!! This Cox sucks.

COX=SCAM. A very successful scam. If you try to cancel over the phone, you will be unsuccessful. Once I got to the store and returned the only equipment I have left for cancellation, there are 2 more(!equipment that are now mysteriously on my account. If I dont return these imaginary devices, I get charged X amount. Sadly, the value of X is considered a national secret so he could not disclose to me. If anyone with any power within COX is reading this, do you have to resort to these SCAMS to survive with other power and cable providers in Vegas?

I was a customer for 18 years and when I moved was told to put in my daughters name because new customers will receive a better price 😲 also every single month my bill would go up for no good reason . Bright atmosphere, all the employees were very friendly! Skyler in particular asked us about everything we need and then got us all our equipment plus some service upgrades we definitely will need later, super helpful. We hopefully wont have to come to the physical storefront very often, but if we do well be coming back here!

Moving from out off state. Called before I left for NV and they said all I had to do was stop by the store, pick up my boxes and plug and play from there. When I showed up at the store they said I needed an installer and scheduled one for Friday morning. No one showed, called them and they said that someone had cancelled the visit. Guess they forgot to tell me. They could not get someone to me prior to the following week when I was scheduled to be at work. Everyone was nice, but I would rather they be mean and provide better service. If I cannot get off work at my new job I am just starting then I will not get service until the following weekend at the earliest. I want my Comcast back.

OverpricedTheyre charging me an extra $10.00 because Ive reached my data limit even tho the bill was paid a week ago, theyre excuse is because the billing cycle isnt over. Cox always finds a way to get more money out of me. Im fed up with theyre overpriced service and outages every month. When I talked to CS all they offered was for me to pay an extra $50 for more data, I already pay $150 and they want more money every time. COX IS NOT WORTH IT!!! you guys are a bunch of leeches.

Very sad experience at Cox Cable store yesterday, to make a long story short! It started with me questioning the staff about being waited on: the protocol and procedure; the staff addressed me very inappropriate, unprofessional, mishandled the matter considering I wasnt been rule nor disrespectful; I asked very polite and nicely! The staff were very rule, abrupt, aggressive and nasty towards me (customer). The manager (David Jiminez, Henderson, NVwas nice, but didnt resolve nor handled the true issues at hand nor the problem with his unprofessional and aggressive behavior staff towards a disabled customer and senior citizen. What happened to customer always right (Im paying Cox Cable and not Cox paying me and I would be the first to correct my self if I was wrong. Smh

I dont know if I just hit it right or Cox has become much better at their store service. Ive been before and it took forever to get in the building and then to process my equipment return. This time was absolutely fantastic. Walked right in, was ready for the process to begin but there wasnt one. Very pleasant greater took my equipment and said have a nice day. That was it. 5 stars for sure, thank you Cox store!

My 3 Stars isnt a reflection of Cox Service. Because I dont have Cox Service. Its a reflection of Coxs Strange Pricing System. I couldnt rap my head around the Fast Food Feeling of Coxs Layer Pricing Packages. I have 2 modems from a different provider at a cost of $115 a month. Coxs internet alone Cost was around $200 a month. And I must add that when I called Coxs Customer Service for Information about Internet Service. The representative hung up on me. So I decided to go to Coxs local Store Location. And the representative came out with a Pricing Sheet. That reminded me of a Fast Food Drive Up Menu 🤔😳

I returned my modem/router the morning of September 7th (day after Labor Dayto this location while moving back to Washington State. They were busy and the gentleman I returned my router to saidI didn’t need a receipt, so I left. Cox then said I owe $200 for missing equipment. I have called numerous times and have now been sent to collections. I keep getting voicemail for the store location and customer support says an audit has been performed and they can’t find the router. I hate leaving 1 star reviews and if somebody reaches out and resolves this issue I’ll be happy to switch it to a 5 star but as of now I’m pretty upset with Cox and this location in specific, it feels like they are robbing me of $200.

