Horrible experience. Walked in and two girls were chatting at the register, werent friendly at all... seemed inconvenienced by the fact we were holding two returns. Its been a while, so I was just expecting store credit, not money back, and they wouldnt help us. The manager even told me one product didnt come from Crate & Barrel. I wouldnt have driven 50 minutes to get there if it wasnt!!! Definitely wont be back. Not surprised the store was nearly empty on a Friday evening. Ugh!

We did the private wedding registry event and it was THE BEST! Everyone was so sweet and you could shop the store without any other customers. They truly know how to make a couple feel special ahead of the big day!
My experience at this Broomfield store was exceptional. I dealt with Kiefer who was beyond customer focused, very knowledgeable, patient, answered very single one of my questions with kindness and interest, and was simply a great representation of the brand. It was a delight to work with him. He assisted me buy a marble table I have wanted for so long and did it with such grace. I would recommend not only this store, but give Kiefer 10+ stars. I will certainly be back after the wonderful service and help I received, It is hands down better than the Cherry Creek store.

Dont order breakable items from them! We went into the store to purchase plates. They had to order some because they did not have enough in the store. The first shipment they sent, were ordered late February. When the items arrived a week or so later they were packed horribly - one thin piece of foam between the plates and bowls. Several items were broken. We had to send them back and order again. That took several weeks. The second shipment was shipped 3/27 and it was the same - broken. Whoever packs their plates and bowls should not be working in the shipping department!!!! Common sense would tell you you need to put bubble wrap between breakable items, not a thin piece of foam. This time I called the store, versus shipping back broken plates, which seems like such a waste of money. The store customer service rep told me she would order the replacements and have them shipped to the store to make sure they were not broken first and then if they were okay she would ship them to me. That was on March 29th. On 4/13 I finally called the store because I had not heard anything. As it turns out, it was good I did. They had the plates and bowl but never shipped them to me!!!! They shipped them from the store via 2 day shipping and they were well wrapped this time. I am so frustrated with their service! From the time we first purchased our plates, it took two months for us to finally be done with this whole fiasco. They never compensated us in any way for all the waiting we had to do (nothing was on back order), for us having to go to the effort of shipping the broken items back, or for their incompetency when they had the plates in the store and never contacted us. Their customer service is pathetic!
This review is for Alex! Alex helped us the other night and was so wonderful to work with. We unfortunately didnt end up choosing Crate and Barrel since the delivery times were so far out but he provided really great care, service, and was a fantastic communicator around delivery expectations. We will definitely be back!
I wish I remembered this woman’s name that helped me. She was amazing. I hobbled in to replace some chipped plates and she immediately zoned in and led me directly to what I wanted so I wouldn’t have to wander the store aimlessly. Love her so much.Also, love their white ceramic dishes. Super casual, but classy all the time.

Zero customer service. Horrible zero communication until my credit card needed updating… They just straight up CANCELLED my order for new bar stools after I patiently waited 24 weeks, unbeknowst to me. Apparently my credit card number had changed within that 6 month time frame ( as like many of u i had fraud on my card and had a new cardNo call no text just canceled the order. I found out when checking shipment status. Horrible customer service. My last purchase ever with C&B.

Horrible experience. Its clearly all about commission at this store. I placed the order via the phone with the help of two men (after an online chat with a woman rep who knew nothing about Crate & Barrels products)...When I called the shore back for more information about the constant delays on furniture... I was told by the woman there (who hadnt helped me beforethat if I didnt want to wait to cancel my order.Thats what I did today! This was their final chance as they messed up my Christmas orders as well. I dont foresee buying from C&B again with the exception Im stuck with some gift cards after canceling my order... So disappointed.

I went in there looking for a present for my mother with my younger sister and a group of her friends. Admittedly, I was expecting a harsher service due to the fact a bunch of teenagers were coming into the store, however, I was not met with that! Jane, then wonderful lady who helped us pick out a tea kettle, was incredibly kind, helpful, and overall insanely welcoming! She sold us on a kettle that she said, from personal experience, was the best she’s used and honestly, she is right!! She definitely deserves a raise for the stellar amount of kindness and positivity she radiated.
Please open the entrance in the food court area. There was a sign on the door saying I could walk around to the furniture entrance, but it was outside the mall and I was in a hurry. Im already buying most stuff from Amazon. I wanted to support a local business but not if I cannot get in the entrance.
Not sure if Larry was off his A game but he seemed very put off to have to ring me up at the register. I couldn’t have been nicer and when I asked him for a box he could barely communicate with me. Think I’ll be doing my shopping online. Visited this store recently and had a similar interaction with another store member. Maybe there team is super stressed and disorganized.
It is a great store to get gifts! Unfortunately today they no longer carried what I was looking for. It seems to be that way in most stores these days with Covid19 they have less inventory due to less sales!
I, unfortunately, created my wedding registry with them and was excited about it. Their customer service agency has completely ruined it for me. I am in the retail industry and this is worst experience I have ever had with any company.I have been trying to work with their customer service since 6/6/20 to try and solve a simple issue of 4 plates breaking during shipment due to poor packaging. I have talked to 4 different people, explained the scenario 3 times and still there will be 2-3 weeks in between correspondences. It is 8/11/20, 13 emails in, and the issue is still not resolved.
I love this store! We had our wedding registry with Borsheims, William Sonoma, and Crate and Barrel and the Crate and Barrel one was by far the best. So easy to navigate, add/remove gifts, etc!Penny here is the best, definitely an associate to ask for if you need any help.
Reasonably good selection. Service shakey. Got passed from one employee who decided to go on lunch break to another one who was clueless. Wont go back.
Online experience was horrible. I ordered 2 in stock items on March 26th. I received an email in the early hours of March 27th that my order had shipped. On March 30th, I received an email that my order left CA that day and estimated delivery is April 8th. I did not expect 2 day delivery but I did expect delivery faster than 13 days. Won’t order online again.

