The people who work there are very helpful and the store looks nice. The only thing I had an issue with was the disposable vape flavors are hard to read. They are set too far away. So you have to keep asking an employee to help you.

Trevor would always say when he seen me walk in the store ok what did you do this time lol ? However because of the points that we could use any time well they are gone. What is fair about this. I would have used them if my vape would have came in that he ordered for me . Well now I will be looking for a different vape store. This is so wrong thanks for loosing me as a customer. I am very bleep bleep about this. I am sure you will be loosing more customers than just me.if I could give you a minus 5 stars that is a minus star.Hilda M.

This is the worst store in world. They are rude, play video games instead of working, and harass customers into buying things that dont even work.

A little on the pricey side but it is a good quality product. The service that you get there is beyond expectations. I was pleased with the amount of knowledge that the guy offered.

Anytime I need help with my vape needs Trevor is always willing to help. Place has a very friendly environment, and welcoming team. Good place to chill, vape, and talk. Would recommend to anyone thats in to Vaping, or trying to quit smoking.

Trevor always helps me with anything that I might need help with, like flavors that are suggested. Got me set up on a Drag 2 and everything I needed.

Theyre knowledgeable and polite

Been going since they opened up and I also go to other stores and always had the best service and know the owner and a couple other guys from there the best places to go if need stuff.

You seemed to have deleted my review, so I will keep this one short and sweet. If you want to shop here, ask for Nate. The other guy was rude and did not help us in a friendly manner, whatsoever. Made rude comments not only towards us and our purchase, but towards his coworker. Did not seem to care about his job whatsoever. I will only be dealing with Nate from now on. :)

Nate is great....I was recommended by a consultant in Ft Wayne, to ask for Nate in the Columbia City store, and i really do believe he should get commissions because he is definitely on it! Hes very knowledgeable and puts the customer first! I will definitely deal with him from now on!

Been going here for years and now they arent supporting their own flavors, not only that but they are actually admitting they are phasing them out. If I wanted some cheap juice I would go to a Tobacco shop.

Very clean establishment. Extremely knowledgeable helpful staff. There are tons of flavors to pick from and several different sizes.

Trevor at the Columbia City store was extremely helpful and set me up with something very affordable and I love it already. He was super helpful and friendly. 11/10 would go back.

Horrible customer service. Clerk would not let me return an item because they “don’t do returns anymore.” They should really warn you that all sales are final...I’m addition to that, every item is completely overpriced. Google whatever you are looking for and you can find it 25% cheaper.
