If your trying to get an iPhone fixed this is not the place , when I got home it was saying it’s not a real apple product, it moves so slow like a android, the camera is so low quality you can see straight through the phone as in you can see every part inside of the phone THROUGH the screen, about two days after I got it fixed my phone started being disabled everytime I woke up I had to go to Walmart just to get into my phone about a week later I dropped it ONLY on my foot and it cracked my whole phone started making this weird noise now it only lets me click curtain things if I try and delete a photo it will save it again instead of deleting and it’s the opposite if I want to save something .

Fixed my cracked screen in less than an hour.

I had my screen repaired by these guys a couple of months ago. A couple weeks ago Siri stopped working. Today I took it to the Apple Store in the Christiana Mall. They examined it and determined the screen was slightly separated from the phone. The microphone for Siri is at the top of the phone and was damaged when the the screen was replaced. I paid Apple $149 to have it repaired and a new screen installed.After reading other reviews , I’m not the first person to have this problem!!! It is not a software problem as they told others. It’s actually a lack of knowledge and workmanship. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Got here at 4:45 right after dropping my phone and cracking my screen. I was told they couldnt do the 10 minute screen replacement (it took me 10 minutes the last time I did itdespite my offer to tip them handsomely and wait patiently. Apparently they leave at 5PM on the dot, but Ill never come back here again. I suggest you do the same as they have waaaay too many customers and are hoping to pare them down a bit.

I had screen replaced here and was a happy customer. I called a week later to let them know since replacing screen my siri function no longer worked. They claimed it was a software issue and to update my phone. My siri functions worked before them replacing screen. So did update still not working.A week later I drop phone 2ft with case and screen cracks.I go back to store and guy was saying it was software issue and wouldn’t even open true phone up to check to make sure screen was installed properlyI ask to work with me on screen since it’s been under 30 days and he would only take ten dollars off. FYI screens are not OEM ( he stated they are stronger)Buyer beware. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. These folks need to learn some customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Fast and quality service at a good price!

I took my iPhone 8 Plus in for diagnostics and screen replacement. They were very fast. The next day, today, I called and was told that the iPhone was repaired and working! Very delighted. I said I would be by before 5 their closing time. Ethan said because it’s a slow day, which I can understand, he would be closing at 3 pm.I arrived at 2:32 pm and their front door was locked and no one answered... to make it even more aggravating was that when I called their business number it went straight to mailbox which was FULL!I can understand closing early but please don’t tell a customer that you are closing at 3 pm and close earlier.Ethan, imagine if this is how you were treated.Maybe their was an emergency... he could have called me on the iPhone number that I had just called him from. SAD.

Brought in a my iPhone 8+ to get front screen repaired. The technician David was great to work with and answered any questions that j had. Great experience!

Brought in my iphone 6 because I cracked my screen. Couldnt text anymore so figured Id try out crackbreakfix. Really happy with the service. The man who fixed my phone was very nice. I was out of there within an hour. Would recommend

Went in about a cell phone fix. After spending several several minutes listening to clerk he said they only work on Apple products now.

Called ahead for a screen repair. Came in the next week and dropped off my phone. Came back to pick it up and the back of the phone was cracked off and the speaker did not work to call out. I was told it was the wrong size screen, so that is why I was not able to use it. Come back for a repair later in the week.Went to a cell repair in Maryland and they told me my phone was " broken beyond repair".I had to purchase a new phone and I am out $300.00.

The "geniuses" at the Apple store said my iphone 8 plus was a lost cause so i searched for a repair store a little closer to home. This place came up and I called for a second opinion. Dave answered all my questions and we agreed it was best to have it looked at in person. I didnt need an appointment and he looked at it right away. After a few hours, he handed it back and it was such a relief to see my phone working again.It was determined it was a part of the phone inside that was required to be put back on and was about the size of a flea. He must have replaced it with magic or something lol. I learned most shops dont have that capability and even Apple certified stores arent allowed to do that type of intricate work because of Apples strict policies that void your warranty. Well, who cares if Apple wont even help you and your phone is DEAD! So if you need specialized service, I recommend crackbreakfix! Thank you again, youve made me a very happy customer!

This place is great! They saved me an expensive and time-consuming trip to an Apple store and fixed my iPhone8 which had unceremoniously died. These guys are competent and reasonably priced. Look nowhere else if your phone has problems. Thanks!

Crack Break Fix offers outstanding service. I broke my iPhone screen and they fixed it in a fast and timely manner, at a fair price. The guys working there not only inform you of what is wrong with the phone but also offer different options (depending the situation, I’m sureto fix it. I have read a few reviews on here saying they were scammed about their screens... that was not my experience. The guy told me upfront there were 2 options, an original screen replacement (which I guess is the brand of the phoneor an after market, which is what I went with to save money. I have had no issues with my screen or phone.Overall very satisfied with their services.-Repeat offender/customer for life

Ive been using these guys for over a decade and have always had a great experience. Very fair pricing and usually offer discounts on repeat business. Payed 120$ for a screen repair and a few days later it completely stopped working. They broke my phone and now they arent replying to my emails. Total scam.

Changed y screen here three weeks ago. Last week it stopped working. I took it to another repair service and they said it is because its iphone screen copy. Not original one. I paid for my change 120$ and they put a fake cheap screen? Could at least tell before hand that they use fake supplies.

Stopped in to see about getting a repair on broken cell phone prongs. Repair tech quickly gave the best advice: instead of repair try a wireless charger. Thank you . Well be back if needed!

Horrible customer service. They lied and said they were working on my computer when they never even looked at it. After getting the run around fr four days I took it from them and took it to a great shop near Dewey. That ship is awesome. Stay away from the laptop shop!