High end, stylish furniture and decor make this a store youll want to live in! Sales people are readily available to answer any questions, but we never felt pressured or watched while we browsed. Definitely a more expensive place, but weve never regretted any purchase weve made here!
I ordered 3 items online with a gift card, they certainly did not come as advertised- the pillow cover didn’t fit the pillow and the blanket colors were drastically different in person than online. I returned the items but still paid $16 for shipping...... why.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and I have never received WORSE customer service. I walked the entire store and not one associate spoke to me. I had to actually approach an associate, Kristine, to check me out. During the check out process she did not utter one word to me, simply “is that it?” .....seriously? I requested to speak to the manager and he was immediately condescending. I told him my issues and he LITERALLY SCOFFED at me and said “well we have the best customer service ratings in the district.” He was hardly apologetic and completely unprofessional. I will never come back to this Crate and Barrel again, Thank you to the “store manager” Cory for solidifying that. It’s too bad this day in age places like this are still discriminating!
Love the store and employees are always friendly. I will say you will never find me spending the kind of money they want for the stuff in there. First thing, head straight to the back of the store to the clearance section. Every once in a while you’ll find something awesome for a good price!
Up until this evening, I have been an extremely loyal Crate & Barrel customer. I am a CB credit card holder, and have come to understand the quality and craftsmanship expected in a CB product. I purchased 6 incredibly expensive picture frames less then a year ago. Over the past 6 months almost each one has had the glue adhesive loosen, and fallen off of the wall.I went to our local CB store, Flatirons Crossing, and spoke with a helpful associate to understand the process of exchanging the frames. Knowing that I purchased the frames at a Denver location, she assured me that they would be able to handle the situation at Flatirons.Tonight I took the frames to the Flatirons store where I was met with Cory, the General Manager. He was arrogant, dismissive, and showed zero interest in helping me exchange (*not RETURN!the frames. They were defective. I had the receipt on my phone. My receipts (*I purchased them, then returned and re-purchased them the very next day to take advantage of a salesomehow didnt match up to those represented within his system. So despite me holding the Crate & Barrel generated receipt and showing him clearly how the frames were defective, he completely dismissed me and showed zero interest in helping me swap out the frames. He told me to drive down to Cherry Creek and deal with it there. Oh, and when I requested that he call Cherry Creek to see if we could work to a solution with someone over the phone, he told me no.....?I have never written a review of this nature, however, it is important that other customers are aware of this lack of regard for customer service. I would give this review and my experience with Cory zero stars if I could as my time was totally taken advantage of this evening. Tomorrow I will be canceling my CB credit card and in the future will invest in home decor companies that truly value customer experience.Note to Cory and CB: A defective product should be handled immediately, no questions asked, especially when receipts are presented to verify purchase. End Of Story.
I am an admittedly tough customer, I expect a level of service in line with the prices of the products and Abby and Laura at Crate and Barrel delivered. My verano couch just arrived and its beautiful, exactly as expected. It did take a while for production and shipping but it was a custom order so it was actually completed and arrived within the estimated time frame. Abby and Laura were very patient with me checking on the order status to ensure it arrived on time. Thank you!
We were looking for a kitchen table and some other furniture and have looked everywhere. Kristain in furniture was an amazing help. She took our contact info and helped answer all our questions. She was very kind and helped us every time we came in to look around. She brought gave us a lot of information and kept in contact with us through email and phone without being pushy. Gave us really good advice on our purchase! Definitely ask for her help.Ended up opening a credit card with them since they offer really good rewards and money back which we can use in store.
Very poor experience with the staff at this location and a company as a whole. Take the time to look around there are a lot of better options out there for quality and aesthetics. You do not get what you pay for here, high prices for cheap materials and craftsmanship.