I really wanted to address this to everyone out there not too much in regards to the store because the Henderson store is not bad what I do want to address is that I spoke to customer service today and in the Henderson area we have a lot of outages with our service a lot and she did address to me that the days that I have outages on that day I would have to report it to technical support in order to be compensated or assisted I find this very disturbing because a lot of people is not aware of this and many of people that have internet service is being charged for the days that they are having outages on their account I wanted everyone to pay attention to this message if you have any outages in your area definitely reach out to technical support the same day so you can be assisted and they can credit your account because I can imagine theres many out there like me with the internet bill thats running very high and being charged due to outages in the area and not being aware so please everyone reach out to technical support when you have an outage in your area and your computer or Internet is acting up because if you wait too late they will not compensate you and you will be charged for even the outages in your area

I pay for unlimited data and they have charged me $100 for past two months for going over on data. Cant get anyone on the phone. Their virtual assistant is useless and NOT helpful. Worst internet service as its spotty and speeds really vary. I wish there was a better option. It wont all me to put NO STARS, just one to post.

Not too happy with internet service Im paying for 500 mgb but Im getting between 30 to 40 mgb 80% of the timeTechs have come out I rented their panoramic modem but the result is the same and I hear nothing but excuses .The safest part is that there is no other service provider to go to .Monopoly at its best and they are expensive.Cox I would divorce you yesterday if I had a choice.

Had visited this Cox store location to pick up a couple of mini boxes. At a glance inside not only was it clean but busy. After noticing the electronic sign in and entering the purpose of my visit found a nearby seat.I had overhead as the next to come in the sales associates told them the same thing that I had.Dont think it was maybe more than 3 minutes (store was a bit busythat my name was called next. Nor do I think was more than 3 afterwards for them to get the boxes and explain the cost for the two mini boxes.Have to say in all pleased with their cleanliness and professionalism.

A simple trip to the cable store to switch out a remote control, lol. 7 employees in the store 2 of the 7 never helped 1 customer. 3 of the employees helped 1 customer each, 2 employees helped 3 customers. In total 35 minutes to help 9 customers? I am not trying to be a negative Nancy but with stats like that is it any wonder why I pay $263.00 a month for cable and internet? And I thought a monopoly was against the law.

Cable Store is different than their billing, still need to call corporate to get my outrageous billing fixed but it was surprisingly quick and the young man that took my equipment back was super sweet,wish I would have gotten his name.

Deena was amazing! Aside from the excellent customer service, I happened to leave my wallet behind. She saved it for me and everything was intact when I returned to the store! This has been the worst experience in my life I relocated from Michigan to Nevada to work from home. I placed an order for ser ice 10/16 I moved in 11/4 and the modem in the apart was registered to a non pay account. The apt number was not associated to the order so when I went to activate it to start work 🙃 No Service. I called for 6 hours could not get a answer accept Sales can fix this for you call them in the morning. It took 6 reps and finally a Supervisor to get me to Sales. Call Sales the next morning before work. Looks like the previous tenant didnt pay I went to the Cox store to show my lease 🙃 they say Okay your all set go home reset the modem and connect. Went home reset the router/modem nothing Call tech support a supervisor stated I need another router So I went back to the Cox store for the router Get home call tech support. They cannot connect this router its a fiber router gotta transfer me to Fiber. Been on Hold for 30 mins still no service no fiber rep no work no home school. Do my needs matter to Cox no

My Husband and I went to pick up our set-up kit for our internet and we weren’t greeted upon walk-in. We were standing there awkwardly until a lady (I forgot her namehad helped us 2 minutes later. She looked nice and she answered all of our questions but she had an attitude, (which is not nice!I just wish I was actually involved as there can only be one person per window...they have nice couches though.

Called and started service over the phone. I came to pick up the equipment and Ive been here for 30 minutes with 5 people still in front of me. Maybe management could consider offering appointments or having more than two employees at the computer desks to help people at a time. Just a thought. After all I already did everything else over the phone. The employee that finally helped me was great though.

My visit was so quick and easy. But the purpose of my visit was to schedule a cancellation of services due to relocation.When you walk in it seems like it’s crowded and discouraging. You think you might be there for a while. But with all the people in there. My whole time was ten minutes. They are actually quick and efficient.Super clean office and smells nice. That’s when you know they really take care of atmosphere for customers and employees.
